    Flexologist

Jasmine graduated from SUNY Canton with a degree in Health and Fitness Promotion, where she built a strong foundation in exercise science and wellness. Her athletic background includes playing organized team basketball from middle school through college, which shaped her discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills. She also gained hands-on experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at St. Francis College, where she worked with student-athletes to improve performance, prevent injury, and build confidence both on and off the court. Having overcome major challenges, including recovery from shoulder, meniscus, and Achilles surgeries, she developed a deep appreciation for resilience and the rehabilitation process. This journey inspired me to further her education and pursue a career in rehabilitation nursing, where she can combine her athletic, coaching, and personal recovery experiences to help others regain strength and independence.
