      Darcel “Dee” was in the Navy for 9 1/2 years, is a certified personal trainer and has a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance. Dee loves to work out, play video games and decorating for the holidays. What she loves about StretchLab is that it is a different aspect of fitness, and it helps with the recovery side. Her clients and the staff have all been awesome and she enjoys helping others and seeing their progress.

      Lead Flexologist
      TC is a certified personal trainer for over 2 years, he previously worked for a long time in corporate insurance. He enjoys reading in the sun, and then applying the skills learned also in the sun.  Other than that, most of his free time is spent with his animals on the homestead! StretchLab provides TC with the opportunity to learn about an entirely different, but even more important part of wellness. Then he applies it to help others achieve their goal in this space!

      Vicki has her bachelor’s in Health and Science with concentration in Athletic Training. She is ATc certified with a background in Sports Medicine. Vicki enjoys many activities, especially she loves to do anything outdoors! She likes to stay active with Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and kayaking. Vicki has a passion for movement and analysis. StretchLab allows her to help her clients reach their mobility and fitness goals.

      Taviais a former collegiate football player with a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. Currently a high school football coach, he brings the same passion and discipline from the field into the studio. With a background in physical therapy, his interest in helping others move and feel their best naturally led him to StretchLab, where he combines his athletic experience and rehab knowledge to deliver customized, effective stretches. When he’s not coaching or in the studio, you can find him working out and pursuing his own fitness goals.

At StretchLab, she’s passionate about guiding clients through personalized assisted stretches that help them move with greater ease, confidence, and joy in their everyday lives.

      Aelish Davenport is a passionate yoga teacher with three years of experience helping others feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to their bodies. She has been with StretchLab for over two years, where she has developed a client-centered approach focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and overall movement quality. Aelish has also studied Chinese medicine, which informs her holistic perspective on recovery and wellness. In addition to yoga, she teaches barre and mat Pilates, blending strength, stability, and mindful movement into every session. Originally from Virginia, Aelish transferred from a Virginia StretchLab location to Florida, bringing her experience and enthusiasm to a new community. Outside of the studio, she enjoys lifting weights, running, making jewelry, and exploring all things biohacking. She loves combining science-backed strategies with intentional movement to help clients optimize performance and enhance their well-being.

      Drew is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist with several years of hands‑on experience in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and holistic wellness coaching. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Health Science and has built a proven track record of helping athletes, working professionals, and everyday clients achieve measurable, sustainable results. Before transitioning into the fitness industry, Drew spent many years in the corporate world at UPS, an experience that shaped his work ethic, discipline, and commitment to service. Today, he brings that same drive to every session, empowering clients to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their highest potential. When not working, Drew enjoys reading, staying active, running 5K races, and spending quality time with his family. His approach to fitness is rooted in continuous learning, balanced living, and helping others unlock their best selves.

      Jon Nordaas brings a strong background in kinesiology and clinical exercise therapy to his work as a Flexologist. Currently studying kinesiology while gaining hands-on experience in rehabilitation settings, Jon has worked with patients performing therapeutic exercises designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Through his experience as an exercise technician, Jon has developed a solid understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, and safe movement patterns. He regularly works with clients to monitor progress, adjust exercise programs, and educate them on proper body mechanics to support long-term mobility and wellness. Jon is passionate about helping people feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. His approach focuses on clear communication, attentive care, and making sure every client understands how their mobility work contributes to their overall health. At StretchLab, Jon enjoys helping clients improve flexibility, move with greater ease, and build healthy habits that support long-term performance and well-being.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
