      Flexologist
      Ellie has been a NASM certified personal trainer and CES since 2019 and has loved being in the health and wellness space ever since. She specializes in functional strength training and corrective exercise, and understood the benefits of PNF stretching long before she heard about StretchLab. Her passion is helping people pursue pain-free movement in and outside of the gym. She moved to CO in 2022 from Seattle with her husband and two border collies, and enjoys exploring the beautiful state with them.

      Darian is a native to Pennsylvania and moved to Colorado in the late months of 2022. She graduated from DeSales University where she played collegiate soccer and graduated with her Bachelors in Sport and Exercise Physiology. She has her Strength and Conditioning Specialists Certification, where she works with athletes on applying scientific knowledge to train them for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. She enjoys the outdoors and going on hikes with her boyfriend and two dogs, Rolo a 2 year old Labrador retriever and pug mix and Saige a 6 month old boxer and bulldog mix. Darian is a total people person who loves to meet new faces and create genuine relationships. StretchLab gives her the opportunity to help others achieve their goals and feel their best!

      Jake received his Bachelor's in Athletic Training from Penn State and is currently a Children's Hospital Colorado athletic trainer for Pride Soccer Club in Colorado Springs. His knowledge and expertise come from his experiences in collegiate, high school, and club sports athletic programs, as well as the physical therapy setting. Jake enjoys spending time with his wife Heather, children Ava and Austin, and their dog Bingo. He chose StretchLab to use his skills and knowledge to help people feel, move, and perform better.

      Grace received her B.S. in Exercise Science and Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating, she spent a year at the University of Northern Colorado Cancer Rehabilitation Institute and became a Cancer Exercise Specialist. Currently, Grace is attending school at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs for nursing school. She is passionate about helping people and is very excited to work at StretchLab where she can improve people's quality of life through stretching. In her free time, Grace enjoys swimming, finding local coffee shops, and spending time with her friends and family.

      Tim holds an Associate’s Degree from the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado (NPTI) and has been a Certified Personal Trainer and a Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2020. Tim has lived all over the country, holding a variety of management positions in the hospitality and beverage industries, most recently moving from Florida to Colorado in 2019. He works as an actor and voice actor in his spare time. Finding that stretching and flexibility are often-neglected areas of fitness, Tim wanted to pursue a position at StretchLab in order to bring a greater level of health to those he works with. StretchLab is a recognized leader in the field of advanced stretching techniques.

      With an academic background in biology and as a therapeutic yoga facilitator, Jessica delights in finding creative ways to support others on their wellness journeys. In the role of Flexologist, she provides clear communication, compassion and consistency. When all hats are off, her favorite hobbies include reading, spending time in nature and being surrounded by loved ones.

      Leah earned her B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in health promotion and a minor in Biology. She got her degree from SUNY Brockport in New York and moved to Colorado shortly after. She ran cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track from 7th grade all the way through her collegiate career. Being active has always been a huge part of her life, so by working at StretchLab she wants to promote that lifestyle in other’s lives by helping to improve daily functional movement and mobility. In her free time, Leah enjoys running and hiking with her dog and has a passion for sports photography.

      Austin is a Colorado native who grew up in the small town of Gunnison. He attended and graduated from Western State Colorado University with a BFA, and is a NASM certified personal trainer. Austin has spent most of his life as an avid skier. His home mountain is Crested Butte, where he coached and instructed skiing for years. Austin likes to spend his free time training Jiu-Jitsu and strength training, as well as skiing in the winters. Stretching is incredibly important to Austin because of the active lifestyle that he lives, he has also suffered from many sports injuries and stretching has allowed him to heal and get back to doing the things he loves. Austin was extremely excited to join the Stretch lab team so that he can help people improve their lives through the benefits of stretching.

      Victoria earned her B.S in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Over the past 5 years, she has interned alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers which have given her a strong foundation in the many ways to increase movement, strengthen and rehabilitate the body. In her spare time, Victoria likes to rock climb, paint, and go to concerts. Being part of Stretchlab will help her expand her knowledge and be able to work with people from all different types of backgrounds.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
