      My favorite thing about StretchLab is that it is a place for everyone! It’s such an inclusive environment with benefits for people across all different backgrounds. I’m a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor and my passion is to help people achieve their optimal health and wellness. I love to travel, explore, practice yoga and meditation and anything outdoors!

      When I’m not in the StretchLab studio I am usually outside with my Mini Australian Shepherd! I love trying new workout classes and exploring fitness studios in my area. As a Certified Athletic Trainer and Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine, I love to help people of all walks of life and ages improve their range of motion and prevent injury.

      Ever since she was 3, Erin always loved dance. Trained in jazz, tap and hip hop for 17 years really continued to grow her passion in it. As her father worked in Hawaii, Erin had the desire to learn hula since a young child. At age 12 she joined a halau (hula school) danced professionally until 24 years old… she always loved expressing her passion for dance and hula with others. In May of 2019, Erin was hired at LA Fitness teaching Water Aerobics and a cardio/weight/core class! The joy of teaching and dance combined with being with good friends and other amazing instructors is truly a beautiful source of stress relief. It’s a wonderful way to forget about your outside life and take care of yourself emotionally and physically! Free time outside of work includes travel, good food and being with her 3 kiddos!

      Born and raised in Southern California, Alona Kristol-Harper started studying ballet at the age of 2 ½. Dance quickly became her passion and she began assisting and teaching by the age of 12. Once in high school, she discovered the world of competitive dance and was a member of the national award-winning San Clemente High School Dance Team. To further her training, Alona enrolled in the School of Fine Arts at Irvine Valley College and earned her Associates of Arts degree in Dance. There she expanded her studies in diverse dance styles and techniques, excelling in dance science courses emphasizing anatomy and kinesiology, conditioning, strength, alignment and body therapies. After completing her Associate degree she became certified in Barre and completed a 200 hour Yoga teacher training to expand her knowledge and teaching styles. She now teaches at EOS Fitness as well as Twin Star Yoga. Mobility and flexibility are two of the most important aspects of living a full life and she is excited to help you on your movement journey!

      Kirstin was a Physical Therapy aide for 3 years and a Lead Aide for an additional year. As an aide, she was responsible for educating patients on rehabilitative exercises given by their Physical Therapist. Her experience includes geriatric, orthopedic, and pelvic floor specialties. She obtained her Bachelors in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Clinical Movement from California State University, Fullerton and is currently studying to become a Physical Therapist. Outside of work, she loves to hike, scuba dive, and go camping!

      I am a Certified Athletic Trainer. I have worked as an athletic trainer with numerous sports medicine programs such as UCLA youth camps, Academy of Art University athletics, and Stanford University athletics. I love using my knowledge of the human body to help people feel better and move better through flexibility education and training. When I’m not at StretchLab, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with loved ones!

      Allyson graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. She is a certified personal trainer and passionate about health and wellness to improve others’ quality of life. When she's not at StretchLab, she is lifting at the gym or hiking with her German Shepard

      Ralph
      Flexologist
      Ralph is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has programmed workouts for various clients, from Military to Athletes & Seniors. He is also a Yang Style Tai Chi practitioner and has a love for helping people increase their strength, range of motion and oversell wellness. He believes stretching is a major fitness component, and enjoys watching clients achieve a healthier lifestyle through assisted stretching and PNF. In his free time he likes to mountain bike, play bass guitar and he is also a professional photographer.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
