    Frances

    Flexologist

My name is Fran. I graduated from the University of Richmond and earned a double degree in Sociology and European History. I lived in London, England, for many years and in Sydney, Australia, for two. These experiences provided me with a fantastic opportunity to travel extensively with my family, broadening my perspective and enriching my life. After practicing yoga for over a decade, I completed my RYS 200 Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. Since then, I have taught yoga classes in London, New Jersey, and Miami, sharing my passion for mindfulness and movement. Most recently, I expanded my expertise by completing an 85-hour Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training, allowing me to support expectant mothers on their wellness journeys. I consider myself a lifelong learner, always seeking growth and new experiences. While living in Miami, I volunteered at a women’s shelter, teaching yoga and breath work, and at the world-famous Vizcaya Gardens and Museum. Since 2020 I have been teaching an open community yoga class at Morristown Public Library. Contributing to my community in meaningful ways is important to me. I am also an avid reader and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, honoring my heritage and fostering a love for history.
