      John Levis LMT discovered the practice of yoga in 1999 where he learned the benefit of mobility through mindful movement, stretching and joint mobility in order to achieve optimal alignment and has been practicing ever since! The practice of yoga cleared him years of chronic back pain and improved overall posture and well-being. He began teaching an alignment based yoga practice in 2003 enlightening students of every age and body type of the life long benefits. The greatest part of teaching was watching the students benefit greatly. John has taught in many teacher trainings and his practice has taken him to Costa Rica, India, Egypt, Bali and Singapore. In 2005 John got certified Thai Yoga Bodywork/Massage in 2005 and has been working on people ever since. He graduated from American Institute of Alternative Medicine completing a 680 hour program in therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, orthopedic assessments, anatomy, physiology & pathology as well as receiving a Medical Massage Therapy Certification in 2020, becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2021. He has also received certificates in NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR) and Functional Integrative Therapy (FIT). John is also a Certified Sommelier, former Outdoor School Guide for REI and avid mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast.

      My name is Kayla. I’ve been teaching yoga for 5 years and decided to bring that background that I’m so passionate about to stretch lab! My favorite place is the beach & I thrive off of naps when I can squeeze them in. I’m currently studying integrative health in order to help everyone find their balance of wellness with eastern and western medicine.

      Kristina has a passion for movement with a 200hr Vinyasa and Yin yoga certificate as well as barre. When she's not teaching or practicing, you can find her outside; hiking, walking, running, kayaking, etc. As a person who is active, she know the benefits that stretching provides. Her intent is to educate our members so they can open up and create more space for themselves, mentally and physically. Movement is medicine. Mindful stretching creates the space for fluidity in the body.

      Mike has over three years of experience as a certified personal trainer with NASM and loves to have a positive impact on people’s lives. He has been working out his entire life, whether it’s lifting weights or playing basketball & soccer. He finds that stretching has always been an important aspect to his recovery and decided to begin working at StretchLab to help other people along their journey. Mike’s hobbies include: resistance training, yoga, playing call of duty, and watching the NBA.

      “My name is Luis Lucero, I am 23 years old with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in health as well as a certification in personal training. A couple things about myself, I have a passion for bodybuilding/ powerlifting, as well as music! I play guitar, clarinet and bongo drum and just enjoy to learn more to dive deeper into each instrument. I am excited to be a part of this time!

      Tori is a Montclair State University Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine with over 1500 hours experience working with High School and College athletes. While working at her clinical rotations, Tori learned injury prevention, cupping therapy, soft tissue mobilization and developed treatment plans for her athletes. When Tori’s not at work or in school, she has a passion for volunteering as a First Responder in her town’s local EMS. From both an athletic and first responder background Tori understands the importance of stretching and flexibility in order to stay healthy and mobile. Tori’s goal is to educate her clients and get them feeling better than ever!

      Adriana is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a graduate from Penn State in Sport Medicine. She has spent 1000+ hours with Penn State Athletics including, Football, M/W Rugby, M/W Soccer, etc. Through that time, she learned the benefits of injury prevention, sports performance, myofascial techniques, energy healing, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. During her time as an athlete and in clinical rotations, she has continued to find that stretching is an integral part of recovery, performance, reduced pain, and longevity. She is excited to continue her passion for prevention/the mind and body connection to improve health and wellness at Stretchlab! Outside of work, you can catch her on the hiking trails with a camera, longboarding by the beach, reading on holistic nutrition, or practicing mindful yoga in the forest.

      Andy is a Certified Fitness Trainer (NASM). He provides personal training for adult clients in order to help them achieve their weight loss and weight management goals and to improve their general fitness. Andy has coached and trained several athletes on the youth, high school and college levels. He has been a presenter at several athletic camps, clinics and coaching workshops. Andy has enjoyed time as a competitive marathon runner, ultra-marathon runner and Ironman triathlete. He was a competitive kick boxer and has several years of martial arts experience. More than anything, Andy enjoys helping people feel good about themselves and is excited to bring this passion to Stretchlab.

      I am a corrective exercise coach with 3+ years of experience in helping people reach their health goals as a personal trainer. I aspire to become a Personal Therapist Assistant to further help individuals in their rehabilitation and to aid in the prevention of future injuries.
