      Mo is currently a graduate student pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at New York Medical College. He has always been passionate about using modalities, especially stretching, to heal and be a part of improving other’s lives. Health and Wellness has been a huge part of his life, having used nutrition and exercise to lose 90 pounds. Aside from this, Mo enjoys music and is trying to pick up guitar at some point. He also enjoys reading, cooking, and meeting new people.

      I have been an athletic trainer of all sports for the last 20 years with a professional football background in the Canadian Football League. I played football at Clemson University as a 4 year starting Quarterback and now have been a dedicated Flexologist to help guide, support, and assist people on their stretch journey. I have a passion for the youth in helping make a positive impact in the community whether that's coaching, training, teaching, and stretching

      I am a flexologist and I also work as a physical therapy aide. Currently, I am working towards my master’s degree in occupational therapy. I am passionate about pursuing a career in hand therapy. When I am not at stretchlab I enjoy going to the gym and playing hockey!

      I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Flexologist since 2020! I struggled with back and hip pain day and night before learning how to stretch properly. Now I love being able to help others feel good through stretching to alleviate their own aches and pains. My ambition is to help people keep their active lifestyles pain free. In my free time I can be found kayaking or weight training.

      I am a Lead Flexologist and I have been with StretchLab since we first opened in 2019! I chose to train as a Flexologist because my passion is to help people feel better inside and out! When I'm not at StretchLab, you can usually find me working out at my favorite gym, out in N.Y.C exploring or hanging with friends! On the side I am also a formally trained Opera Singer!

      After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, I received my BS in Human Performance from Southern Connecticut State University. After graduating, I became an American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Instructor, the gold standard of personal training certifications. As a lifelong athlete, I have represented the USA in track and field as well as other disciplines. I have coached youth, open and masters athletes in a variety of sports. My goal as a Flexologist is to share my experience, knowledge, and understanding of proper training to make continuous progress and remain injury-free.

      Alex joins us with a background in physical therapy with an Exercise Science degree graduating Summa Cum Laude! Before that Alex was in the Marines specializing in communication, electronics and avionics! When not at the Lab you can find Alex dancing as a ballroom instructor.

      I am a certified Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance, aiming to help others find balance spiritually and physically. I feel here at StretchLab I can assist people with proper energy flow within the body. I use stretching as a tool to help aid in decreased recovery time and stress, and increased performance and range of motion.

      Symone is back!! Symone is an advocate for mindfulness, movement and meditation. She is a certified yoga instructor where she teaches others the importance of practicing intentional self-care. She has a background in technical dance training and travels performing in NYC and the Westchester area. Symone believes the connection between breath and movement is the gateway to your soul’s essence. She brings a unique approach using mindful breathing to guide the body into deeper stretches. Symone is passionate about creating safe spaces for others to learn, understand and progress in harmony with the rhythms of their body.

      I am so excited to join StretchLab and help people meet their goals! I am a personal trainer, cheer coach and in the process of being certified for yoga! I currently am on my 10th year of coaching cheerleading. I myself cheered for 13 years, played rugby in college and due to that know the importance of stretching for athletes and non athletes alike. In my free time I like to do yoga, weight lift, be with family and my cat named Maggie!

      I am a Health and Wellness Coach and certified in many categories through NASM including my personal favorite, body building! From toddlers to seniors and all genders, my main objective is to provide support and guidance to all my clients and help them to set and achieve overall healthy goals. Whether it’s to lose weight, increase energy, reduce health risks, improve athleticism, manage stress, become balanced and find longevity, the transformation is the process I focus on. At StretchLab I am eager to use these approaches to help members feel better, transform and live longer.

      I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years and a Flexologist with StretchLab since early 2020! I'm also an endurance runner for over 30 years, and have a very active lifestyle. As a trainer and runner, I know how important it is to be flexible and have all those muscles and joints working properly to avoid injuries and setbacks. When I heard about Stretchlab, I knew I wanted to be part of this family and help as many people as possible to achieve their goals and live a healthy life. If I'm not training or racing, I enjoy spending time with my two little ones, cooking healthy meals, and crafting.

      I am excited to be a part of the StretchLab community! As a former marathon runner, I found the practice of stretching to not only be beneficial in preventing injuries and increasing flexibility, but helps in improving our overall mental health and wellness. I have a love for sports and an appreciation of the connection between the mind and body via movement. I have bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology, an MBA in Sports Business, and I’m currently pursuing a Doctorate in Sports Leadership. In my downtime, I enjoy playing volleyball and practicing hot yoga. I look forward to fulfilling your stretching needs!
