      Greg is a graduate from William Paterson University with a B.S in exercise science and is currently working towards his massage therapy license. Over the last couple of years, Greg has obtained significant experience being a lifeguard, swim coach, and a PT aid in order to gain greater knowledge on the body and its potential in terms of recovery. With his current work as a clinical assistant at an adhesion release clinic, and a Flexologist at StretchLab, Greg is motivated to help his clients feel their greatest on a day to day basis. "It's such a great feeling when clients come back to tell me how much more aware they are about their body's needs and how motivated they are to reach their full potential. Awareness is a huge component of being and feeling healthy." During Greg's free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, taking care of his plants, along with playing video games!

      Mare is a graduate from Stroudsburg University with a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. With a strong background in health, fitness, and functional movement, Mare brings a deep understanding of the human body to every stretch session. Her goal is to make everyday life easier and more comfortable for her clients - whether that means reducing pain, improving mobility, or enhancing overall quality of life! Mare believes in the power of consistent, personalized care and is committed to helping other experience the amazing benefits of assisted stretching, one stretch at a time. Fun fact: Mare loves working out and football! Ask her what her favorite football team is during your next stretch.

      John is a student at William Paterson University majoring in Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology, he is also a Coach for an all men’s baseball team. "After serving in the military for 4 years along with coaching baseball, I realized how significant recovery is for the body. This motivated me to earn my NASM certificate for personal training so I can help others reach their fitness goals and help them prioritize the recovery their bodies need." Post graduation, John is looking to expand his knowledge in athletic training and earn his ATC (Athletic Training Credential) along with a CSCS (Certified Stretch and Conditioning Specialist) for strength and conditioning. Outside of his studies and training, John enjoys working out and playing baseball. Henry David Thoreau once said, "What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals."

      Naomi is currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy student and holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She has experience as a Chiropractic assistant and PT Technician, along with a background in Phase II cardiac rehabilitation, where she developed strong skills in patient care, exercise instruction, and recovery support. She believes that wellness can be achieved by supporting mobility and recovery. She is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve flexibility, and feeling more confident in their bodies. Aside from work, Naomi enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, reading, and continuing to grow and learn within the field of health and performance.

      Jordan is a graduate from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science: Allied Health and is currently studying further to become a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. During her time at Southern Connecticut State University, Jordan competed four years as a Division II Athlete on The Women's Swim Team and was the 2025 James Moore Human Performance Award recipient. I’m addition, Jordan was also in the Southern Connecticut State University Honors College, the President of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honors Society, and completed an internship in Physical Therapy. Due to the experience from her studies and being a part of the swim team, Jordan has a deep understanding of movement mechanics and the importance of flexibility. “Flexibility allows for better, prolonged mobility. The importance of flexibility should not be overlooked or underestimated,” Jordan states. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, Jordan is focused on helping people feel better, move better, and reach their fullest physical potential. In her free time, Jordan enjoys going for walks, weightlifting at the gym, and watching reality TV!
