Hi, I’m Jonathan and I am a certified Flexologist. I grew up on Long Island but attended college at the University at Buffalo where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Outside of work and school, I enjoy working out, rock climbing, listening to music, and being outside.

    Nick

    Flexologist

Hello, I’m Nick and I am a personal trainer. I have my degree in Kinesiology from Brockport College. I have always been very interested in physical activity and how it affects the body. In my 24 years I have dealt with many injuries including 2 ACL and meniscus tears in both legs. Through my recovery I developed a passion not only for educating myself on injury rehabilitation but also injury prevention. The most impactful factor I have learned about is how flexibility and mobility can keep us from hurting ourselves in the future. Through stretching we have the ability to take our body safely through its maximum potential and make sure we can be physically active as long as possible keeping us health and happy.

    Area Lead Flexologist/Master Flexologist

Hi, I'm Jeremy. I am the Northtowns & Southtowns Area Lead Flexologist as well as a Master Flexologist. My journey at StretchLab started off in November of 2022, where I was a Flexoloigst at the Southtowns. Then, I transitioned over to the Northtowns and became the Lead Flexologist. Following this, I became a Master Flexologist and Area Lead Flexologist. I oversee the studios' day to day operations with the Flexologists to ensure that every member walking through our doors receives the best stretch. I grew up in Western New York and then moved out to Syracuse during college where I received a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science, Minors in Coaching and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While working at StretchLab, my passion is to improve your quality of life and assist you in achieving your health related goals. While I am not at work, you can find me chasing around my 2 children, running marathons, or watching any Buffalo sports team. If you have any questions about your journey at StretchLab feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]. I look forward to welcoming you into the studio and seeing you achieve your goals with our great team! *NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS*

    Amelia

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Amelia! I am a certified Personal Trainer, certified Nutrition Coach, certified Physique and Bodybuilding coach, and a Flexologist! I have always known I wanted to help people feel good and accomplish their specific goals, but I realized I wanted to be a part of the fitness industry during covid when I decided to make a positive change in my life and lose weight. I immediately fell in love with weightlifting and nutrition, so I decided this was the career path I wanted to pursue. When I’m not training clients or in the gym, I love walking my dog, painting, music, reading, yoga in the sun, and spending time with my amazing family and friends! Implementing stretching into my own life is something that makes me feel like my best self and I would love to help you get there too!
