I am a professional dancer, aerialist, dance teacher, yogi and lover of all things health & wellness! With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, I have a wealth of knowledge regarding the human body, how it moves, and what it is capable of. I studied kinesthetic awareness and somatic principles from some of the best professionals in the field. With every stretch I aim to work with my clients to increase their own body awareness and leave them feeling better and longer every time.
When I’m not dancing or working out, I love baking vegan treats, being outside, and spending time with my sweet pup – Winnie!
