      Kristin earned her BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and for the past 15 years she's worked for the Disney company as a professional dancer and performer. She's also a Pilates coach and holds her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As someone who's dedicated her career to movement, Kristin has a strong foundation in stretch and conditioning techniques. Kristin understands how muscular imbalances and injuries can affect overall well being, yet she has proven that recovery is possible with consistent flexibility and mobility training! Kristin chose StretchLab because she has a passion for helping clients reach their goals so they can live healthy, well balanced lives! In addition to being active, Kristin enjoys traveling and discovering new places and cultures. She's traveled to 19 countries so far and hopes to continue traveling throughout her life. You'll often find her at local coffee shops or enjoying time with family and friends.

      Tara has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for several years with experience in nutritional education and is currently working on her NASM Nutrition Coach certification. Previously, Tara was a gymnast for fifteen years and played and coached collegiate softball. Tara has two children, Taron, age six and Landon, age two, husband Aaron and her dog, Flex. In her spare time, Tara enjoys camping, boating, spending time up north Wisconsin in her family cabin and loves being with her family and friends. She also has a big sweet tooth, loves to bake but really enjoys baking her “healthier” treats. She loves helping people to get stronger and to feel better physically and mentally. She is looking forward to stretching members and building a great community in StretchLab Mequon.

      James is a certified personal trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His experience includes working with high school, college and pro athletes. He has been a personal trainer since 2010 in that time working with a wide range of clients. He sees a major need for improved mobility and flexibility in most people. Whether clients or members have goals related to athletic performance, fitness improvements, reducing joint and muscle aches or just want more flexibility, James looks forward to helping them achieve that. He is from Milwaukee and went to University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he played baseball. He still plays and coaches baseball and is a fan of all Wisconsin sports teams. He likes to travel, spend time with friends and family and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible in the summer.

      Trei graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University in Wisconsin. He has always had a particular interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body and wanted to learn more about it. Helping people live longer and healthier lives has always been a passion and goal of his. In his spare time, Trei enjoys working out, traveling, cooking and learning new things. He is looking forward to working at StretchLab and seeing the work that he does have a positive impact on his clients and their lives.

      Leann is an ERYT Registered Yoga Teacher, Karuna® Reiki Master, Essential Oil Consultant, Intuitive Mentor and Artist. She received a Fine Arts degree from UWM, has lived, studied and traveled the world. She has taught trainings, wellness workshops and art classes for many years. She is a graduate of Hope Yoga School at Copper Tree Wellness Studio and Core Functional Fitness and holds a certificate in Hatha yoga and specializes in yin yoga.. She completed training with Kyczy Hawk in S.O.A.R.™ (Success Over Addiction and Relapse) as well as with Nikki Myers Y12SR ™ (Yoga 12 Step Recovery) and incorporates trauma healing, transforming codependency, and somatic experiences. Leann enjoys working at StretchLab with like-minded people who care about health and wellness and enjoys the team who provide a professional, knowledgeable and warm environment for the members that she is glad to be a part of. In her spare time she practices a yogic lifestyle, walks, reads, gardens and does jewelry making. She is passionate about the environment and sustainable foods. She has amazing friends and is happiest being with all of her children at the same time.

      Kathi received her 200 hour RYTT yoga certification in 2017 through Yoga Medicine-an anatomy based curriculum. She teaches weekly vinyasa flow /Hatha classes to groups and individuals and works with teams and athletes. Kathi loves to help people move better in their daily lives and to help athletes move better in their sport and help them avoid getting injured, work through injury, and address imbalances. Kathi has run numerous marathons and many shorter distance races, has participated in many triathlons, and plays numerous sports including tennis and volleyball. Kathi loves to spend time outdoors and often walks and hikes with friends and any of her three Boston terriers and enjoys biking on our beautiful paths and roads. Traveling is also a passion and she is currently trying to hike as many national parks as possible. She also loves youth soccer and coaches club and high school soccer. Kathi is married and has two daughters.

      Amy is passionate about health and wellness and believes the body benefits from movement while the mind benefits from stillness. She is a certified Yoga teacher and Barre instructor, teaching several styles of classes with offerings to all levels. Amy is Reiki 2 certified working towards being a Reiki Master. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her family, working out, walking her dog and always hoping to catch a yoga class. Amy enjoys connecting with people on their wellness journey and is excited to help her clients reach their wellness goals through assisted stretching. What she likes most about StretchLab is their commitment to improving quality of life for a wide range of people!

      Kaylyn is a person who has a passion for all things health and wellness. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. After college she went on to get her Personal Training Certification and Sports Nutrition Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She uses these certifications for her own business as an online personal trainer and nutrition programmer. In her free time she shows her love for wellness by participating in Mud runs, Spartan Races, and bodybuilding; you can always find her in a gym. For fun Kaylyn enjoys going to music events, spending time with her family, and going on long rugged hikes. She also enjoys spending a lot of time in the kitchen, always finding new recipes to try and finding ways to turn typically unhealthy foods into healthy ones. What she loves most about StretchLab is the opportunity to connect with people and assist them through their health and wellness journey.

      Carly is a Licensed Athletic Trainer and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and a Minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University. She also attended Graduate School at Concordia University of Wisconsin. She now works with high school athletics but has experience working with DI and DIII athletics as well. She has a great passion for health and wellness and loves being able to help her athletes to compete at the highest level they can. Carly enjoys being active as she still participates in playing hockey, soccer, and volleyball. She has two dogs that she loves running, walking, and hiking with. Being a part of StretchLab Carly really feels that she will be able to help people move, feel, and perform better in their fitness and lifestyle journeys.

      Trinity is finishing up her degree in Kinesiology and certificate in Complementary and Integrative Health at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Her love for learning about the human body started when she was a child, where she was obsessed with altering and tweaking her body to perform the best tumbling she could do in gymnastics. As she got older and continued to study the body through tumbling, cheerleading, and CrossFit, she realized that the path of Kinesiology and helping the community reach their individual and whole peak health was the perfect path for her. Through her program she has studied biomechanics, principles of motor learning, physics, exercise physiology, biology and more! After she graduate she plans on continuing her education at Palmer Chiropractic and continuing to be a Flexologist throughout! She was a tumbling coach for 2 years, cheerleader for 10 years, participates in pole fitness and currently is working toward her personal training certification. During free time she enjoys spending time with her dog, family, and friends. She looks forward to making a difference in the community and supporting and helping the StretchLab members achieve their short and long term goals.

      Will has been working in the health and wellness field for the last 9 years. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee and a Masters Degree from Carroll University. He loves working one-on-one with clients and building relationships while helping to meet the individuals’ goals. He has a passion for helping clients identify barriers in their own lives that limit full-body and mind wellness. He looks forward to connecting others to their wellness journey through assisted-stretching at StretchLab. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to all genres of music, hanging out with his two dogs, and paddle-boarding. He shows his own passion for wellness through hot yoga and doing his own body work/stretches. He is excited to be a part of the StretchLab Mequon community and to be a part of a passionate team of people that are dedicated to helping others.

      Paula has been teaching yoga to students of all ages and abilities since 2008. She is a certified yoga teacher and is registered with Yoga Alliance (ERYT 500). Her students have included people of all ages from children to adults, and many backgrounds such as athletes, inmates, and individuals with disabilities. Paula teaches many styles of yoga including Ashtanga, where hands on adjustments are an integral part of her teaching. Paula’s favorite activities include sunrise hikes, yoga and paddle boarding. She has joined the StretchLab team to help more people improve their mobility and keep them doing all the activities that bring joy into their lives.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
