I’m a native of Huntsville, AL. I earned my BS in Exercise Science & Nutrition from the University of Montevallo and my Masters in Sports Performance at the University of W FL. I played basketball at the collegiate level and was able to witness the importance of injury prevention, stretching, and recovery. I believe it is important to take care of our bodies and find it rewarding to teach others how to be and feel their best! I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I was specifically focused on helping older clients get back into activities they love and regain independence. My days as an athlete shaped me, teaching me discipline, accountability, and how to work through adversity. I bring these skills with an abundance of positivity to our sessions together to create a program and help you stay on track toward your goals. I was a Flexologist at StretchLab Morningside from ‘24 to May ’25 and I have returned to ATL to start nursing school at Emory this Fall.

Hello, I am from Stone Mountain, Ga. I earned a degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Georgia State and am on track to become a Physical Therapist. I was an athlete in high school and played several sports, including team basketball. My passion for recovery grew from experiencing multiple injuries and going through my own rehabilitation. I had early exposure to observing and shadowing Occupational and Physical Therapists in my High School's sports medicine program. After college, I worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for 3 years, gaining clinical practice and hands-on experience. I understand how to keep my body in a healthy state and the rehabilitation process. I’m eager to share that knowledge with you! At StretchLab, I work with clients from every background and help them feel and perform their best and teach them how to care for their body. Whether you want to be able to continue to pick up basketball after being at a desk all day, are a retiree wanting to improve and keep your mobility, or a weekend warrior working on personal bests, I can help you improve how your body feels and performs.

I grew up in Decatur and Druid Hills and love the people within the community. I graduated from Clayton State University with a degree in Health Science and am pursuing a career in physical therapy. As a track and field athlete for 12 years, I learned first hand about the impact of recovery on performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I have also been a Physical Therapy Aide and Wellness Coach. At StretchLab, I am excited to work hands-on with clients to teach them about their body and help them with preventative care. We often find ourselves in pain or injured because we aren’t stretching and doing the proper recovery for our active and static periods. We will create a clear plan on how to get your moving better and take care of yourself day to day. As the Team Lead, I am responsible for programming quality and ongoing education for the team.

Hi! I’m Karima. I was born and raised in Jonesboro, GA and earned my BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from North Carolina A & T University with Magna Cum Laude distinction. I ran track in HS and at the collegiate level and learned a lot about how to care for my body and what happens when you don’t have recovery. I was also diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age and rehabilitation helped me live an active, normal life. My experience in rehabilitation is where my passion for exercise & helping people bloomed. I aspire to be a physical therapist and have completed over 300 intern hours in outpatient PT clinics, working with diverse populations, injuries & treatment modalities. It is simple to avoid injury and maintain your mobility. StretchLab is the perfect fit for me to keep learning and continue helping people move better and feel better every day. I can blend my love for movement with my purpose of helping people feel stronger and more in control of their bodies. I’m naturally patient, and I take pride in making sure my clients feel respected and comfortable every step of the way. I love sharing how the body works and seeing someone light up when they realize what their body can do. I want all my clients to leave feeling better than when they arrived.

He has two years of experience working in a neurobehavioral rehabilitation facility supporting individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries, along with two years as a physical therapy technician in a clinical setting. Flexologist
Hi, my name is Dr. Lexi. My journey into the wellness field started through my own health experiences, which led me to chiropractic care. From that point on, I always knew I wanted to be in healthcare and help others feel better in their bodies. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University and earned my Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University. Along the way, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience working with families, athletes, and older adults in both injury recovery and wellness-focused environments, shaping a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to care. As someone who has been an athlete most of my life, I understand how important a consistent stretch and recovery routine is not just for performance, but for long-term health. I’m especially passionate about women’s and children’s health and helping people find a path forward in their movement and wellness journey. At StretchLab, I focus on truly understanding your body and your goals. I take the time to identify key areas that will make an immediate impact in how you feel day to day, while also building a program that delivers results over time. My approach is intentional, goal-driven, and centered on helping you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what you love.

I earned my degree in Biology from the University of Toledo and plan to pursue a career as a Physical Therapy Assistant. As a former multi-sport athlete and captain of my basketball team, I understand the importance of consistency, discipline, and staying healthy. Stretching and recovery play a critical role in both performance and injury prevention.
