      I am a personal trainer, massage therapist, and also a physical therapy aid. I have worked with athletes for years and know the importance of mobility to both performance and injury avoidance.

      My background is in personal training. I have a passion for helping people improve their health and fitness so they can live longer, happier lives. Growing up I played football in high school and college. Through those experiences I was taught the importance of increasing mobility for injury prevention and improving athletic performance.

      I am a Flexologist and I also have certifications in Personal Training. I chose to train as a Flexologist because I like to help my clients move without any pain, and prevent any injuries. When I'm not at StretchLab you can usually find me lifting weights, training clients or playing with my niece and nephew.

      Maxeron is a practitioner of various martial arts including the art of 8 limbs, Muay Thai and the gentle art, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since the age of 14. Human optimization is a passion that he found through years of human movement. From his studies, flexibility and mobility remained a core element in physical, mental, and spiritual health. He draws inspiration from notable leaders such as Ido Portal, Wim Hof, and Bruce Lee.

      I am currently in school obtaining my Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport. I have a passion for health and wellness and strongly value how mobility and musculoskeletal function impacts daily well-being.

      I am a personal trainer and also certified as a sport nutritionist, strength and conditioning coach, and transformation specialist through the ISSA. My FAVORITE stretches are for the lower back because I developed lower back tightness from running track and stretching made me feel much better! I love stretching because it helps me feel confident during the day and ready for whatever comes my way. Outside of StretchLab you will probably find me playing a sport, training a client, or eating a delicious meal!

      I graduated from California State University and received a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Clinical Movement Science. I am currently in the Masters of Science in Athletic Training program at Sacred Heart University because I am passionate about helping athletes recover from their sport injuries so they can continue competing in the sport that they love. In my downtime, I love eating different types of food (even the weird and bizarre) and going on hikes whenever I can!

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
