Chris
Chris is a NASM-certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in gym training and martial arts. In addition to his core certifications, he holds multiple NASM credentials, including Group Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Behavior Change Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Bodybuilding, among others.
Chris takes a science-driven, knowledge-based approach to health and fitness, using logic and proven methods to help clients move better and feel stronger. He pairs this with an optimistic mindset, firmly believing that anything is possible when you combine intention with smart and strategic planning.
Outside of fitness, Chris has a deep passion for history, travel, classic literature, and music. He plays three instruments—the lute, flute, and his favorite, the harp. In his free time, you’ll find him exploring Seattle, meeting new people, and continuously learning new skills.
