      Coming from California, Jordan has over 2 years of experience working as a Lead Flexologist for StretchLab. In 2021, she graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Kinesiology and following her graduation, she worked as a physical therapy aide for a year before finding StretchLab. She grew up in competitive dance and swimming and now in her off time can be found line dancing and outside in Austin with friends! Jordan has loved working for StretchLab due to the positive and lasting impact she gets to have on her clients in their daily lives.

      Yessica has her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Master’s degree in Athletic Training. She is currently working towards her doctorate and is in her 3rd year of Physical Therapy school. Yessica also has a 17-month-old toddler who runs her life! In her spare time she enjoys working out, playing pickleball, and spending time with family. Yessica has a passion for helping people and is looking forward to helping improve people’s lives and create a positive impact.

      Originally from Mexico, Alex grew up playing soccer and just about every sport he could get his hands on. Through the years, the injuries he sustained sparked a deep interest in exercise, rehabilitation, and personal development, ultimately leading him to discover a passion for fitness and the gym. He studied Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University, where he transitioned from audio engineering and business management to fully pursue his calling in human performance. While at TXST, he earned his personal training certification and worked as a personal trainer at the campus recreation center. After graduation, he returned to his hometown of Katy, Texas, where he continued to build experience in the health and wellness space. Outside the studio, he enjoys producing music, walking his dog Astro, and is currently preparing to pursue a career in chiropractic care. Alex brings a thoughtful and positive attitude to each session, with a mission to help clients feel and move better every day.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
