    Alayna

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Alayna! I’m originally from Boise, and my love for movement started with dance at a young age. That passion grew into a deeper understanding of the body, leading me to earn my degree in Kinesiology with a focus in exercise science from Boise State University. I specialize in helping clients improve posture, reduce upper body tension, and move more comfortably in their daily lives. My goal is to help you feel lasting relief and build better movement habits. Book your session and let’s start working toward a stronger, more mobile you.
  • Ruth

    Ruth

    Master Lead Flexologist

Hi, I’m Ruth! I’m the Master Lead Flexologist, and my passion for movement began at a young age, growing up surrounded by my seven athletic siblings. While I took a different path, I became deeply fascinated with the human body, which led me to pursue degrees in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine. With a background as a Certified Athletic Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and award-winning Physical Education educator, I bring years of experience helping people move better, reduce pain, and feel their best at any stage of life. I’m passionate about helping clients improve mobility and truly enjoy life through movement. Outside of the studio, I love hot yoga, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the Idaho lifestyle. Movement has always been my “medicine,” and I’m excited to share that with you. I can’t wait to see you on my table!

    Studio Manager

Hi, I’m Cole! I’m the Assistant Studio Manager, and I graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in rehabilitation. My goal is to become a physical therapist and help others feel better, move better, and become the best version of themselves. I have a strong passion for weightlifting and resistance training, and I believe building strength is essential for moving well throughout life. I strive to be a catalyst for others, helping clients find their own “playground” for movement and create sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance. With a background in rehabilitation-focused kinesiology and CPR/AED certification, I’m committed to supporting both our team and our clients in creating a positive, results-driven experience. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in your movement journey.

    Noah

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Noah! My passion for movement, performance, and preventative care has been shaped through both athletics and medicine. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Youngstown State University before attending medical school in Chicago and Los Angeles, where I completed my MD in May 2026. I’m currently pursuing a career in Family Medicine with plans to complete a Sports Medicine fellowship, and I hope to continue my training and career here in the Boise area. Athletics have always been a huge part of my life. I competed in track and field during undergrad, played semi-professional soccer between undergrad and medical school, and have a strong passion for powerlifting, competing throughout my college years. These experiences helped me develop a deep appreciation for recovery, injury prevention, and helping the body perform at its best. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED Certified professional, and Flexologist since May 2026, I love helping clients improve mobility, reduce tension, recover from everyday stress and activity, and feel more confident in their movement. Outside of the studio, you can usually find me training, staying active, or enjoying everything the Boise area has to offer. I’m excited to help you move and feel your best, and I can’t wait to see you on my table!

    Flexologist

Hi, I'm Sydney! Originally from Santa Cruz, California, I recently graduated from Boise State University with my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science. My passion for movement comes from being a lifelong athlete and my own experiences recovering from injuries, which taught me the importance of mobility, recovery, nutrition, and taking care of your body at every stage of life. I enjoy competing in running races and functional fitness competitions, and I'm currently completing my Personal Training certification while planning to continue my education with a Master's degree in Kinesiology. My goal is to help people move better, stay active, and live with less pain so they can continue doing what they love for years to come. When I'm not at StretchLab, you'll usually find me training, spending time outdoors, or working toward my next fitness goal. I'm excited to share my passion for movement with you and help you feel your very best. I can't wait to help you!

    Flexologist

Hi, I'm Jacob! I was born and raised here in the Treasure Valley and recently graduated from the University of Idaho with my Bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences. Growing up playing sports sparked my passion for movement and helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. Whether it's lifting weights, playing volleyball, football, or pickleball, I love staying active and understand how important mobility and recovery are for performing your best both in sports and everyday life. I plan to continue my education by attending medical school or physician assistant school, where I hope to further my passion for helping others improve their health and well-being. When I'm not at StretchLab, you'll usually find me staying active with friends or enjoying the outdoors. I'm excited to help you move better, feel better, and achieve your goals. See you soon!
