      Flexologists

      Cheyenne
      Cheyenne
      Flexologist
Cheyenne was born and raised here in Fort Worth, Texas. Her interest in health and wellness started from a very young age. At the age of 18 months old, she was diagnosed with cancer in the right ear canal. A year later she became cancer free, but that didn't stop the million doctor visits. She has a drive like no one else to help people get back to their way of life like she does. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2021 from Tarleton State University. During her time there, she recruited 1,000 hours of 1-on-1 training with multiple physical therapist. Cheyenne's mission is to continue her knowledge here at StretchLab by becoming the best flexologist she can be for you and her team.
      Harrison
      Harrison
      Flexologist
Harrison was born in rural Illinois, but was raised here in Texas and has been a personal trainer and olympic style weightlifting coach for two years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2020 and is both certified in personal training & nutrition coaching by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Through his coaching and own training he has seen firsthand the benefits of stretching, as the more muscle available to be utilized means the more muscle that can be grown to protect our body and perform optimally. One of his favorite hobbies is building and collecting Lego sets (especially Lego Star Wars) and enjoying spending time with his two cats.
      Liz
      Liz

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Angelo State University, she became licensed in Athletic Training and has gained over 2000 hours of experience treating a wide variety of individuals with different backgrounds. Previously as a rehab therapy technician, she has also worked alongside Physical and Occupational Therapists for two years. Liz thoroughly enjoys finding the light in every dark situation and has found her line of work extremely satisfying being able to help improve the lives of others. While focusing on the importance of physical and mental wellness, she enjoys going on hikes, listening to music, leg-days and sunset-chasing. Her goal here at StretchLab is to improve your quality of life overall and have some fun at the same time!
      Adrian
      Adrian
      Flexologist
Adrian was born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where his passion for the fitness industry first took shape at a young age. At just 11 years old, he joined his local track and field team, eventually competing in both track and cross country for nearly seven years. His commitment to athletics extended beyond competition, as he later returned to the same program to coach and mentor developing athletes. In 2022, Adrian earned his bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. His academic concentrations in kinesiology, psychology, and business reflect his broad interests and well-rounded foundation. Through this interdisciplinary background, Adrian discovered a deeper interest in psychology and the ways physical and mental wellness intersect. As a result, he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School, with the goal of expanding his impact beyond physical fitness into mental health and overall well-being. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Adrian values balance and connection. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, staying active at the gym, and taking his dog on walks—activities that help him recharge and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
