      I hold a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, with a strong foundation in evaluating the neuromusculoskeletal system and identifying postural misalignments and spinal disorders. My clinical experience includes performing vertebral postural analyses, applying chiropractic modalities such as X-ray analysis and physical therapy, and educating patients on the functional importance of corrective posture, spinal alignment, and balance. In addition, I am a Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in personal training and nutritional counseling. I specialize in designing customized fitness programs tailored to individual and group goals, incorporating strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and assisted stretching. My approach emphasizes proper form and technique to enhance physical performance and prevent injury. My passion lies in helping clients improve both their physical and emotional well-being. I believe that through fitness and movement, individuals can reduce stress, boost energy, and cultivate a more positive outlook on life. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, I combine my chiropractic background and fitness expertise to deliver safe, effective, and personalized stretch sessions that support long-term mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness.

      What began as a personal passion for wellness has evolved into a professional journey centered on movement, recovery, and community impact. Over the past 1.5 years as a fitness pole instructor, I’ve led group Pilates and flexibility classes with the goal of helping others understand the power of intentional movement for injury prevention. During this time, I earned my Stretch & Flexibility Certification through NASM and am currently completing my Personal Trainer Certification. Outside the studio, I stay active through running and weightlifting. I also enjoy photographing nature, attending concerts, and traveling in search of new restaurants. What I find most rewarding about being part of StretchLab is witnessing the real change we create by helping clients move more freely, reduce pain, and feel better in their bodies. The collaborative team environment and opportunities for continuous learning make it a space where I feel inspired to grow every day!

      I have a degree in Sports Medicine & Exercise Science and have been working in the fitness industry since 2018. My background includes teaching children’s gymnastics and serving as a head color guard director, where I combined athletic conditioning with creative movement. In 2020, I expanded into the industrial side as a Prevention Specialist, helping technicians reduce discomfort and prevent workplace injuries. Over time, I’ve developed a specialty in stretching and flexibility, which I use to help people improve performance, mobility, and overall well-being. I’m passionate about guiding others toward healthier lifestyles, and I’m currently pursuing my personal training certification to further expand the ways I can support clients in reaching their goals. During my spare time, I stay active by weightlifting and attending dance classes. Outside of fitness, I love to read, make coffee, and bake banana bread. I also just moved to GA so I am on the hunt for the best local eats & cafes :) Being part of StretchLab, I love meeting new people and helping them achieve goals they never thought possible. It’s incredibly rewarding to help clients return to their normal lives while feeling less discomfort each day!

      I'm a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. Head trainer at LA Fitness Brookhaven for 2 years. EMS Trainer at Body20 East Cobb during first year in business. Sports Background in Baseball, Lacrosse, Basketball, and Football. In my free time I like playing 3 on 3 basketball, long boarding, producing music, horticulture, and spending time with family. What I find most rewarding about StretchLab is the progress that I will personally help our clients achieve. Helping people reach their goals, then showing them how to pass their goals is a beautiful thing.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
