Working to heal people 1-on-1 became his passion as it gave him the opportunity to personalize and build an individualized plan in order to maximize physical ability and athleticism for every client. He believes in having a holistic view of mind and body - one cannot be optimized without the other and his goal is for each person to reach their best self. He is a sports enthusiast and loves watching everything from football, soccer, and basketball to golf and MMA. Currently he plays in a co-ed soccer league and also enjoys playing golf every weekend. One of his anchors to stay physically active are jogs with his puppy each morning. Strength training is another core component for him as well as stretching to stay healthy in the long run. He chose StretchLab because he enjoys helping people find solutions for their body. Flexibility is the main component of chronic injury prevention when considering every single aspect of fitness. Struggles with his own body in the past have been fixed by improving his mobility. He hopes to enlighten more people on the importance of staying flexible.
