      Hi! My name is Maria. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I became involved with movement after going through a series of misalignments in my own body, particularly the spine. By moving I learned that the body has the ability to self-heal, and by paying attention and developing a connection to it gives this process the space to unfold. My goal is to help people find this connection and facilitate their own personal healing process. I like to study/practice holistic ways of managing stress in the body as well as in the mind like Reiki and mindful breathing. I love animals and have a deep respect for nature. I’m super excited for the opportunity that stretch lab has given me to work with you. As a flexologist I look forward to being able to assist your practice through a series of stretches designed for you to have more freedom in the body.

      Hello there! I have trained to be a professional dancer since I was 3 years old and have always been active when it comes to pilates, aerobics, and stretching. Since I was 18 I have enjoyed teaching all dance styles from ballet to tap, and have been certified in Revolutionary Principles of Movement. Outside of StretchLab and the studio you can find me performing in musical theatre productions, hiking, or at Bible study. I have always found the the body has an amazing ability to heal itself with the right care, and stretching is just one of the many ways that we can look after our bodies in a holistic and practical way. I look forward to seeing you on the bench. Happy stretching!

      I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I am a certified personal trainer and exercise physiologist. I believe exercise is medicine and a key to healing. My future goal is to get a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I enjoy exercising, watching tv series, reading books, and trying to new restaurants. I love the StretchLab because of it’s necessity in rehabilitation and multitude of benefits.

      Inspired by life events, I grew a deeper interest and understanding in the complexity, remarkability, and resiliency of the human body. This naturally led me into the field of Rehabilitation. I view rehabilitation as restoration of the human body utilizing the physicality of Fitness, Mobility and ROM, but also proper Nutrition, and daily Spiritual and mental practices of Mindfulness. I have an Associates of Exercise Science and I am finishing a Bachelors of Kinesiology. I have earned certifications as a Physical Therapy Aide, Nutritionist, Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer and now as a Flexologist. I truly enjoy working with StretchLab, learning more about the human body and the critical importance of stretching. My next goal is a credit transfer into an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and to be licensed working hands on with a Physical Therapist.       Hi nice to meet you my name is Ryan and I have a background in personal training through ISSA. I specialize in weightlifting, weight loss, and nutrition. In my spare time I enjoy to play sports such as tennis, pickle ball, and basketball. Being at Stretchlab I love that i’m always learning new things about stretches and the body. I also really enjoy meeting new people!

      I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota. I also received my associate as a Physical Therapy Assistant from St Catherine University. I like to work out, cook homecooked meals, and to also attend fun and friendly events like concerts. Being able to connect with the community members and improving their quality of life one person at a time. I also like my StretchLab teammates because we get to help each other whenever possible.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
