I specialize in function strength training, sport specific programming, flexibility, and injury prevention. I take pride in encouraging and helping people to be the best version of themselves. My passion is to build people up and bring them to higher levels of physically achievement, confidence and longevity!

Mora is a yoga teacher, sustainable business advocate and outdoors enthusiast. She hails from California where she completed 500 hours of advanced yoga training in both San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a perennial student, as well as a teacher, always learning more about the human body, self-development and total health and well-being. When not on the yoga mat, climbing or outside exploring mother nature’s bounty in the surf or on land, Mora enjoys healthy living, continuing education and building strong communities. In the StretchLab studio, Mora is intersted in the functional use of the body, healthy aging and honing the mind/body connection though the proprioceptive aspect of PNF stretching. Body awareness and stretching help improve balance within the body, aid in efficient everyday movement and increase the flow of energy within. She has seen such progress in her clients and that is one of the most rewarding aspects of working at StretchLAb: to see people reach their goals of optimal health and well-being!

As a former collegiate soccer player, I grew to appreciate the industry of health and wellness and the role it played in keeping me active and motivated through many injuries. This led me to become a collegiate and high school Athletic Trainer in west Texas and eventually on to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. I love working with people of all ages and fitness levels, catering to each person's needs to help them meet their wellness goals. My aim is to help improve my clients body awareness and movement quality throughout the day to prevent injuries and stay active.

I've been a Certified Athletic Trainer for the last 10 years, with the last five spent working as a caregiver for the University of Oregon Track & Field program, specializing in holistic whole body approaches to rehabilitation. I'm an avid cross fitter and practicer of yoga. I apply concepts from both worlds into my care routines.

I have over 10 years of experience as a dancer, personal trainer, and instructor of yoga and Pilates. The most rewarding aspects of my work are making meaningful connections with my clients and seeing their quality of life improve in meaningful ways. My passion for empowering others to have agency over their health was sparked by my recovery from Hodgkin's lymphoma in young adulthood when I turned to yoga and exercise to recover my physical strength and peace of mind. I'm a human anatomy nerd and recent graduate from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. I'm currently studying for the national acupuncture licensing exams and enjoying all the natural beauty Portland has to offer.
