I graduated from Youngstown State University. Outside of StretchLab I do athletic training at UNE. I enjoy working with athletes. In my free time, I like to run, bike, and swim. I also like to hike and hangout with my two dogs and working on my home that I’m building. A random fact about me is I can touch my nose with my tongue!

I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California and practiced for two years in the Bay Area before moving back home to Maine. I have worked with people of all ages and lifestyles to help restore movement, decrease pain, and feel their best through personalized care. I’m passionate about empowering others to take an active role in their health and well-being. My other passions are making music, art, and spending time with my family.

Hi, I’m Tara! I just recently graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science pre PT, as well as two minors in Psychology and Human Services. I am currently exploring graduate programs to become a PA in the military! I played soccer and ran XC/track in college, which has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the way the body works and the various ways to aid in recovery. I love expanding my knowledge and learning more about the world around me. On my free time I enjoy working out, being outdoors, tapping into my creative side, and spending time with my dog. I am excited to work with all types of clients to help improve individuals day to day functioning and overall wellbeing:)

I am originally from Wisconsin, where I spent over 20 years working as a Clinical Athletic Trainer specializing in rehabilitation. I later advanced my career in education, serving as an Associate Professor and teaching orthopedic evaluation and treatment courses at both the University of Southern Maine and Northern Arizona University until my retirement in 2022. Following retirement, I joined StretchLab in North Scottsdale, Arizona, as a Flexologist. Recently, my wife, our rescue dog Mulan, and I relocated back to Maine, and I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for movement to provide you with a positive, customized stretch experience.

Hi, I’m Taryn. I’m a breathwork and bodywork practitioner and a former yoga and yoga sculpt instructor. Through intentional breathing, I guide you into deep relaxation so your nervous system can settle and your muscles can release stored tension. My intention is to help you reconnect with your body’s innate healing wisdom and support you in accessing your authenticity and aliveness. When I’m not working, you can find me snuggling my dog, practicing yoga, listening to personal development podcasts, or spending time in nature. I can’t wait to be a part of your wellness journey!
