Ashlee R
Flexologist
Hi, I’m Ashlee! I recently graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a degree in Exercise Science, and I’ve spent the last year and a half working in a physical therapy clinic. That experience allowed me to see firsthand how much of a difference movement makes in people’s lives. Whether it was helping someone recover from an injury, get back to their favorite activities, or move without pain, I loved being a part of their journey.
I’ve always been passionate about staying active myself through running, weight training, and outdoor activities, and I know how discouraging it can feel when your body holds you back. That’s why I’m dedicated to helping others regain their movement, rebuild their confidence, and reach their personal goals. At StretchLab, I’m excited to combine my knowledge of movement with a supportive, hands-on approach that meets each person where they’re at.
My long-term goal is to become a physical therapist, but right now, I’m grateful for the chance to help people improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall quality of life. I truly believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in their body, and I’m here to help make that happen!
