      Meet Lexie! Lexie is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a degree in Exercise Science. She is also finishing her NASM personal training certification and splits her time between health related interests. Lexie's favorite stretch is the lumbar twist. She looks forward to seeing you on her bench soon!

      Meet LaSarah! LaSarah is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and movement instructor with experience in yoga, strength training, and group fitness. She also holds training in Thai yoga bodywork, which informs her hands-on approach to mobility. Her sessions emphasize stability, breath, and mindful movement, guiding clients toward greater range of motion, improved performance, and long-term resilience. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her community. She believes movement is not only about strength and flexibility but also about creating space for restoration and balance—both on the mat and in daily life. Book a stretch with LaSarah - she's in the studio Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am-2pm!

      Meet Michael! He grew up here in Mobile and earned his M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Alabama. Over the past decade, he’s worked with people of all ages and backgrounds — from athletes to everyday movers — to help them recover, build strength, and feel their best. Michael co-founded Port City Pickleball, a nonprofit where he plans events, organizes welcoming tournaments for players across the Gulf Coast. Giving back through this work has been one of the most rewarding parts of his journey. Michael loves taking on new challenges — he recently finished a half marathon and is already setting his sights on improving his time and running a full marathon next. Whether stretching at StretchLab or working toward your personal goals, Michael’s focus is on creating an approachable, supportive experience that helps you move, recover, and grow with confidence.

      Meet Jared! Jared is a graduate of the University of Mobile where he played basketball and received his degree in Exercise Science. Very active by nature, Jared has developed a strong passion for health and wellness through his own experiences. He loves teaching others the importance of stretching and the impact it has on injury prevention and recovery. Jared’s favorite stretch is the World's Greatest Stretch. Book a session with Jared and find out what that stretch is!

      Meet Kyra! She is originally from Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Kyra graduated from the University of Mobile with her Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance in Exercise Science and received her Masters Degree in Higher Education. She also played golf at the collegiate level and was the graduate assistant for the men's and women's golf teams at the University of Mobile. Kyra is excited to help people feel better and help them reach their goals. Her favorite stretches are the hip flexor stretches and neck stretches.

      Meet Natalie! Natalie is a senior at the University of South Alabama, where she’s completing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in German Language. Alongside her studies, she is a NASM-certified personal trainer and proudly serves in the U.S. Army National Guard. Outside of academics and military service, Natalie is passionate about distance running, strength training, and intramural sports. Her favorite stretch? The couch stretch—perfect for loosening up tight hip flexors after a long run or tough leg workout! Come see Natalie on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays!

      Meet Keegan! Keegan completed his Bachelors in Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Montevallo. He is currently studying toward a M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of South Alabama, with hopes to work in cardiac rehab in the future. Keegan is passionate about teaching others about health and wellness, as well as helping them along their journey. Keegan’s favorite stretch is the quad stretch.

      Meet Bryce! He spent 10 years living near Seattle before moving to the Florida panhandle, where he finished high school and earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida. Bryce's passion for health and fitness began when he started working with a personal trainer and discovered how impactful proper movement and exercise can be. He's now applying to the University of South Alabama’s Occupational Therapy program to further pursue his career helping people improve their quality of life through functional movement. It's hard to pick a favorite stretch for Bryce, but one of his the upper body traction for the ultimate tension release!

      Meet Elwig! Elwig is a PhD student in exercise science and performance nutrition under the school of health, kinesiology, and sport at the University of South Alabama. He received his masters and bachelors degree in kinesiology at California State University, Los Angeles (Cal State LA), which is where he is from. He has a history of working in the higher education industry as a Director of Strength and Conditioning as well as a teaching/graduate assistant for multiple PE activity courses and kinesiology based labs. He is skilled in sport science, strength training, energy system development, athletic performance, and overall fitness. His hobbies include training in mixed martial arts and spending time with friends and family. Book with Elwig today on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
