I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 8 yrs. Additionally I hold certifications and trainings in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, POUND, and Perinatal Fitness. Health and wellness has always been important to me. Some of the things I enjoy doing are running, training, learning, most things outdoors, and family time. StretchLab provides such an important component to aiding people in being able to move better in whatever lifestyle they lead. From the athlete to the sedentary, from 9 to 99, we are able to help and improve one’s ability to physically move through life. Everyone on our team has the best of intentions and the experience to provide value to every member. That’s why I love StretchLab.

I’ve been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for more than 30 yrs. The best part about being in health and wellness is helping a client perform a task they did not think was possible and then seeing the surprise and joy in their face after they complete the task. My favorite stretch is bilateral hip flex and rotation everyone just loves it. Outside of work I play tennis, hike and garden.

I’ve been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for 1 yr with focus on inpatient rehab. I love any outdoor activity whether it’s hiking or canoeing. I also enjoy playing Dungeons and Dragons on game night and Karaoke with my friends. StretchLab allows me to use my knowledge as a PTA to help the general public with learning how to increase their flexibility and maintain their range of motion outside of a therapy setting. I really love the people I work with. It’s a fun and exciting environment full of positivity. We all come from different backgrounds so I’m always learning new things.

I am a 300 Hr Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist, and Reiki Master Teacher. My favorite thing about StretchLab is being able to help people feel better in their bodies. My hobbies include yoga, mediation, painting, hiking, seeing live music, and dancing!

I’ve been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for 5 yrs and have been in the medical industry for 17 years. The best thing about being a Flexologist at StretchLab is my ability to help people feel good. A favorite stretch of mine is the lumbar rotation along with neck traction. Most people seem to really enjoy these, which make me enjoy them as well. When not in studio you can find me crafting, boating, or doing something fitness related.

I have been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for 3 years working with the geriatric population. The best thing about StretchLab is being able to help people and see them reach new goals. One of my favorite stretches is for the IT Band. When I have down time I enjoy lifting weights, puzzles and hanging out with my friends and family.

I’ve been a licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer for a little over a year now working with collegiate division 1 and high school sports medicine and physical therapy. Additionally, I hold a license and certification as an EMT with experience working 911 calls. Ultimately, I believe that stretching is considered to be one of the most undervalued modalities when in actuality it is one of the most important! A consistent stretching program allows a client to perform the daily activities they want to accomplish while living a life free of restricted motion, which could lead to further injuries. StretchLab gives me the opportunity to assist clients from all backgrounds and meet the needs of others! I am never satisfied until the client is satisfied. At StretchLab, we offer stretches that are unique and complimentary for each person. That is why StretchLab is awesome! Outside of work I love working out, playing tennis and golf and spending time with my fiancé.

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
