Liz brings over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition, and mobility education, helping clients move better and feel better in their bodies. With certifications in personal training, women’s fitness, nutrition, and flexibility training, she specializes in improving posture, mobility, and overall body awareness. As the Area Lead Flexologist, she is passionate about helping clients build sustainable movement habits while creating a supportive and educational studio environment where progress feels achievable and motivating. She also leads and mentors the Flexologist team, sharing her love for movement science and continuing education so the team can consistently bring the highest level of value and care to every client session.
Liz loves educating clients on the small habits that make a big difference in recovery and performance, especially the importance of staying properly hydrated! Outside the studio, she enjoys staying active, exploring recovery tools and wellness practices, and spending time outdoors with her “dog-ter,” Nova.
