      Flexologist
My background is in personal training. I have a passion for helping people improve their health and fitness so they can live longer, happier lives. Growing up I played football in high school and college. Through those experiences I was taught the importance of increasing mobility for injury prevention and improving athletic performance.

I graduated from California State University and received a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Clinical Movement Science. I am currently in the Masters of Science in Athletic Training program at Sacred Heart University because I am passionate about helping athletes recover from their sport injuries so they can continue competing in the sport that they love. In my downtime, I love eating different types of food (even the weird and bizarre) and going on hikes whenever I can!

      Flexologist
I am a student at Norwalk Community College studying to become a physical therapy assistant and already have extensive experience as a physical therapy aide. I have always been extremely interested in health and wellness; I played competitive volleyball in school and continue to play recreationally, and if I'm not at StretchLab or playing volleyball, you can find me in the gym working out or hanging out with friends. Thanks to athletics and staying active playing such a big role in my life, I have learned the importance of mobility to enhance performance and prevent injury.

I am a Flexologist and I also have certifications in Personal Training. I have been with StretchLab since we opened in early 2019! I chose to train as a Flexologist because I like to help my clients move without any pain, and prevent any injuries. When I'm not at StretchLab you can usually find me lifting weights, training clients or playing with my niece and nephew.
      Ricky Mejia
      Ricky Mejia
      Flexologist
Ricky comes to us with a background in exercise science and human performance. He missed working with clients one on one to help them reach their own personal goals. Ricky finds that this work is very rewarding and loves watching his clients improve over time. When not at StretchLab you can find Ricky at the gym, playing video games or enjoying a night out with his friends.
