      Nielle has been working, and studying massage therapy and bodywork for 9 years. She's currently on a path to healing and restoring her own body through stretching, exercise, massage, and other modalities that promote homeostasis. StretchLab excited her desire to expand her own physical abilities and the opportunity to teach others to do the same is the best benefit of all as they will be learning from someone who can truly attest to the benefits of the service offered by StretchLab. In her free time, she enjoys napping, playing video games, or reading a book are just a few of the ways she likes to unwind.

      Geo is a Sac State Alum who believes flexibility is the component of fitness that is the most neglected. Having a place that helps people improve their flexibility and get educated on the importance of it, is what drew Geo to StretchLab. His passion for movement made him pursue a degree in Kinesiology and become a personal trainer. With his background, StretchLab was the perfect place to be able to impact people’s lives daily through movement. In his free time, Geo likes to hike, bike, read and take naps. Geo is also challenging himself regularly by doing OCR races, along with training for a full marathon.

      Serena aka "Olga's house of pain" was drawn to StretchLab after studying the science behind the PNF method used. But what really sold her is the daily success stories that she hears from each one of the clients. Her experience as a NASM-certified personal trainer with a background in roller derby, CrossFit, and functional bodybuilding has made her confident in her ability to work with clients on their flexibility goals. When she's not spending time with her favorite people at Stretchlab, you can find her in the kitchen cooking and baking.

      Sal aka "Ricardo" is a certified personal trainer through NASM. He plans to further his education by pursuing certifications in nutrition and flexibility coaching. He loves all things basketball, if he's not playing pick-up at your local park, or CAL Fit, he's working on his game by doing plyometrics to improve his vertical, lifting weights, and doing calisthenics. He also is a massive Sacramento Kings fan, but if he's not watching them, he loves reading random life books and a game or two of 2K. He enjoys StretchLab because he gets to be an integral part is someone's health and wellness journey, and along this journey, he loves being able to help others achieve their goals and to be able to do everyday activities with little or no pain.

      Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and soon after, began pursuing a career in personal training. He chose StretchLab because of the opportunity to make a positive impact and difference in the lives of those around him. Working with such a supportive team who dedicates their time to providing the best support to our clients is another important part of why Josh enjoys being here at Stretchlab. When Josh is not here in the studio you can find him with friends or family working out, watching sports, or on the golf course.

      Karley is a UC Davis alum with a background as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. For the last five years, Karley has been working as a professional coach working with clients one on one. She is passionate about assisting clients to become the best versions of themselves while achieving their fitness goals. She was drawn to StretchLab because of the opportunity to connect, inspire, and work with individuals who want to feel and be their best. This studio allows her to learn and grow while also drawing from her background in the health and fitness realm. When Karley is not in the studio, you can find her working out, cooking, googling, watching movies/tv shows, and going on long walks with her dog, Ziggy.

      Paris was introduced to the health and fitness realm at a very early age by watching her mother play sports and train in their garage. From the team to our clients, everyone choosing to be intentional about their wellness is a key component here at StretchLab. Paris finds it important to surround herself with like-minded individuals and StretchLab is that place for her. Paris enjoys exercise and creating life experiences when she is not in the studio. She especially enjoys meshing both together, so finding a fitness class to drop in while traveling is totally her jam!

      Patty has been a personal trainer for about 2 years. She works with a plethora of people, developing strength, and functional movement patterns. She also competes in powerlifting and is looking to compete in Olympic weightlifting in the future. To further develop her knowledge in fitness Patty was drawn to StretchLab because of the education she can gather for herself, and to be able to understand more about how flexibility plays a role in fitness and life. When she's not at StretchLab, Patty likes to dance salsa/bachata, hike, go to the beach, lift weights, taking care of her dog, and learn Jujitsu.

      Daena was originally introduced to the health and fitness realm after undergoing a hip replacement 5 1/2 years ago. 2 years ago, she began to pursue a career in personal training specializing in corrective exercise and weight loss. She currently is now going back to school for nutrition. Daena enjoys the opportunity StretchLab gives to help people move better and relieve pain. In her free time, Daena loves watching movies, eating, and being outside.

      Lisa has a background in teaching vinyasa and power yoga, along with being a personal trainer. In her spare time, she's with her 3 year old daughter along with practicing acro, calisthenics, and circus arts. She loves working at StretchLab, because of not only being able to help others with their flexibility but their mindset too. It's a joy for her to share those things with others.

      Natalie received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and soon after graduating began working as a Physical Therapy Aide at various outpatient clinics in the Sacramento area. Natalie enjoys being able to witness the body’s ability to heal itself with movement. With that in mind, being able to observe members' growth during their time here became a big part of what drew Natalie to StretchLab. In her free time, she enjoys going on a run or watching grey’s anatomy for the millionth time.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
