      Maybel is a Texas native. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2020. During her last year of college she volunteered for an on campus program called “Little Mavs” where she worked with children ages 5-10 assisting an Occupational therapist with conducting fine and gross motor exercises with the young patients. She spent her first year post-graduate working at Green Oaks Physical Therapy and assisted with working one-on-one performing physical therapy exercises with patients as well as managing patient notes. She has a passion for helping others reach their goals as well as living a healthy lifestyle. Her favorite forms of exercise are dancing, cycling, and weight lifting. Working at Stretchlab has helped her achieve her own personal goal in improving her performance when exercising, and hopes to do the same for her all clients.

      Avery Chatman is Mansfield native born and raised. He is 23 years young and graduated from Mansfield high school in 2018. After high school he played juco baseball at Cisco College for two years where he also got his AA in Kinesiology. Avery then traveled south to Houston where he played D1 ball for the Texas Southern University for two years and graduated first in his class with his B.S. in health studies. In Houston Avery found his passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves when he began his personal training career in 2021. Avery’s work ethic and experience has allowed him to help people reach their goals whether it be fitness, athletic or mental. Now Avery has made his way back home and is playing baseball along with continuing his masters at Southwestern Assemblies of God (SAGU) in Waxahachie. Stretching has single handedly changed his career and now he’s here to change yours.

      Kris was born in the Philippines and resides in Arlington, Texas. Kris has a passion for athletic competition and education in health and wellness. He earned his B.S in Kinesiology, Exercise Science at the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of being a Flexologist, Kris is a boxing coach at The Gym: Combative Sports and Fitness. In the coaching field, Kris had the opportunity to coach in the 2023 U.S. Olympic Boxing Team Trials and created an opportunity to be a coach at the Regional & Texas State Championship Golden Gloves in 2024. His experience with athletes and non athletes has broadened his knowledge about proper training and recovery techniques to help your body perform in competitions or day to day activities. From his college career to now, Kris is consistent in having a passion for helping athletes and non athletes to reach their fitness goals as well as assisting those who are on their journey to recovery. With his determination, experience and success with aiding an assortment of individuals with their goals, he is ready and excited to help you on your road to success!

      Alexcya, born and raised in Mansfield, TX. She graduated from Mansfield Lakeridge High School in 2020 and went on to complete her studies at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, earning a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology.During her academic journey, Alexcya discovered her passion for helping others through her physical therapy internship. This experience ignited her drive to further her education in orthopedic physical therapy. She finds joy in putting smiles on people's faces and assisting them in reaching their health and fitness goals.Outside of work, she enjoys weight lifting and spending time with family and friends. Alexcya's commitment to continuous improvement extends beyond her personal goals. She strives not only for her own physical betterment but also hopes to inspire and facilitate the same dedication in her clients.

      Kaia Brooks is a proud Dallas-Fort Worth native whose passion for volleyball began in high school (Arlington Seguin) and grew into a lifelong mission to help others move, feel, and perform better. She graduated in December 2022 with a degree in Kinesiology, walking the stage the following May at Jarvis Christian University. Shortly after, Kaia stepped in as a temporary volleyball coach—an experience that revealed her gift for teaching and mentoring beginner athletes and fitness enthusiasts. With her background in Kinesiology, Kaia also specializes in teaching the importance of flexibility and recovery. She educates her clients on the benefits of stretching—especially PNF stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)—to help improve range of motion, reduce tightness, and alleviate pain. Whether working with athletes or everyday clients, Kaia creates calming, restorative evening routines that not only support recovery but also promote relaxation and long-term physical wellness.

      Justin Kimber was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, he moved to the Mansfield area at the end of 2018 and went to Mansfield Timberview high school. He graduated from there in 2021 and continued his academic and athletic career at the University of Louisiana-Monroe. At the University Justin was a 4 year football athlete where he played against schools like Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Ole Miss, and Kentucky, and also competed against schools in his conference like Texas St, Troy, ULL, Southern Miss, and Georgia St. He is a spring 2022 initiate of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. where he served the community in different aspects as well as being one of the community leaders on campus. In the fall of 2024 Justin graduated from the University of Louisiana-Monroe with his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is now pursuing his MBA at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

      Kyser Cannon was born and raised in Cedar Hill Texas and graduated from Cedar Hill High School in 2021. From there, he ventured to the University of Tulsa where he played football there for two years then decided to focus on learning more about the health and medical fields. He volunteered at St. John Hospital where he accumulated over 250 hours helping in multiple departments, as well as over 50 hours shadowing physicians in multiple realms. After graduating in May 2025 with his Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science, he is now back in Texas and continuing to find new ways to be and stay healthy and to help others achieve the same goal as well.
