      Joey is a Chiropractor currently completing his board exams for licensure, with a strong foundation in human anatomy, movement, and function. During his time at StretchLab, he's enjoyed connecting with clients and helping them improve their flexibility and mobility through personalized, hands-on care. He is passionate about making movement feel better for every body. Outside of the studio, you can often find him playing volleyball—both indoors and on the beach.

      Miranda holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Concordia University, where she was also a proud member of the cheer and stunt team. Her passion for movement and recovery led her to StretchLab, where she finds fulfillment in helping people feel their best. Seeing clients smile as their pain fades and mobility improves is what drives her every day. Outside of StretchLab, Miranda coaches and enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and soaking up nature.

      Branden is an E-RYT 350 Yoga Teacher of 10 years, a Reiki practitioner, and is currently enrolled in school for Certified Massage Therapy & Holistic Health Practitioner. His emphasis in all of his healing modalities is mindful breath. He will actively guide you through breathing in conjunction with the PNF cycles we utilize to help maximize your stretch experience. His favorite part of being at StretchLab is being able to combine his existing knowledge of the human body and how it moves and share that through the stretch with his clients to help them attain their goals.

      Cody is an experienced Flexologist with six years in the field and a degree in Kinesiology, bringing both practical expertise and a strong understanding of human movement to every session. He is passionate about helping clients move more efficiently, recover effectively, and maintain an active, pain-free lifestyle. Whether supporting injury recovery, improving mobility, or enhancing overall performance, Cody takes a personalized, results-driven approach to meet each client’s goals. Outside of StretchLab, he is a dedicated husband and father, an avid sports fan, and runs a woodworking business in his free time.

      Shaliyah is a Flexologist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Education from San Francisco State University. With several years of experience in physical therapy settings, she brings a strong understanding of rehabilitation, movement mechanics, and client care to each session. Focused on helping clients improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and move with greater confidence, Shaliyah is actively working toward a long-term career in the physical therapy field. Outside of StretchLab, she stays active through soccer, flag football, and kickball, reflecting her passion for movement both professionally and personally.

      Kayla recently graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, emphasizing Health Professions, and a minor in Psychology. She brings several years of hands-on experience as a Physical Therapy Aide and is passionate about pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist. With a lifelong background in sports and a strong enthusiasm for fitness, she loves helping others move and feel their best. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her lifting weights, exploring new places, enjoying the outdoors, or relaxing at the beach soaking up the sun.

      Jacob Morales is a performance-driven stretch practitioner whose approach is shaped by over two decades in baseball and firsthand experience with the demands of high-level athletics. His path has been defined not only by competition, but by resilience—overcoming multiple injuries and surgeries that required a disciplined commitment to recovery, movement quality, and long-term physical health. Through extensive collaboration with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and sports performance professionals, Jacob developed a practical, results-oriented understanding of the body. This foundation allows him to effectively bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, delivering sessions that are both strategic and purposeful. At StretchLab, Jacob approaches every session with intention and a service mindset. He is dedicated to helping clients move more efficiently, recover more effectively, and perform at a higher level—whether they are athletes, professionals, or individuals focused on improving their overall quality of life. His background enables him to connect with clients beyond the physical, understanding not only how the body moves, but the mindset required to overcome limitations and rebuild with strength and confidence.

      Josh is a Flexologist with a strong foundation in rehabilitation and human movement, bringing a precise, detail-oriented approach to every session. He is set to begin Physical Therapy school this summer, further advancing his expertise in helping clients move more efficiently, build strength, and improve long-term mobility. Passionate about delivering personalized results, Josh focuses on creating targeted stretch sessions that support each client’s individual goals while enhancing overall performance and recovery. Outside the studio, he enjoys strength training, experimenting with new recipes, playing video games, and spending time with his dog on long walks.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
