Meet LaSarah! LaSarah is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and movement instructor with experience in yoga, strength training, and group fitness. She also holds training in Thai yoga bodywork, which informs her hands-on approach to mobility. Her sessions emphasize stability, breath, and mindful movement, guiding clients toward greater range of motion, improved performance, and long-term resilience.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her community. She believes movement is not only about strength and flexibility but also about creating space for restoration and balance—both on the mat and in daily life. Book a stretch with LaSarah - she's in the studio Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am-2pm!
