I have worked in the fitness industry for all of my career as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Chicago, IL in 2019. I am also NASM and FSM certified. As a former All State athlete in Track, fitness and a healthy and active lifestyle have always been an important part of my life. I workout daily and am very active. This is what brought me to Stretch Lab! I look forward to building positive relationships with all of my clients and helping them build flexibility that will not only improve their sport/exercise performance, but also enhance and improve their everyday lives! Outside of work, you can find me working out, walking my Boxer, going to the beach, and enjoying my life in North Carolina!

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for living an active lifestyle. I grew up playing team sports both for fun and for travel, and those teams taught me to appreciate working out, improve sport performance, and the true value of quality recovery. I attended George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2021. As a student, I worked/interned at a variety of businesses such as sports performance gyms, physical therapy offices, and coaching after-school sports programs for elementary school students. The summer after graduation, I became CSCS certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and, ever since, I have worked as a Strength Coach, an Orange Theory Fitness Coach, and a Personal Trainer. These experiences led me to StretchLab, where I look forward to continuing teaching knowledge of human movement and recovery. I am excited to work hands on to help our members both feel better and learn more about how their body can thrive with proper mobility training! Outside of the studio, you can usually find me playing basketball, golfing, going on runs, and spending time exploring The Triangle’s parks with my fiancée and friends.

    Flexologist

Hi! I’m Eliza. I bring over 15 years of competitive dance experience to my role as a Flexologist, which has given me a strong foundation in body awareness, movement mechanics, and performance training. Alongside my extensive hands-on experience, I’m currently pursuing an Associate in Arts at Wake Technical Community College while completing my NASM Personal Training Certification, with plans to graduate in May 2026. My lifelong dedication to movement has expanded into a passion for rock climbing, further strengthening my understanding of mobility, stability, and functional performance. I plan to continue my education with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology to deepen my expertise in human movement science. I’m committed to ongoing professional growth and combine my performance background with formal training to deliver thoughtful, safe, and effective stretch sessions. I’m passionate about helping clients move better, build strength, and gain confidence—both physically and mentally. Outside the studio, I enjoy writing, rock climbing, painting, and (occasionally) dancing in my kitchen. I’m excited to bring my energy and dedication to the StretchLab community! See you soon!

    Flexologist

Hello! My name is Malachi. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Kinesiology and am ACE Certified as a Personal Trainer. During my time at ECU, I worked as a personal trainer, helping clients build strength, improve movement quality, and work toward their individual fitness goals. My passion for health and fitness started through sports. I played competitive soccer for over a decade, which taught me the importance of proper recovery, mobility, and injury prevention. Combined with over five years of strength training experience, these experiences sparked my interest in helping others move better, perform better, and feel their best. What brought me to StretchLab is the opportunity to work one-on-one with people from all walks of life and help them improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall quality of movement. Outside of the studio, you can usually find me in the gym, out on a run, reading, listening to music, or spending time with friends and family. I look forward to working with you and expanding the StretchLab family!
