    Lead Flexologist

    Kathi received her 200 hour RYTT yoga certification in 2017 through Yoga Medicine-an anatomy based curriculum. She teaches weekly vinyasa flow /Hatha classes to groups and individuals and works with teams and athletes. Kathi loves to help people move better in their daily lives and to help athletes move better in their sport and help them avoid getting injured, work through injury, and address imbalances. Kathi has run numerous marathons and many shorter distance races, has participated in many triathlons, and plays numerous sports including tennis and volleyball. Kathi loves to spend time outdoors and often walks and hikes with friends and any of her three Boston terriers and enjoys biking on our beautiful paths and roads. Traveling is also a passion and she is currently trying to hike as many national parks as possible. She also loves youth soccer and coaches club and high school soccer. Kathi is married and has two daughters.

    Amy is passionate about health and wellness and believes the body benefits from movement while the mind benefits from stillness. She is a certified Yoga teacher and Barre instructor, teaching several styles of classes with offerings to all levels. Amy is Reiki 2 certified working towards being a Reiki Master. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her family, working out, walking her dog and always hoping to catch a yoga class. Amy enjoys connecting with people on their wellness journey and is excited to help her clients reach their wellness goals through assisted stretching. What she likes most about StretchLab is their commitment to improving quality of life for a wide range of people!

    Carly is a Licensed Athletic Trainer and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and a Minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University. She also attended Graduate School at Concordia University of Wisconsin. She now works with high school athletics but has experience working with DI and DIII athletics as well. She has a great passion for health and wellness and loves being able to help her athletes to compete at the highest level they can. Carly enjoys being active as she still participates in playing hockey, soccer, and volleyball. She has two dogs that she loves running, walking, and hiking with. Being a part of StretchLab Carly really feels that she will be able to help people move, feel, and perform better in their fitness and lifestyle journeys.

    Sage completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Urban Om in Milwaukee and is currently studying in Blue Sky’s medical track massage program in Grafton. She combines her background as a yoga instructor with her knowledge of body mechanics to help clients improve flexibility and mobility while creating a safe and supportive environment. Sage is excited to be part of StretchLab where she can help you feel more connected to your body and achieve your wellness goals. Outside of work, Sage enjoys strength training, traveling, and crocheting.

    N​icki is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and​ is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Concordia University Wisconsin. ​Her lifelong interest in the human body and its potential for improved health has driven both ​her education and career path. ​S​he is passionate about helping others and continuously seeks opportunities to expand ​her knowledge so ​she can better serve those ​she work​s with. ​Nicki's experience spans a variety of rehabilitation settings, including nursing homes and cardiopulmonary rehab units in hospitals. In ​her free time, you’ll likely find ​h​er in the gym, walking outdoors, or playing tennis. At StretchLab, ​she enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, applying the skills​ she's developed to help them reach their goals and lead healthier lives.

    Kristin is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, certified NASM personal trainer, and former professional dancer with over 15 years of experience performing in Disney productions and touring internationally. She earned her BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and has a strong foundation in movement, stretching, and injury prevention. After overcoming a chronic back injury, Kristin understands how muscular imbalances and injuries can affect overall well-being, yet she has proven that recovery is possible through consistent flexibility, and mobility training! Kristin has been with StretchLab for many years, and it’s the people and relationships she’s built that make it such a special place. Her experience here also inspired her to return to school to become a PTA. Kristin is passionate about helping clients improve their mobility, strength, and overall movement in order to live life to the fullest! Outside the studio, she enjoys traveling—she’s visited 19 countries so far—exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.

    Kyle is a recent graduate from Concordia University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine with an emphasis in Athletic Training (AT). He is now at CUW pursuing his Master’s Degree in Athletic Training. He was inspired to work in healthcare from living in a household of EMTs and nurses. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, mixing functional training with bodybuilding. He has had a range of clinical experiences from working with many of the sports teams at CUW as well as Nicolet Highschool. He played soccer growing up and ended his career in college in 2023. He now coaches girls' soccer at Bavarian United in Glendale. He is excited to meet and work with the StretchLab community in achieving both their fitness and wellness goals.

    Lance is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. He’s passionate about helping people reach their health and wellness goals through customized training and mindful movement. In his free time, you’ll often find him in the gym doing weight training, calisthenics, or martial arts—or unwinding by playing guitar. At StretchLab, Lance enjoys guiding clients toward improved flexibility, recovery, and performance, helping them move better and feel stronger every day.

    Flexologist

    Jeff is a Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as a Stretching/Flexibility Coach through NASM. He achieved Master Trainer Status in the past with NCSF, a yoga certification through ISSA, and is currently studying to become a Licensed Massage Therapist through The Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy in Mequon. He enjoys helping people, and loves to learn new ways he can assist them and expand upon his knowledge of the human body. In his free time, he loves to lift weights and starts every morning with yoga. He is into tennis, cooking, and staying active in general. Coffee and exploring different Asian restaurants are some other things you’ll likely find him doing outside of work with his fiancé. He is excited to take the knowledge from past experiences and incorporate it into helping clients at StretchLab live better by improving flexibility and addressing muscular imbalances.

    Flexologist

    Sarah is a yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, and Ayurveda. Her approach to movement is rooted in creativity, inclusivity, and a deep respect for the individual. After discovering yoga as a teenager in the North Shore, she remains a lifelong student. Sarah also holds a role as a trauma-informed yoga specialist, bringing a compassionate perspective to mobility and assisted stretching. She believes in meeting people where they are and supporting greater ease, flexibility, and body awareness for clients of all levels. Outside the studio, Sarah enjoys North African and Mediterranean dance, coffee, and antiques.

StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
