She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Sports Science at Hofstra University. She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Stretching & Flexibility Coach. Liani loves helping clients improve mobility, reduce tightness, and feel more confident moving through everyday life.

A graduate of THIM University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, she takes a holistic approach to care, recognizing the connection between physical health, mental well-being, and lasting recovery. Outside the clinic, she enjoys strength training, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and attending concerts and music festivals. She believes movement should be enjoyable and is passionate about helping every patient stay active and healthy.

    Denis is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED and First Aid-certified professional with over three years of experience in strength training, flexibility, recovery and functional movement. As a former powerlifting team trainer, he combines assisted stretching with corrective exercise principles to restore joint mobility, reduce unwanted muscle tension, and improve muscular imbalances. His goal is to help clients enhance posture, move more efficiently, reduce everyday aches and stiffness, and build lasting mobility for work, sports, and daily life.

    Rose played basketball at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley before taking her game overseas to Paris, where she learned firsthand how important it is to take care of your body. That experience taught her that maintaining range of motion throughout the body is one of the keys to staying healthy. She's passionate about using her athletic background and growing clinical knowledge to help her community move better, prevent injuries, and feel their best through personalized stretching and movement education. Currently pursuing her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree, with plans to continue on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
