I'm Samira! With over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how stretching and mobility training can enhance quality of life. After experiencing chronic pain, tension, and restricted movement myself, I discovered how consistent stretching could improve mobility, release tension, sharpen focus, and create a greater sense of physical freedom. That experience shaped my commitment to helping others move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies through practical, sustainable movement practices.
I’m excited to bring that experience to StretchLab and help clients experience the benefits of improved mobility and body awareness. Outside of work, I stay active through strength training, hiking, walking, breathwork, and a nutrition-focused lifestyle. I value presence, consistency, and balance, along with quality time and shared laughter with friends. I also speak Farsi.
