Tyler
Flexologist
Tyler is from Marietta, Georgia. He earned his degree in Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutritional Science from Kennesaw State University and plans to pursue a career in physical therapy.
He has two years of experience working in a neurobehavioral rehabilitation facility supporting individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries, along with two years as a physical therapy technician in a clinical setting. In that role, he worked with adolescents, older adults, and student athletes, helping guide them through recovery and movement progression.
Tyler began his own fitness journey through calisthenics, where he developed a strong appreciation for body awareness, mobility, and strength working together. As a former high school fencer, he learned that training, nutrition, and recovery must stay balanced to support long-term performance and longevity.
At StretchLab, Tyler is passionate about helping clients prioritize recovery so they can move confidently and live actively. He believes movement is medicine and brings patience, focus, and attentiveness to every session, tailoring each stretch to support his clients’ individual goals.
