Heather has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 10+ yrs. Additionally, she holds certifications and training in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Kickboxing, POUND, and Perinatal Fitness. She is passionate about helping other with a balanced health and wellness routine that provides them the ability to move better, feel better, and prevent injury. StretchLab provides such an important component to aiding people in being able to move better in whatever lifestyle they lead. From the athlete to the sedentary, from 9 to 99, we are able to help and improve one’s ability to physically move through life. Everyone on the team has the best of intentions and the experience to provide value to every member. That’s why she loves StretchLab. When not working she enjoys training, learning, most things outdoors, traveling, and family time.

I’ve been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for 2 yrs with focus on inpatient rehab. I love any outdoor activity whether it’s hiking or canoeing. I also enjoy playing Dungeons and Dragons on game night and Karaoke with my friends. StretchLab allows me to use my knowledge as a PTA to help the general public with learning how to increase their flexibility and maintain their range of motion outside of a therapy setting. I really love the people I work with. It’s a fun and exciting environment full of positivity. We all come from different backgrounds so I’m always learning new things.

With a background in Athletic Training, I have had extensive experience working with athletes in the high school and collegiate level. This led to me being certified as a personal trainer with a focus in Corrective Exercises. My passion in my field is helping others live without restrictions in mobility! StretchLab is a perfect fit to help me achieve this. My other hobbies are fishing, hunting, video games and spending time with family.

Some of the things I enjoy doing outside of work are cooking, pet time and I’m game for any sport out there. My favorite stretches to perform and receive are targeted for low back mobility and flexibility. StretchLab helps people feel better and move better and that’s why I love StretchLab.

I have been teaching and training both individuals and groups for more than 10 yrs. Having maintained an active lifestyle and completing my first marathon I became more aware of how important injury prevention can be to keep your body healthy. One of the many things needed for balanced wellness is stretching. What I like best about StretchLab is that we get to help improve everyday quality of life for people. Some of my favorite areas to work on are quads and hamstrings. Outside of work I enjoy family time, travel, and bourbon tasting. One of my personal goals is to improve my golf game and stretching is one way that will help me.

Peter has 6 yrs experience in Martial Arts, body building for 18yrs and is a certified NASM Personal Trainer. His favorite thing about StretchLab is that we focus on recovery from any type of physical activity whether from everyday movements to specific training and that all ages can benefit from our services. Enjoys diving into the lower body needs. Outside of the studio he can be found PC gaming, reading fantasy and sci fi, cooking, and working out.

Luke holds a degree in Exercise Science from Bowling Green State University and has a background in personal training. He has a passion for helping people of all ages reach their health and fitness goals! Luke believes that a healthy life style is much more than just lifting weights. He believes that exercise goes hand in hand with nutrition, as well as overall flexibility and mobility to produce the best possible quality of life! This is what attracted him most to Stretch Lab. Outside of work, he enjoys any kind of outdoor activity especially hiking and fishing!

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

One on One

One on One

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
