I have been a physical therapist assistant working for 5 years and I’m currently in school earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I work in the outpatient setting treating orthopedic injuries in patients ages 5 to 105! I love anything active and outdoors. My favorite forms of exercise are dancing, yoga and CrossFit. During my free time you’ll find me cheering on the University of Illinois Fighting Illini! I-L-L! It’s rewarding to help people feel good and enhance their wellness. I respect StretchLab’s scientific and methodical approach to stretching. The education and training provided through the Flexologist certification program gives me confidence to know that I’m safely and measurably, improving my clients’ quality of life.

I am a professional dancer, aerialist, dance teacher, yogi and lover of all things health & wellness! With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, I have a wealth of knowledge regarding the human body, how it moves, and what it is capable of. I studied kinesthetic awareness and somatic principles from some of the best professionals in the field. With every stretch I aim to work with my clients to increase their own body awareness and leave them feeling better and longer every time. When I’m not dancing or working out, I love baking vegan treats, being outside, and spending time with my sweet pup – Winnie! I love StretchLab because I get to make people feel better. There is nothing better than a client leaving my table saying how amazing the stretch was! I am so thankful I get to work with amazing and smart people who all want to do the same thing – help people be their best!
