I received my BFA in Dance with honors from the Alonzo King LINES Ballet program at Dominican University of California in 2014. After graduating, I moved to Southern California to perform in various shows at the Disneyland Resort. Along with still performing, I also am a physical therapy aide working to get accepted into a Physical Therapy program. I have a passion for fitness and wellness and cannot wait to share my passion at StretchLab!

My love for fitness started at an early age playing baseball, running cross country, and track. I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State University Fullerton and I am a personal trainer and certified in massage therapy. I am committed to continued lifelong learning and growth. My favorite part of being a Flexologist is helping my clients achieve their goal and helping people discover talents they never thought were possible.

Playing football most of my life left me with so many injuries that I basically grew up in a physical therapy office. Having my 9th surgery before I turned 21 forced me to understand the human body and learn how to prevent these imbalances. I continued my education in sports medicine with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Linfield College in Oregon. I am a personal trainer and have spent the last couple years working at an aquatic physical therapy facility. I love being a part of the StretchLab family, helping so many people get out of chronic pain and educating them to maintain that quality of life.

I was born and raised in Orange County. From a young age I have been overly active. Through sports and activities, I developed many injuries. By the time I was 25 I had been put under 6 times and had 3 pieces of metal in my body. From doing many physical therapy programs and essentially living in doctors officers, I developed a love for health and wellness. I have 6 certifications in health and wellness. I’m here at StretchLab to help more people with their health!

Amongst many certifications, including a BA in Architecture & Urbanism, an MBA in Strategic Marketing, and a Classical Pilates Education, I have studied and been certified in different energy work modalities, counseling and bodywork. This expanded my own perception of what “holistic care” means, my horizons have broadened, and I have started to have a deeper understanding of the body, the mind, the spirit, and how everything is interconnected.

I am a New York native who has always had a passion for sports and fitness. Two of my many passions growing up were playing soccer and basketball! Seeking less snow and more sun, I moved to Orange County in 2013. I am absolutely in love with the Southern California lifestyle, and all the opportunities that it provides! On any given day, you can find me hiking, walking my two dogs, going to the beach, and riding my bike. In 2005, I decided to deepen my yoga practice by obtaining my 200HR Vinyasa Flow certification via Yoga Tribe in Huntington Beach. I have also completed certifications in Yin Yoga, Yogalates, and 300HR Yoga Therapy. Currently, I am in training and practicum to complete the 850HR Yoga Therapist Training. This will allow me to deliver premium, educated, spirited classes and private sessions on a multi-faceted basis. My favorite part of being a Flexologist is being able to cater to, help, and serve my clients; I am looking forward to guiding and supporting our community of Orange County!

Fitness, health, and wellness have always inspired and intrigued me! I believe the body, mind and soul are all connected and when all are in balance, you live a happier life! I am a Seattle native, and I recently had the amazing opportunity to live in Australia for three years. During this time, I completed my 200-hour yoga certification in Bali. I grew up doing gymnastics, cross country, and track. Movement, athletics, and sports have been some of my passions! Working as a Flexologist and yoga instructor allows me to pursue my passion by bringing the community together and positively impact people's lives. I am a highly active individual who enjoys anything that gets the body moving! I love being a part of the StretchLab Newport-Mesa team because I get to help others improve their mobility and flexibility. My friends and family would describe me as always radiating positivity, laughing, and living life to its fullest!

I received both my BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography and my BA in Arts Administration from Elon University in North Carolina. As part of my dance degree, I studied Somatic Theories, the Pilates Body-Mind Conditioning System, and explored bodywork. All of these taught me about the interconnectedness between the body, mind, and spirit. Working on my own flexibility as a dancer led me to my passion for yoga, and I received my 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga certification from YogaWorks in SoHo, New York. In addition to being a yoga instructor, I am also a dancer/performer at the Disneyland Resort! My goal has always been to spread joy and wellness using movement as my vehicle. I am so thankful for the opportunity as a Flexologist to help others improve their flexibility, mobility, posture, and performance so they can feel better in their own bodies and minds!

Athletic by nature, I grew up exploring many forms of movement ranging from competitive cheerleading, track, karate, and the list goes on! At age 17, I took my first yoga class and found my movement medicine. In 2018, I completed 300 hours of yoga teacher training from Shiva Rea’s Samudra Global School of Living Yoga. Even when I’m off the mat, I am always stretching! I am always researching or reading about how to take my health to the next level. Health, wellness, and self- inquiry are my passions and I hope to inspire others to find ways that help them feel their best!
