I’m a certified yoga instructor and currently continuing my education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM. My fitness journey started when my sister encouraged me to try yoga as a way to manage stress. What began as a simple introduction to movement quickly turned into a passion, and I have since made fitness a consistent part of my life, even without any prior gym experience. I specialize in helping clients improve flexibility, reduce stress, and move with more ease in their everyday lives. Because I started from the beginning myself, I focus on making sessions feel approachable, supportive, and tailored to your comfort level.
My goal is for you to feel better after every session, whether that means relieving tension, improving mobility, or supporting your overall wellness routine. I create an environment where you can relax, trust the process, and see real progress.
Outside of the studio, I enjoy reading, working as a barista, discovering new music, and running, including participating in runDisney events. I look forward to learning more about your goals and helping you move and feel your best, and hearing your go to coffee order when you come in.
