      Caitlyn is currently studying for her bachelor's degree in kinesiology with honors. She has experience in myofascial trigger point release, as well as strength and mobility training. She has a passion for holistic health and enjoys weightlifting, soccer, hiking and just being outdoors. What she loves about being a part of StretchLab: "Flexibility and mobility are important for living a fulfilling life and I love to help people achieve that!" Her Life Motto: Start it now!

      Aaron is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a specialization in functional training. He is also certified in aerial fitness and aerial yoga. He holds a bachelor’s degree in performance studies. When not at StretchLab, he spends his time lifting weights, climbing, and doing feats of circus acrobatics, clowning, and acting. He believes that mobility, flexibility, and laughter are the keys to a long, sustainable life. A recent transplant to San Diego, he is enjoying the sunshine, beaches, and hiking.

      Carson is currently studying for his bachelor’s in Kinesiology. He has background in weightlifting, powerlifting, corrective exercise, and soccer. He’s been a NASM certified personal trainer for the past 2 years and has 18+ years of soccer experience on and off the pitch. He enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends in his free time. He believes that flexibility, mobility, and movement is the key to the fountain of youth and a long happy life. But most of all he really enjoys the amazing StretchLab community.

      Angela is a NASM certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutrition coach who holds high importance for flexibility and mobility, as injury prevention is one of her top priorities when training. She has always had a passion for fitness as she was a soccer player and track runner throughout school and has continued to fall in love with weight training in the past several years. When not at StretchLab, Angela spends majority of her time either in the gym, or out enjoying beautiful San Diego!

      James is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. With a B.S. Degree in Kinesiology, James has six years of experience in the personal training world. Completing 800+ hours in the spaces of athletic training and adaptive training, he is ready to apply his toolkit to the StretchLab experience. He understands that injury finds us in the places that we don't train and sees StretchLab as preventative medicine. When not in the studio he enjoys weightlifting, writing, and trying new restaurants.

      Alexa is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in kinesiology, driven by a deep passion for health and the human body. Her love for movement began during her years playing softball, where she developed a curiosity about injuries and recovery, inspiring her to learn more about rehabilitation. An avid weightlifter and runner, Alexa believes in the power of movement, stretching, and strength training to heal the body. She is constantly expanding her knowledge, studying new flexibility techniques, and refining movement patterns to help others improve their mobility and overall well-being. At StretchLab, Alexa finds joy in building meaningful connections with clients, understanding their unique needs, and contributing to their journey toward better health.

      June has been a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) since 2021, with a focus on expansional balance, movement, and subtle bodywork. They are currently working towards a bachelors in medical anthropology. June's goal is to bring deep body awareness to the client, through breath, to bring lasting change to the body. They enjoy reading, painting, meditation, martial arts, and storytelling. They believe that awareness, breath and movement are key factors to a long, content life.

      Milo Salinger is a NASM certified corrective exercise specialist and personal trainer. Milo is a black belt in hapkido and has been a yoga teacher since 2019. In addition to be a Flexologist, he also is currently teaching yoga Classes and Leads group training sessions. Milo’s goal is to help each client learn how to feel and listen to their own body. He enjoys painting and making art, dancing, and going to music festivals. He believes mobility is medicine and wants to bring that to each of his clients so they can live their life to the fullest.

      MC is a certified 200-hour Hatha Yoga & Breathwork Instructor with a diverse background in various movement arts such as Modern Dance, Whacking (disco dance), and New Style Hustle (partner dance). She is a believer that intentional breath, body awareness, and mobility are the keys to a joyful and expansive life! Her lifelong exploration of expressive and athletic disciplines—ranging from dance to gymnastics, figure skating, and climbing—has shaped her approach to training and recovery. MC thrives on helping others tune into their bodies, optimize performance, and move with greater freedom and intention

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
