I graduated from the University of Concordia Saint Paul with a B.S. in Exercise Science. I am certified in stretch therapy and have been helping people reprogram and relieve body pain by reconnecting with their nervous system and brain for three years. I have experience with deep tissues massage for over eight years. I enjoy learning and gaining knowledge about people's physical body movements and chronic body pain to find ways to relieve it. I love chasing after my nieces and nephew when I am not at the studio. I also enjoy to travel, hike, work out, explore new restaurants, and usually outside playing volleyball or tennis.
