      Nielle has been working, and studying massage therapy and bodywork for 9 years. She's currently on a path to healing and restoring her own body through stretching, exercise, massage, and other modalities that promote homeostasis. StretchLab excited her desire to expand her own physical abilities and the opportunity to teach others to do the same is the best benefit of all as they will be learning from someone who can truly attest to the benefits of the service offered by StretchLab. In her free time, she enjoys napping, playing video games, or reading a book are just a few of the ways she likes to unwind.

      Geo is a Sac State Alum who believes flexibility is the component of fitness that is the most neglected. Having a place that helps people improve their flexibility and get educated on the importance of it, is what drew Geo to StretchLab. His passion for movement made him pursue a degree in Kinesiology and become a personal trainer. With his background, StretchLab was the perfect place to be able to impact people’s lives daily through movement. In his free time, Geo likes to hike, bike, read and take naps. Geo is also challenging himself regularly by doing OCR races, along with training for a full marathon.

      Sal aka "Ricardo" is a certified personal trainer through NASM. He plans to further his education by pursuing certifications in nutrition and flexibility coaching. He loves all things basketball, if he's not playing pick-up at your local park, or CAL Fit, he's working on his game by doing plyometrics to improve his vertical, lifting weights, and doing calisthenics. He also is a massive Sacramento Kings fan, but if he's not watching them, he loves reading random life books and a game or two of 2K. He enjoys StretchLab because he gets to be an integral part is someone's health and wellness journey, and along this journey, he loves being able to help others achieve their goals and to be able to do everyday activities with little or no pain.

      Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and soon after, began pursuing a career in personal training. He chose StretchLab because of the opportunity to make a positive impact and difference in the lives of those around him. Working with such a supportive team who dedicates their time to providing the best support to our clients is another important part of why Josh enjoys being here at Stretchlab. When Josh is not here in the studio you can find him with friends or family working out, watching sports, or on the golf course.

      Karley is a UC Davis alum with a background as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. For the last five years, Karley has been working as a professional coach working with clients one on one. She is passionate about assisting clients to become the best versions of themselves while achieving their fitness goals. She was drawn to StretchLab because of the opportunity to connect, inspire, and work with individuals who want to feel and be their best. This studio allows her to learn and grow while also drawing from her background in the health and fitness realm. When Karley is not in the studio, you can find her working out, cooking, googling, watching movies/tv shows, and going on long walks with her dog, Ziggy.

      Patty has been a personal trainer for about 2 years. She works with a plethora of people, developing strength, and functional movement patterns. She also competes in powerlifting and is looking to compete in Olympic weightlifting in the future. To further develop her knowledge in fitness Patty was drawn to StretchLab because of the education she can gather for herself, and to be able to understand more about how flexibility plays a role in fitness and life. When she's not at StretchLab, Patty likes to dance salsa/bachata, hike, go to the beach, lift weights, taking care of her dog, and learn Jujitsu.

      Daena was originally introduced to the health and fitness realm after undergoing a hip replacement 5 1/2 years ago. 2 years ago, she began to pursue a career in personal training specializing in corrective exercise and weight loss. She currently is now going back to school for nutrition. Daena enjoys the opportunity StretchLab gives to help people move better and relieve pain. In her free time, Daena loves watching movies, eating, and being outside.

      Elise embarked on her wellness journey back in 2010 when she became a Licensed Massage Therapist. A dedicated Yoga Instructor, Elise finds fulfillment in leading her students through invigorating group exercises, revitalizing stretches, mindful breathwork, soothing meditation, and blissful relaxation sessions. Outside of her wellness pursuits, Elise is wholeheartedly immersed in broadening her expertise as she works towards becoming a skilled Personal Trainer. She also shares her healing touch by practicing Reiki and energy work with her loved ones. Embracing life's simple pleasures, she finds solace in tending to her garden, accompanied by her faithful canine companion, and whipping up mouthwatering vegetarian feasts in the kitchen. Elise's passion for her role at StretchLAB shines through brightly. She values the opportunity for Flexologists to guide clients through tailored stretches, empowering them to reach their unique goals. Her heart finds contentment in environments that nourish her spirit, and her work at StretchLab is a cherished endeavor that continually refills her cup. Reflecting her philosophy of self-care and gentle rejuvenation, Elise's spirit animal is the Koala Bear. As a competitive powerlifter, occasional runner, and white belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, she embodies the spirit of relentless determination and continuous growth. For the past 6 years, Tori has held the prestigious title of a certified personal trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Their specialization extends to corrective exercise, fitness nutrition, seniors' fitness, Parkinson's disease management, and performance enhancement. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, they're dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life achieve their fitness goals. But Tori isn't all about fitness; she has a multifaceted personality. In her leisure moments, you can often find her engrossed in a good book, delving into studies, crafting intricate crocheted masterpieces, or whipping up delectable treats in the kitchen. StretchLab initially caught Tori's attention with its intriguing name, but what truly captivated her was the opportunity to assist others on their journeys toward better health. Aligning perfectly with her mission, StretchLab became a natural fit for Tori’s passion for guiding and supporting people in their self-health endeavors. Tori’s spirit animal is undoubtedly an octopus. Always extending her reach to figure things out and perpetually seeking new knowledge and experiences. And, just like an octopus can release ink as a defense mechanism, Tori has her own way of handling overwhelming social situations - with grace and humor. In essence, Tori is a fitness guru, a lifelong learner, a creative soul, and a friendly octopus, all rolled into one remarkable package. Their mission? Currently, Joe thrives at StretchLab, where he witnesses firsthand the transformative effects of stretching on individuals' well-being. Passionate about helping people achieve pain-free movement, Joe takes pride in fostering genuine relationships with clients that extend beyond the studio. Away from the fitness world, Joe's spirit animal, the easygoing panda, perfectly symbolizes his philosophy of cherishing life's simple pleasures.       Throughout Val's upbringing, sports played a pivotal role, with soccer reigning as the primary focus for a remarkable 13 years. Following graduation, coaching the high school JV team became a fulfilling endeavor before making the move to Sacramento. This relocation marked a significant shift towards weight lifting, propelling Val's weight from 100 to a robust 150 lbs. Beyond the domain of fitness, Val finds solace in the art of painting, hitting the gym for those powerful workouts, and embarking on culinary explorations to discover new gastronomic delights. An avid adventurer, Val is always on the lookout for exciting spots to satiate their taste buds. At StretchLab, Val finds immense joy in assisting individuals in achieving their distinctive wellness goals. Collaborating closely with fellow Flexologists, Val constantly seeks to learn and implement new techniques to enhance the experience for clients both within and beyond the lab. In the realm of spirit animals, Val resonates deeply with a reindeer, specifically Chopper from One Piece. 🦌✨ Their true passion lies in guiding individuals toward physical and mental improvement, all while embarking on exciting adventures with cherished friends and family.

      Paris was introduced to the health and fitness realm at a very early age by watching her mother play sports and train in their garage. From the team to our clients, everyone choosing to be intentional about their wellness is a key component here at StretchLab. Paris finds it important to surround herself with like-minded individuals and StretchLab is that place for her. Paris enjoys exercise and creating life experiences when she is not in the studio. She especially enjoys meshing both together, so finding a fitness class to drop in while traveling is totally her jam!

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
