I have been an Athletic Trainer and strength & conditioning coach for 5 years. I've had the pleasure of working with all types of clients across all ages and fitness levels. I love that at StretchLab I can connect with my clients and make a positive impact on their wellness and quality of life. In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, mountain biking, riding ATVs - anything outdoors!

I have a degree in Physical Education and I have been a dance teacher for over 9 years. I am also getting certified in Pilates. I love being active, especially in groups; like dancing or filed games. I am a strong believer in the importance of social and fitness connections for your overall health. StretchLab has an amazing team of professionals and I love that I am able to be a part of this group helping clients feel great in their bodies.

I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years and Yoga instructor for 6 years. I also have a certification in Exercise Therapy. Lifting weights, eating healthy and yoga are a must for me; Biking, hiking and travel are also my passion. The Stretchlab environment is relaxing and energetic. At the same time, it is a good fit for my personality. Combine my background and the Flexologist training here, gave me confidence on working more effectively and make a difference with the people and clients. I am passionate on making positive changes and I love it!

I have been a PTA for over 7 years. I have been in all kinds of facilities to have different experiences. My favorite area is acute trauma. My favorite activity to do with my kids, friends and my dog is Stand up Paddle Boarding. I also enjoy being lazy around the house. What I love about StretchLab is hearing people talk about how much better they feel after a stretch. How a stretch improves their daily lives and extracurricular activities.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 6 years, doing Strength and conditioning for athletes. For activities that I enjoy, I love to be outdoors. I enjoy hiking, fishing, playing sports, and hanging out with my dogs. StretchLab is awesome because it is another aspect of fitness that helps to keep people active and able to enjoy the things that they love doing.
