I have a Degree in Health and science fitness. I’m certified in IFTA personal training as well as Schwinn cycle. I have 6 plus years of hands on experience, personal training and working with different fitness classes. I’ve had the opportunity to work with many different people, different age groups, and a wide range of injuries. I’m excited to bring my experience to Stretch Lab and meet you right where you are in your journey! One fun fact about me is that I have done 6 cadavers throughout my college career. I was able to hold a human brain and see how a pacemaker works inside the human heart! The human body is absolutely amazing!

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for living an active lifestyle. I grew up playing team sports both for fun and for travel, and those teams taught me to appreciate working out, improve sport performance, and the true value of quality recovery. I attended George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2021. As a student, I worked/interned at a variety of businesses such as sports performance gyms, physical therapy offices, and coaching after-school sports programs for elementary school students. The summer after graduation, I became CSCS certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and ever since, I have worked as a Strength Coach, an Orange Theory Fitness Coach, and a Personal Trainer. These experiences led me to StretchLab, where I look forward to continuing teaching knowledge of human movement and recovery. I am excited to work hands on to help our members both feel better and learn more about how their body can thrive with proper mobility training! Outside of the studio, you can usually find me playing basketball, running, and spending time exploring The Triangle’s parks with my friends and girlfriend.

Hey, everyone! I just recently moved to the Wake Forest area from Kansas, where I first discovered my passion for all things health and wellness. During my 16 years in the Sunflower State, I competed as a collegiate Track and Cross Country athlete at Sterling College, earned my Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Kansas State University, became certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and dipped my toes into the Physical Therapy world for a year. On top of those things, I have a strong passion for nutrition and total-body wellness, and I absolutely love sharing what I’ve learned with anyone who wants to listen. After graduating with an Exercise Physiology degree, I was so excited to find a place where I could work one-on-one with amazing people like you and put my love of health and wellness to work. When I’m not helping others achieve their fitness goals, I love to spend time outdoors, hit the gym for a weightlifting session, or run as many miles as I can fit into my day. Movement is a gift from God, and my life is centered around it. Come on into the studio and let me help you get the most out of your movement!
