Alayna
Flexologist
Alayna is an Idaho native and has been dancing since the age of 6. With a deep-rooted passion for understanding the human body and its movement, Alayna pursued a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science at Boise State University. She continues her love for dance by teaching! During her leisure time she immerses herself in various crafty pursuits, from painting nails to exploring makeup techniques, sewing, and crochet. Embracing her athletic side, she also enjoys playing indoor soccer, allowing her to combine her love for sports with her passion for movement and expression. Alayna's favorite part of working for StretchLab is connecting with clients and helping them meet their goals!
Elizabeth
Flexologist
Elizabeth earned her B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science from Boise State University! She is originally from Hurst, Texas, but loves to call Boise home! In her free time, Elizabeth loves traveling, going to concerts, trips to the movie theater, animals, reading, and going on adventures with her friends! She has a big soft spot for dogs and will always stop to say hi when she sees them in public. She loves working at StretchLab because she wants to help people live a happier life, mentally and physically. Elizabeth hopes to make a positive impact on people’s lives as she continues her career in health and wellness.
Theron
Flexologist
Theron is from Buhl, Idaho, and likes to lift weights and mountain bike in his free time! He graduated with a B.S in Kinesiology. He loves working for StretchLab because it allows him to learn more about the human body while helping people get more flexible and stronger. A fun fact about Theron is that he can squat over 500 lbs!

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
about Meridian
StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Meridian offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our highly trained Flexologists who will assist you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs and goals.
