As a certified athletic trainer, I have seen first-hand the benefits that stretching holds. StretchLab allows me to combine my knowledge of being an athletic trainer, an athlete, and a flexologist to create a stretch program that is right for you. So, whether you are looking to increase your flexibility as an athlete or in your day-to-day life, I can help! I am an outdoorsy person. Whether it is hiking with my dog or camping on the weekends, you will always find me doing some type of outdoor activity.

I have been living all over Colorado for the last 16 years, and I graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Integrative Physiology, with a focus on Exercise Science. I have a background in physical therapy and am pursuing my DPT here in Denver; the main focus of my work has been curating exercise programs for rehabilitation of knee, hip, ankle, and shoulder injuries/operations. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, running, reading, discovering new music, and watching a ton of movies. My lifestyle and passion fully align with the goals of StretchLab, which are to improve our members’ quality of life, and promote healthy habits to build a stronger community. I look forward to meeting all of the wonderful and driven members of StretchLab.

I was born and raised in Southern Texas, and I recently moved to Denver and absolutely LOVE it so far! I love hiking, finding local breweries & coffee shops, and also doing a little photography! I grew up loving sports as a kid & was grateful enough to play collegiate baseball. I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Exercise & Sports Science. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University. I believe I can be a strong asset to the StretchLab team as I am confident in my knowledge and experience in human anatomy/physiology, as well as the biomechanics & recovery process of the human body. I absolutely admire the complexity of the human body and believe we should treat the body as a whole.

I am a Colorado native and enjoy all things outdoors including camping, hiking, skiing, and paddleboarding! I received my bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Human Performance and a minor in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Healthcare Administration concentration from the University of Northern Colorado. Since graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I have also worked at Colorado School of Mines as a part of their strength and conditioning staff. Staying active is a vital piece in what makes me who I am, so I’m looking forward to aiding my clients in enjoying the Colorado lifestyle as much as I do!

I am a Colorado Native, born and raised in the gorgeous foothills. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and prefer to be outdoors. I am a graduate of The University of Northern Colorado (BA Social Sciences/Education) and received my Medical Massage License from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2010. Over my professional career I have specialized in both oncology and sports massage modalities. I believe that stretching the body is the most important element to optimizing a person’s physical quality of life. I also love educating people on how movement affects their structure and body performance. Health and Fitness has always been a very important part of my personal life and I am very blessed that Stretch Lab gives me the opportunity to help others to live their best life, sharing the gift of stretch!

My name is Joel and I’m so excited to be working at StretchLab to ultimately improve people’s physical health and overall well-being. I am, what seems to be, one of the few Colorado natives left, born and raised just up the street in Centennial. Athletics and fitness have always been a central part of my life, particularly basketball, yoga, and weight lifting. I am currently a PE teacher in addition to a personal trainer where I hold specialized certifications from DBC Fitness in Miami and the Prague School of Rehabilitation. As I have significant surgical and rehab experience, I know the struggles and frustrations of overcoming pain in addition to how to optimally overcome such limitations; balancing an individual’s flexibility and strength across their musculoskeletal system is a key ingredient to get one out of pain and be preventative in experiencing more. I am passionate to guide people on their journey at StretchLab and hope to be fortunate enough to work with you.

I moved to Denver from Portland, OR in June 2023. I attended Linfield University where I earned my B.S. in Exercise Science and played on the women’s basketball team. I have experience with physical therapy working at an outpatient clinic as an aide and I completed one semester at Regis University in their Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. I have hopes of returning to school in 2025. Working here at StretchLab will give me valuable hands-on experience where I can apply what I’ve learned through my education, as well as provide unique opportunities to connect with clients and help improve their quality of life through stretching. I love playing, watching, and coaching basketball. I spend much of my time coaching small group or individual sessions. Outside of that, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and playing the drums. I am excited to be here and look forward to helping my clients reach their goals.

Born and raised in the Denver metro area, I eventually moved to Fort Collins to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science, as well as a minor in Chemistry from Colorado State University. During that time, I also received my NASM personal training certification to develop a deeper understanding of physiology and the human body. I’ve had a lifelong passion for all types of fitness, which is why I’m excited to bring my knowledge and expertise to the members of StretchLab to help improve lives. I intend to further my education by pursuing a graduate degree or possibly even a doctorate degree in the medical field. Outside of StretchLab, I’m most likely hiking, camping, and enjoying the outdoors with my dog!

I have lived in Colorado my entire life, and I love embracing all this beautiful state has to offer! I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UCCS, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education. I have always had a passion for educating, coaching, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. I’ve called StretchLab Lone Tree home since February of 2022, and what initially drew me to StretchLab was the unique opportunity to share the benefits that assisted stretching has to offer those on their wellness journey. I consider myself extremely fortunate to lead a team of intellectual and compassionate individuals who are dedicated to helping you reach your wellness goals! Health and fitness have always played a large part in my life whether that be hiking or playing competitive volleyball. Outside of StretchLab, you can still find me playing volleyball, on the trails with my dog Derby, or curled up with a novel.
