      Evy
      Evy
      Flexologist
I graduated from the physical therapist assistant program at Malcolm X College in Chicago. I first developed a passion for exercise, fitness, and healthcare after high school when I lost a significant amount of weight and started getting in better shape. I took classes at my community college to further my understanding of nutrition, strength training, and cardiovascular health. This led me to becoming a personal trainer so I could help others achieve the same fitness goals as I had. Along the way I had some clients that were dealing with injuries that required physical therapy, and on my part, alternative approaches to training. This further sparked my interest in how I could help people not only overcome some injuries but how to train them to avoid injuries in the first place. I like staying active by skateboarding, cycling, rock climbing, kayaking, and playing drums. I also enjoy yoga, HIIT workouts, and of course stretching! I'm excited to be a part of the StretchLab team and help you reach your flexibility goals and feel better overall!
      Nick
      Nick
      Flexologist
Nick recently moved to the city from Southern Indiana, receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts in musical theatre from Ball State University. Here he pursued an emphasis in dance and movement and has embodied that in his performances throughout the years. In his free time Nick sings while he cooks, dances while he paints, and listens to Dolly Parton while he runs. Being at Stretch Lab has given Nick the opportunity to explore mobility and flexibility beyond his own body, but focusing on helping others reach their goals, which has been the most rewarding part of his job here.
      Connor
      Connor
      Flexologist
I am a former collegiate athlete, playing soccer and receiving a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from North Central College in Naperville, IL. I recently moved to the city from Grand Rapids, MI, where I am from originally. I am also currently a Certified Functional Strength Coach. Away from StretchLab I am either doing personal training, working out myself, or finding new places to eat in Chicago. My goal with working in fitness is to help as many people as I can and being at StretchLab allows me to help people in an area of fitness that is so influential to overall health and wellbeing.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, California. I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Philosophy and Bioethics from Depaul University. Prior to Stretchlab, I held the position as a PTA and currently hold a group fitness certification. In my free time you can catch me on a plane going on a next adventure or in the streets of Chicago looking for the best food spots! Being a part of stretch lab not only allows me to build meaningful interactions with each person that walks into the studio, but also help those individuals meet their goals with mobility.
