      Originally from Kentucky, I developed a strong passion for movement and performance through playing basketball at the collegiate level. During my athletic career, I experienced firsthand how deep stretching and proper recovery can significantly enhance performance, prevent injury, and extend longevity in sports. That experience sparked my interest in mobility and recovery, eventually leading me to pursue work as a physical therapy technician for several years. There, I gained hands-on experience helping individuals recover, rebuild strength, and improve their overall quality of movement. At StretchLab, I’m excited to combine my athletic background and rehab experience to help clients move better, feel better, and perform at their best. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, recover from workouts, or simply reduce daily tension, I’m here to support your goals every step of the way.

      Nick Imholz was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where he developed a strong passion for fitness, sports, and an active lifestyle. With a background in personal training and years of experience as a soccer player, Nick brings both athletic insight and hands-on knowledge to his work as a Flexologist at StretchLab. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, which complements his practical experience in health and fitness. Nick enjoys staying active by going to the gym and spending time outdoors. His long-term goal is to work with athletes, helping them improve their strength, conditioning, and overall performance. At StretchLab, he is dedicated to helping clients move better, recover faster, and feel their best through personalized stretching sessions.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
