As a certified athletic trainer, I have seen first-hand the benefits that stretching holds. StretchLab allows me to combine my knowledge of being an athletic trainer, an athlete, and a flexologist to create a stretch program that is right for you. So, whether you are looking to increase your flexibility as an athlete or in your day-to-day life, I can help! I am an outdoorsy person. Whether it is hiking with my dog or camping on the weekends, you will always find me doing some type of outdoor activity.

I have been living all over Colorado for the last 16 years. I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Integrative Physiology, focusing on Exercise Science. I have a background in physical therapy and am pursuing my Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Integrated Wellness here in Denver; the main focus of my work has been curating exercise programs for rehabilitating knee, hip, ankle, and shoulder injuries/operations. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, running, reading, spending time with my dog Bahari, discovering new music, and watching many movies. My lifestyle and passion align with the goals of StretchLab, which are to improve our members’ quality of life and promote healthy habits to build a stronger community. I look forward to meeting all of the wonderful and driven members of StretchLab.

I am a Colorado Native, born and raised in the gorgeous foothills. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and prefer to be outdoors. I am a graduate of The University of Northern Colorado (BA Social Sciences/Education) and received my Medical Massage License from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2010. Over my professional career I have specialized in both oncology and sports massage modalities. I believe that stretching the body is the most important element to optimizing a person’s physical quality of life. I also love educating people on how movement affects their structure and body performance. Health and Fitness has always been a very important part of my personal life and I am very blessed that Stretch Lab gives me the opportunity to help others to live their best life, sharing the gift of stretch!

Born and raised in the Denver metro area, I eventually moved to Fort Collins to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science, as well as a minor in Chemistry from Colorado State University. During that time, I also received my NASM personal training certification to develop a deeper understanding of physiology and the human body. I’ve had a lifelong passion for all types of fitness, which is why I’m excited to bring my knowledge and expertise to the members of StretchLab to help improve lives. I intend to further my education by pursuing a graduate degree or possibly even a doctorate degree in the medical field. Outside of StretchLab, I’m most likely hiking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with my dog!

Born and raised in Colorado, I’ve always embraced an active lifestyle. In December 2024, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from UCCS. I have experience as a sports performance coach, working with athletes from youth to the collegiate level. While preparing to obtain my CSCS certification, I chose to work at StretchLab to help individuals improve their physical well-being and reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Outside of work, I enjoy playing and watching all kinds of sports (Go Ravens and Lakers!), spending time with friends and family, and staying active through regular workouts.

      General Manager
My passion for movement and flexibility began at the age of 3 with ballet, and it has shaped my career and life ever since. My dance career continued as a student athlete at the University of California-Davis, where I graduated with a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. This deepened my knowledge in biomechanics and kinesiology, further enhancing my passion for body movement and function. I gained practical experience as a Physical Therapy Aide at Benicia Bay Physical Therapy, an outpatient clinic with a diverse scope of patients. This role allowed me to identify the key component of rehabilitation I was longing for: genuine relationship! I started as a Certified Flexologist in Castle Rock prior to my promotion into General Manager at Lone Tree. I love meeting new people and hearing how we can work together to progress towards wellness longevity. Outside of the studio, you can find me trying new recipes, listening to true crime podcasts at the gym, or getting steps in with our Frenchie!

I am excited to be at StretchLab and working with clients to improve their flexibility and overall well-being!  My husband and I have been living in Colorado since my postdoctoral fellowship at CU-Boulder brought us out here in 2002.  Before that, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Stetson University, a Master of Exercise and Sport Science from University of Florida, and a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!).  We are raising three Colorado natives, and enjoy hiking and being outside.
