I am a personal trainer from West Orange who is currently studying Exercise Science at Montclair State University with an aspiration to become an athletic trainer. StretchLab has introduced me to the importance of stretching which I now inform my clients about. Ideally, I workout 4 times per week. Incorporating stretching has helped my range of motion during certain workouts. In fact, it alleviated most pain that comes with exercising. My favorite stretch is any Gluteus Maximus because it is very crucial to treating back pain. Come in for a stretch and find out your favorite stretch!

I started his fitness journey over 10 years ago when I stumbled across a free New Year's Eve diet plan. I decided to give it a shot and started exercising on a regular basis and learning the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle. Over 100lbs later I've developed a passion for exercise and developed confidence in myself for the first time. I became an avid gym goer, a frequent yoga practitioner and a skilled home cook in pursuit of this goal. In 2016 I turned that new passion into a career and was certified as a personal trainer. Clients describe me as a "walking exercise manual," as I have an endless array of exercises, stretches and options for different muscles and limitations. I joined StretchLab to bring my expertise into a different area of fitness. I want to make stretching a bigger part of everyone's training and teach them how stretching and strength training are really one and the same.

I'm a dedicated wellness professional who has been a practitioner for over 20 years. I started out as a massage therapist with a medically based background and then transitioned into Personal Training and Group Fitness from a medical and wellness standpoint. In 2008, I went on to further my studies in wellness and pursued yoga in which I have over 1000 hours of training. I believe in educating my clients with the knowledge to help them heal and live their best lives. I also believe in empowering others to see the tools that they have right in front of themselves. When I'm not working I enjoy having dance parties with my daughter and kooky puppy “Mimi.”
