      Chantal
      Chantal
      Flexologist - BCAK Certified
With over 13 years as a competitive gymnast, I gained firsthand insight into how effective stretching boosts performance and speeds recovery. After stepping away from the sport to begin coaching, I was surprised at how quickly my body started to feel stiff, tight, and honestly, older than it should! I felt inspired to pursue a degree in Human Kinetics with a concentration in Clinical Exercise Physiology from UBC. During my practicum, I worked with older adults managing chronic conditions, helping them maintain independence through tailored movement strategies. Since graduating in 2024 and becoming a certified BCAK member, I have supported patients in a chiropractic clinic through rehabilitation and functional health. I can offer you a calm, restorative session to ease your body and mind, or an energizing experience to fuel your day and support your movement goals. My objective is to help you feel and move better, so you can get the most out of your body every day!
