      After years of bio-med research, Mary turned her focus to yoga. She loves to help show her members how to use breathwork to connect their mind to body. With ample experience working with members of every age and ability, Mary has a kind and conscious approach. She is excited to share the many benefits of assisted stretching with the community to help them live long.

      Ben Wong joins us as a UW–Madison alumnus with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science. He has worked in various fitness roles, including as a CrossFit Instructor. Ben is excited to work in health and wellness because he enjoys helping people become the best versions of themselves! In his free time, Ben loves being active and spending time with his friends and family. He is also passionate about traveling; feel free to ask about his experiences working remotely in Hawaii or Iceland! Although he considers himself a relaxed person, he becomes highly competitive when it comes to ping pong, Pictionary, and handstand contests.

      Sam joins the StretchLab team with a background as an ACE Personal Trainer. After studying language in college, he has found his passion in health and wellness. Sam understands the importance of effective communication and wants to encourage everyone to prioritize holistic care of their bodies. His enthusiastic and kind demeanor fills the studio with energy! He grew up in Minnesota and is a recent transplant to the Madison area. Sam loves teaching his clients about functional movement and is always eager to learn more. In his spare time, Sam is a musician, playing in a locally-based country band! He loves to read, eat barbeque, and spend time with his dog.

      Emily Rose has her Bachelor's in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutritional Science. She has many certifications, including ACE Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Precision Nutrition Certifications. Emily has been in the personal training/group fitness world for 10 years. Her passion is working with clients at all levels of health and fitness to better their everyday lives. Emily loves working with her clients to meet their nutritional goals and is coming to StretchLab to help her community take care of their bodies inside and out. When Emily isn’t in the studio, she loves anything outdoors, traveling, and experiencing new things. Ask her about her favorite hiking spots!

      Amanda received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Athletic Training and is a board-certified Athletic Trainer. She has two years of experience in athletic training in collegiate athletics, focusing on injury prevention, acute and chronic care, and injury rehabilitation. Amanda is passionate about providing an empathetic and educational experience to members. In her free time, she loves outdoor activities and spending time with her friends, family, and dog.

      Nolan has his Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Sports Performance and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. After finishing his football career at a small college outside of Saint Louis, he has shifted his focus to his passion for helping people feel and move better, whether it be preventative or rehabilitative. He understands the importance of mobility on quality of life, which brings him to StretchLab, so he can help you reach your movement goals. In his free time, he enjoys exploring his new home in Middleton, whether it be hiking or trying out different restaurants. Nolan is personable and loves to learn about new things, so feel free to talk or ask about anything that interests you!

      Madee has her Bachelor's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise & Fitness. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has 3+ years of personal training experience in an occupational health setting with Harley-Davidson as well as various studio and recreational centers. Her main passion for the health and fitness industry is helping her clients become the best versions of themselves physically and mentally. Madee's biggest goal is to get everyone to be ergonomically sound and move freely in their bodies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching endless romantic comedies, and training for 5k’s!

      Brandi has her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Athletic Healthcare and is a current student in the Kinesiology Master’s Program at UW. Along with that, she was also a member of the Wisconsin Women’s Rowing Team for 5 years! She is currently a strength and conditioning coach in Monona, WI, and loves having the ability to help people reach their goals. Working as a strength coach has brought light to how often stretching/mobility is overlooked in the fitness industry, and working as a flexologist has allowed her to address this issue with a hands-on approach. She is looking to apply to Physical Therapy school and is excited to get experience in this domain. Outside of the studio, Brandi enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities!

      Jake graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from The University of Wisconsin-Madison this past May! Jake has been passionate about fitness and well-being for the entirety of his life. Starting out playing soccer, basketball, and disc golf, he became very involved in cross country and track and field in high school. He grew up in Eau Claire, WI, and moved to Madison in 2019. Jake has previously worked as a caregiver in a private care setting with clients from many different walks of life. This summer he worked in a UW lab focused on improving caregiving techniques for older individuals with dementia. In the future, Jake intends to further his education by pursuing his Ph.D. in Prosthetics and Orthotics. His free time is spent traveling, playing disc golf, and working on his guitar skills with his local band. Ask Jake about his time traveling to Portugal, Croatia, Albania, and Greece!
