      Hi, my name is Maria and I'm excited to start this new journey with you at StretchLab. I'm happily married with 3 beautiful and active children. I completed my Certification in Massage Therapy in 2002 and have over 7 years experience as a Physical Therapy Aide. I have always been active in sports throughout my life, but found my passion 5 years ago, practicing and training in Taekwondo @ UTA Martial Arts, alongside my children. Most recently I tested and received my 1st Degree Black Belt. I know firsthand and have experienced the benefits of stretching. I'll be bringing my love for health and wellness, along with my knowledge of massage and bodywork, and combining that with our PNF Stretch Techniques to provide you with a relaxing and effective stretch. Looking forward to working with you and bringing positive improvements and self care to your everyday life!

      My name is Julliette Ramos, and I have a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and Health obtained from Kean University. I truly enjoy teaching people how to lead healthy and active lifestyles through mental and physical wellness. My academic and athletic careers have given me a multitude of knowledge on body mechanics, dynamic/static stretching, and how to prevent injuries by stretching.       Hi, my name is Kendra! I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with a concentration in Pre-Professional Physical Therapy. I bring over 6 years of experience in the medical field, as well as 4 years in the physical therapy profession. I am passionate about helping people live healthier, more mobile lives by improving flexibility and reducing pain. I take pride in working with clients to develop personalized plans tailored to their unique goals, whether it’s enhancing range of motion, recovering from stiffness, or building confidence in their mobility. I look forward to helping you meet your wellness goals (short-term or long-term!).

      Hi, I’m Sara! My background is in dance, yoga, and recreational fitness. I attended Indiana University majoring in Dance and minoring in Kinesiology and Spanish. While in school I also completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Now I am a professional dancer, freelance dance, yoga, and fitness instructor and choreographer. Stretching has always been a part of my routine but it’s a practice I have become increasingly mindful of since starting my professional career. That’s why I’m such a fan of StretchLab and the experience we offer. As your Flexologist I will get to know you, to customize your stretch for your unique lifestyle, goals, and needs. I prioritize creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients to not only enjoy their time but get their best stretch!

My experience as a Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Technician provided a great foundation for my role as a Flexologist with StretchLab Marlboro. I look forward to working hand-in-hand with you to meet your Fitness and Wellness goals. An avid athlete in Football, Track and Field, I have a deep understanding of how the body needs to move to achieve peak performance. My career goal is to become a Physical Therapist in the near future.       Hi, I'm Diva, With over a decade in the wellness industry, I bring a passion for helping others achieve pain-free movement and unlock their full physical potential. My own transformation from a sedentary lifestyle in the corporate IT world—despite holding both a bachelor's and master's degree in the field—led me to pursue my true calling: guiding others toward better health and mobility. As a certified personal trainer, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients to improve strength, flexibility, and movement patterns. I specialize in identifying mobility dysfunctions and creating personalized stretch sessions that support recovery, performance, and overall well-being. Outside the studio, I’m fueled by adventure. Whether I'm flying planes, snowboarding, hiking, playing tennis or basketball, or shifting gears in a manual car, I believe that a mobile body is the foundation for a vibrant, active life.       Skylar is a Monmouth University graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology. She continues her education to obtain her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Skylar is a former soccer player and long-distance track runner. Prior to StretchLab, she worked alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, and chiropractors, in which she grasped an understanding of the importance of mobility and strength within the body. Skylar emphasizes the importance of stretching by educating each client on the movement of the body and implementing the different stretching techniques we apply. She specializes in creating personalized programs that best support each client and maintain wellness throughout stretching routines. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and going to the gym to train for the next hyrox or bodybuilding competition. She is excited to apply her expertise at StretchLab and help clients feel better as they walk out the door.

My father repeatedly encouraged me to exercise and eventually I gave it a try. As I started seeing the benefits, I developed a passion for fitness, strength training, and flexibility. My goal is to get people to move better, and feel their best.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
