When I'm not at StretchLab you can usually find me lifting weights, training clients or playing with my niece and nephew.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer specializing in Sports Massage and Assisted Stretching. I feel that stretching is the most overlooked part of staying healthy. Routine stretching has helped me to avoid many injuries while training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past 9 years. In my off time you'll find me drinking coffee and hiking with dogs.

I’ve been a massage therapist for almost nine years and specialize in sports and medical massage. I have worked everywhere from chiropractic offices, surgery rehabilitation facilities and with physical therapists. I love that I’m able to be part of someone healing process. Knowing I was able to help someone avoid surgery or help them gain back their flexibility and range of motion post surgery, is a large part of why I got into this field.

As a certified Flexologist my aim is to assist you in improving your Posture, by increasing range of motion in the joints & flexibility in the muscles, as well as decreasing muscle & joint pain. And if it’s summertime, I’m enjoying the lake life too.
