Adriana is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a graduate from Penn State in Sport Medicine. She has spent 1000+ hours with Penn State Athletics including, Football, M/W Rugby, M/W Soccer, etc. Through that time, she learned the benefits of injury prevention, sports performance, myofascial techniques, energy healing, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. During her time as an athlete and in clinical rotations, she has continued to find that stretching is an integral part of recovery, performance, reduced pain, and longevity. She is excited to continue her passion for prevention/the mind and body connection to improve health and wellness at Stretchlab!
Outside of work, you can catch her on the hiking trails with a camera, longboarding by the beach, reading on holistic nutrition, or practicing mindful yoga in the forest.
