I have 6 plus years of hands on experience, personal training and working with different fitness classes. I’ve had the opportunity to work with many different people, different age groups, and a wide range of injuries. I’m excited to bring my experience to Stretch Lab and meet you right where you are in your journey! One fun fact about me is that I have done 6 cadavers throughout my college career. I have always had a passion for fitness and health, from competing on multiple sports teams through high school and college and now simply enjoying being active and strong. In my free time I love to hike, swim, and do just about anything outside! I am NASM certified coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach, with three years of coaching under my belt now. As I have grown my strength coaching skills and business, I realized that, not only in my own routine but also in that of my clients, a focus on recovery was missing. That is when I found StretchLab and started learning more about incorporating recovery into anyone's daily routine, no matter how active they are, to help improve overall quality of life. I can't wait to work with you and help you truly embody the healthiest version of yourself!

Growing up I've always had a love for being physically active. I ran track and cheered for most of my childhood. I took that passion with me to college and studied Exercise Physiology in undergrad. I then went on to obtain my Masters in Adaptive Physical Education, learning to work with a variety of individuals. I went to East Carolina University for my degrees and as much as I love my school I still have to cheer on my Tarheels. I am a certified Exercise Physiologist through ACSM, along with being a certified Adaptive Recreation and Sports Specialist through BlazeSports. I am currently working on my personal training and Autism exercise specialist certifications. I have previously worked as a Wellness Coach and as a graduate assistant while in school teaching upperclassman how to measure exercise and physical activity. My goal is to spread my passion and knowledge of physical health and wellness to as many populations as possible and make the fitness industry more inclusive. Besides working, I love being outside but only when it's warm. I also enjoy things such as Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars (my dog is named Leia). I believe the best way to work with my clients is to really get to know them so that I can provide the best services to fit their wants and needs. I love watching people meet goals that they have set for themselves and feeling successful in their programs.

After I started riding bicycles at seven years old, and competing on mountain bikes at 11, at age 18 he signed first first professional contract with a team from Mexico for which he raced for two seasons. After my first season racing in the pro field, I received a scholarship offer to study and race at Midwestern State University in Texas, one of the top-ranked Division 1 cycling colleges of the United States, where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology.
