I received my 200hour yoga certification from The American Yoga Academy who are registered with yoga alliance. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and incorporates my dance training into my classes and stretches.

As a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, graduate of Academy of Natural Health Sciences with certification in Massage Therapy and a background in personal training and group exercise, Evanna understands the value of stretching for not only during training but in everyday life. When Evanna is not stretching she is out hiking on a local trail or spending time with her family.

David is a Health and Wellness Educator specializing in Nuad Thai, Myofascial Massage, and Kripalu Yoga. As an instructor, he has traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand, San Francisco, CA, Tucson, AZ, Stockbridge, MA, and Black Rock City, NV to teach anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, various massage modalities, and Hatha Yoga to aspiring professionals and enthusiasts. “My goal is to help everyday people experience freedom in their body by combining regular bodywork and simple self-care techniques.”

John Levis discovered yoga in 1999 where he learned the benefit of stretching, joint mobility and functional, optimal body mechanics. His practice of yoga cleared years of chronic back pain and he actually grew an inch at the age of 30! He has been teaching an alignment based style of yoga since 2003, having been certified in Anusara Yoga in 2009. He has taught in many yoga teacher trainings teaching students and teachers to be optimal and therapeutic in their practice. He has also been practicing Thai Yoga Bodywork (aka Thai Massage) since 2005 taught by Jonas Westring of Shantaya Healing Arts. John’s yoga travels have taken him to Costa Rica, India, Egypt, Singapore and he hosted a yoga retreat in Bali, Indonesia in 2012. John completed the massage therapy program receiving a diploma at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine completing a 680 hour program in therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, orthopedic assessments, anatomy, physiology & pathology as well as receiving a Medical Massage Therapy Certification in 2020. John has received certificates in NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) taught by the founder, Jocelyn Olivier, and Functional Integrative Therapy (FIT) as taught by the founder, Mark Carangelo and has also completed Reiki Levels 1 & 2. He continues to study the functions of the human body as well as studying and practicing breathwork and meditation for greater well-being. John teaches yoga weekly at PowerFlow Yoga in Morristown and Niyama Yoga in Randolph, NJ. He is a Certified Sommelier, a former Outdoor School Guide for REI, avid mountain biker and all around outdoor enthusiast.

My name is Kayla. I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years and decided to bring that background that I’m so passionate about to stretch lab! My favorite place is the beach & I thrive off of naps when I can squeeze them in. I’m currently studying integrative health in order to help everyone find their balance of wellness with eastern and western medicine.

As a graduate of Hofstra University and William Paterson University with a degree in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology, I understand the value of stretching. My specific background is in functional mobility, postural control, myofascial release, exercise prescription, and strength and conditioning. I have learned the importance of stretching whether it is before, during, or after any activity of daily living. Outside of work, I love to spend time with family, friends, and I love to play tennis, basketball, bowling as well as hiking. I am excited to be part of this franchise and I look forward to meeting all of you.

I'm a dedicated wellness professional who has been a practitioner for over 20 years. I started out as a massage therapist with a medically based background and then transitioned into Personal Training and Group Fitness from a medical and wellness standpoint. In 2008, I went on to further my studies in wellness and pursued yoga in which I have over 1000 hours of training. I believe in educating my clients with the knowledge to help them heal and live their best lives. I also believe in empowering others to see the tools that they have right in front of themselves. When I'm not working I enjoy having dance parties with my daughter and kooky puppy “Mimi.”

Kristina has a passion for movement with a 200hr Vinyasa and Yin yoga certificate as well as barre. When she's not teaching or practicing, you can find her outside; hiking, walking, running, kayaking, etc. As a person who is active, she know the benefits that stretching provides. Her intent is to educate our members so they can open up and create more space for themselves, mentally and physically. Movement is medicine. Mindful stretching creates the space for fluidity in the body.

Mike has over three years of experience as a certified personal trainer with NASM and loves to have a positive impact on people’s lives. He has been working out his entire life, whether it’s lifting weights or playing basketball & soccer. He finds that stretching has always been an important aspect to his recovery and decided to begin working at StretchLab to help other people along their journey. Mike’s hobbies include: resistance training, yoga, playing call of duty, and watching the NBA.

A couple things about myself, I have a passion for bodybuilding/ powerlifting, as well as music! I play guitar, clarinet and bongo drum and just enjoy to learn more to dive deeper into each instrument. I am excited to be a part of this time!
