      Nathan is a passionate results driven individual who has been servicing the health and fitness industry with top notch quality as a personal trainer for over 13 years and counting. With this amount of tenure and experience in the industry he has come across and helped guide thousands of people along their journey to living a better quality of life pain free. Here at Stretch Lab Lafayette his commitment and goal remains the same with our growing community of members and team of all-star flexologists. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 4 year old son, working out, watching/playing golf, repping the Niners and snowboarding with friends.

      Kristiana received her B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State East Bay and is also a Personal Trainer. Kristiana has experience working in Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation clinics for both pre-op and post-op individuals. She loves the journey of teaching individuals the importance of mind muscle connection and how to listen to your body while also reaching your goals! Understanding and learning your own body is an amazing opportunity that she enjoys teaching you! In her free time she loves working out, being with her pets, reading in the park, and learning new recipes.

      Branden was born and raised in the Bay Area and received his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Sciences from SJSU. He has prior experience working at a chiropractic clinic and is currently pursuing the career path of becoming a physical therapist in the near future. He hopes to work somewhere in sports as he ventures out on his journey with PT, as he grew up a huge fanatic of our Bay Area sports teams. In his free time, he enjoys going to concerts, trying new foods, traveling, working out, and getting outside, experiencing all the world has to offer. He looks forward to taking care of you and helping you reach your goals with stretch no matter your experience.

      With over four years of experience in the fitness industry, Henry expertly blends personal training and flexibility coaching to enhance health and performance. As a certified personal trainer and flexologist, he emphasizes the interplay between mobility and strength, creating a strong, disciplined, and confident body. His simple, sustainable, and effective approach caters to all backgrounds, including high school athletes and older adults with injuries. Henry's personalized programs make fitness enjoyable and achievable. Beyond fitness, Henry is passionate about MMA, bodybuilding, rap music, and horror films. At StretchLab, he continues his mission to improve daily lives through the integration of flexibility and strength.

      Kenny is from the Bay Area, born and raised. Kenny graduated from Cal State East Bay with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. He has prior experience in Physical Therapy Clinics and is looking to work within the sports world as a trainer for a professional team or high-level college. In his free time, he likes to play sports, look for the coziest cafe, read and lift weights. Kenny looks forward to getting to know you and assist you in your journey for better health.

      Quincy received her B.S. in Kinesiology from University of San Francisco and has worked as a physical therapist aide in both in-patient and out-patient settings. With techniques learned and mastered from her past experiences in PT, Quincy brings new approaches to health sustainability and injury prevention. Quincy is passionate in educating others about how their body moves and function as a whole throughout all stages of life. In her free time she enjoys running, swimming, exploring San Francisco, and enjoying the outdoors. Quincy love connecting with her community and is excited to help you achieve your goals in and outside of StretchLab!

      Jake is a student at Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek and is preparing to pursue a degree in sports management in college. With a strong passion for athletics—especially golf and baseball—he understands the important role stretching plays in recovery, mobility, and overall performance. Outside of school and sports, Jake enjoys spending time with friends and being outdoors. At StretchLab, he loves helping members work toward their goals while being part of a positive and supportive team environment.

      Hanna is a San Diego native with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Movement Science) from California State University, San Marcos. Her experience combines strong academic training with extensive hands‑on work, including supporting pre‑ and post‑operative patients in a physical therapy clinic, interning alongside athletic trainers to provide hands‑on modalities for athletes, and spending five years coaching high school hurdlers. Motivated by her goal of becoming an athletic trainer, Hanna is passionate about helping athletes recover, regain strength, and return to the sport they love. Outside the studio, she is a competitive powerlifter with four years of experience. In her free time, she enjoys being with her dog, catching up with friends, exploring new restaurants, and line dancing. Her mission is to help members move better, feel better, and build long‑term mobility and confidence in their bodies.

      With 22 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and proficiency in Assisted Isolated Stretching, Patty brings a deep understanding of the body to every session. Before graduating from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, she worked in fitness as both a group instructor and personal trainer, and she continues to love educating clients and helping them feel their best. At StretchLab, she enjoys the lively, social environment and the chance to truly get to know each person on the bench—plus, she loves her fellow Flexologists.

      Richard was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds an M.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State East Bay. Throughout his career, he has helped people overcome chronic pain and restore natural, comfortable movement—whether in accredited university classes, physical rehabilitation hospitals, or private practice. His work includes supporting stroke survivors, individuals with multiple sclerosis, children and adults with cerebral palsy, athletes training for marathons and long‑distance cycling, and older adults seeking safe, confident mobility. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys piano improvisation, hiking, and has earned a reputation as a “cat whisperer.” At StretchLab, he’s driven by helping members improve their flexibility and regain comfort in their everyday lives.

      Gladys is a Pittsburg and Concord local and proud Mt. Diablo High graduate who loves serving the community she grew up in. As StretchLab’s Member Care Specialist, she brings a warm, high‑energy presence to the studio, making every member feel welcomed and supported. Gladys loves connecting with new people and building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cities, hiking, and trying new restaurants with friends. Stretching helps her stay flexible and focused, and she’s excited to help others stay motivated on their wellness journeys.

      Masood has over two years of experience as a stretch practitioner and more than a decade of expertise in personal training, corrective exercise, physical therapy, and ergonomics. He brings a deep understanding of movement and recovery to every session. Masood holds a bachelor's degree in liberal studies from Cal State East Bay and is NASM‑certified in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement. He specializes in injury‑prevention and physical‑therapy‑based stretching, along with advanced body‑twist techniques. Outside the studio, he enjoys staying active and visits to the ocean, and he’s an avid collector of leather jackets and exotic fragrances. Masood’s favorite part of his work is helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and reach their goals.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
