      Hi, I’m Jonathan and I am a certified Flexologist. I’ve always had a passion for helping people improve their overall health, wellbeing, and quality of life through exercise, nutrition, and stretching. I grew up on Long Island but attended college at the University at Buffalo where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I am currently in college as a graduate student pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. Outside of work and school, I enjoy working out, rock climbing, listening to music, and being outside.

      Hello, I’m Nick and I am a personal trainer. I have my degree in Kinesiology from Brockport College. I have always been very interested in physical activity and how it affects the body. In my 24 years I have dealt with many injuries including 2 ACL and meniscus tears in both legs. Through my recovery I developed a passion not only for educating myself on injury rehabilitation but also injury prevention. The most impactful factor I have learned about is how flexibility and mobility can keep us from hurting ourselves in the future. Through stretching we have the ability to take our body safely through its maximum potential and make sure we can be physically active as long as possible keeping us health and happy.

      Hi, I’m Jeremy and I am a certified Flexologist! I grew up in Western New York and then moved out to Syracuse for college where I received a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. My passion to improve people’s quality of life, and assist in achieving your health related goals, is what drew me into healthcare. Through StretchLab, I want you to feel empowered after each session, knowing that we worked together to increase your flexibility and strength, which will improve your every day life. When I’m not at work, you can find me chasing after my two children and watching any Buffalo sports team when they are on. I hope to see you soon at StretchLab and look forward to working with you!

      Hi everyone, I’m Lexi and I am so grateful to be able to assist you with your flexibility and wellness! I graduated from the University at Buffalo with my Bachelors in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. I can’t wait to meet you and hope to see you in the studio!

      I became obsessed with fitness at around age 18, and my hunger for knowledge has only increased since. I have an associates degree in health and wellness, and have been certified through ACE as a personal trainer for the last 8 years. My interests include eating, dining out at restaurants, talking about said restaurants, and having various spiritual experiences as a result of quality entree.

      I’m Milly! My Bachelor’s degree is in the environmental field but I fell in love with health & fitness post-undergrad. I’m a barre instructor and teach throughout the week in my beloved neighborhood, Elmwood Village! I became a certified flexologist here at Stretch Lab because I love helping people feel better in their bodies and within their overall health. In my free time you can catch me taking a hot yoga class, going on a long walk with music, or kicking it with friends!

      Hello! I'm Melissa, I have a bachelors degree in Public Health and I am a certified personal trainer and stretching/ flexibility coach certified through the National Academy in Sports Medicine. I have always been interested in health and wellness starting from a young age. I specialize in meeting my clients where they are and being able to help progress them to meet their goals in a supportive and attainable manner. When I am not training or stretching I enjoy talking my dog out for walks and hikes and trying out new Buffalo restaurants!

      Hi, I’m Miranda! I am super excited to be working here at Stretch Lab as a Flexologist, and enjoy helping others along their fitness journey to improve their overall health and well-being! I earned my Personal Training certification through NCSF (National Council of Strength and Fitness) and through the Personal Training Program at Niagara County Community College (NCCC). Aside from fitness, I also have my Bachelor of Science from SUNY Fredonia. I enjoy weightlifting, power yoga, the great outdoors, and music, as I am also an avid musician classically trained in voice and piano. If you are looking to improve your flexibility, increase your strength, relax, and enjoy a great stretch session, I would love to have you on my bench!

      Hello, I’m Bri and I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Flexologist! I received my 200 hour YTT at Lakshmi Rising Yoga and Wellness in 2018 and have been teaching ever since. I am extremely passionate about movement, health, and wellness. Helping people move through life with more ease, mentally and physically, has always called to me. It would be an honor to help you along your journey! When I am not stretching, I enjoy yoga, dancing, lifting, being outside, and art!

      Hi, I’m Amelia! I am a certified Personal Trainer, certified Nutrition Coach, certified Physique and Bodybuilding coach, and a Flexologist! I have always known I wanted to help people feel good and accomplish their specific goals, but I realized I wanted to be a part of the fitness industry during covid when I decided to make a positive change in my life and lose weight. I immediately fell in love with weightlifting and nutrition, so I decided this was the career path I wanted to pursue. When I’m not training clients or in the gym, I love walking my dog, painting, music, reading, yoga in the sun, and spending time with my amazing family and friends! Implementing stretching into my own life is something that makes me feel like my best self and I would love to help you get there too!
