Flexologist
I graduated from the physical therapist assistant program at Malcolm X College in Chicago. I first developed a passion for exercise, fitness, and healthcare after high school when I lost a significant amount of weight and started getting in better shape. I took classes at my community college to further my understanding of nutrition, strength training, and cardiovascular health. This led me to becoming a personal trainer so I could help others achieve the same fitness goals as I had. Along the way I had some clients that were dealing with injuries that required physical therapy, and on my part, alternative approaches to training. This further sparked my interest in how I could help people not only overcome some injuries but how to train them to avoid injuries in the first place. I like staying active by skateboarding, cycling, rock climbing, kayaking, and playing drums. I also enjoy yoga, HIIT workouts, and of course stretching! I'm excited to be a part of the StretchLab team and help you reach your flexibility goals and feel better overall!
