Meet the Team

  • Germain

    Germain

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Germain — an Athletic Therapist and Flexologist who’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active doing what they love. I’ve worked with varsity athletes, hockey players, weekend warriors, and everyday people looking to improve mobility and reduce pain. When I’m not stretching clients or building rehab programs, you’ll probably find me training, learning new languages, travelling, or staying active outdoors. I joined StretchLab because I love the positive energy, the focus on helping people move well, and being part of a team that genuinely makes a difference in clients’ daily lives. I also speak Spanish.

    Jake

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Jake. With 18 years of experience in personal training and strength and conditioning, along with a degree in Exercise and Health Science, I’ve had the opportunity to coach athletes and clients of all levels, from professional athletes to grandmothers. I’m passionate about helping people improve performance, move better, recover smarter, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health. My coaching philosophy is rooted in understanding the full spectrum of movement and recognizing that wellness and performance are not one-size-fits-all. I believe mindset, recovery, lifestyle, and individual goals all play an important role in how people move and feel. Through my own injury recovery and experience living with occipital neuralgia, I’ve developed a strong sense of empathy for those experiencing chronic pain or injuries that can limit daily life and performance. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy reading, training, basketball, and continuing to educate both myself and other coaches in human performance and recovery. What I enjoy most about StretchLab is the opportunity to connect with people individually on their wellness journey and help them feel better in their everyday lives through movement, recovery, and consistency.

Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, continuing my education in the fitness field, and staying active. I love learning more about health and wellness and finding ways to help others reach their goals. What I enjoy most about being part of StretchLab is creating meaningful connections with members and helping people move better, feel better, and experience the positive impact mobility and recovery can have on daily life. I also speak Spanish.

    Samira

    Flexologist

I'm Samira! With over a decade of experience as a yoga teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how stretching and mobility training can enhance quality of life. After experiencing chronic pain, tension, and restricted movement myself, I discovered how consistent stretching could improve mobility, release tension, sharpen focus, and create a greater sense of physical freedom. That experience shaped my commitment to helping others move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies through practical, sustainable movement practices. I’m excited to bring that experience to StretchLab and help clients experience the benefits of improved mobility and body awareness. Outside of work, I stay active through strength training, hiking, walking, breathwork, and a nutrition-focused lifestyle. I value presence, consistency, and balance, along with quality time and shared laughter with friends. I also speak Farsi.

My specializations include fitness, nutrition, habit transformation, bodywork, and fascial training, and I love supporting clients as they work toward their goals. I’m always inspired by the progress and accomplishments I see through movement and wellness. Outside of the studio, I enjoy spending time in nature and exploring the arts. I’m also a lifelong learner, which is one of the reasons I joined the StretchLab team. I look forward to supporting your wellness journey in English, Mandarin, and Japanese.
