      Pete is a NASM certified personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast. He comes to StretchLab with a unique background - he holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering, an MBA and also 'moonlights' as a tech professional leading software deals. Pete is passionate about educating others about the importance of health and fitness towards achieving both physical and mental well-being. He has a keen interest in using technology to inform and support an individual's fitness journey. When he heard about StretchLab, its mission and how it integrates cutting-edge 3D MAPS body scanning technology into its programming to help flexologists assess clients' current physical state and customize stretch sessions for them, he knew he wanted to join the team! Pete is excited to join the StretchLab Issaquah team and help as many people as he can feel better, live longer and to meet their health and wellness goals!!

      Ricky is a Kung-Fu instructor with passion to learn about health and wellness for the mind, body, and soul with purpose of helping children and families. As a flexologist he is excited to provide assisted stretching for members that will help them feel better! In his spare time he enjoys dimsums and drinking tea with family and friends, learning and working on projects regarding health and wellness. Practicing Kung-fu is fun and meditative for him and he likes to travel to meet friends and families, and enjoy new experiences. He enjoys being a part of Stretchlab because it gives him an opportunity to work closely with the community and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

      Marenah is an Issaquah resident dedicated to helping her community move better and live a healthy lifestyle. With a degree in Exercise Science and experience as a Physical Therapy Exercise Technician, she brings knowledge of the human body and how stretching can improve your quality of life. She is excited to be a part of StretchLab because she finds fulfillment in helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals. In her free time, she likes to play video games with her three kids, paddleboard, and go to concerts with her husband.

      Flexologist
      Julie boasts a decade-long career as a professional dancer, specializing in ballet, jazz, and tap. Her extensive experience includes teaching ballet and jazz, managing her own children's dance school, instructing at an adult dance studio, and contributing to the Washington Academy of Performing Arts. In addition to her dance expertise, Julie is a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour YTT qualification and is currently pursuing her 300-hour YTT. Her diverse skill set extends to certifications in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Aromatherapy, with ongoing pursuits in Sound Healing and Mindfulness certifications. Passionate about holistic wellness, health, and fitness, Julie dedicates her spare time to the gym, crafting aromatherapy products, and enjoying walks with her mini-Australian shepherd, Jasper. Excited to be a part of the StretchLab community, Julie looks forward to leveraging her rich background to craft personalized stretching programs for clients embarking on their flexibility and wellness journey

      Belay is a Masters of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, education, and community-based rehabilitation. With a deep belief in the power of movement as medicine, Belay brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach to help individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Throughout his career, Belay has empowered countless individuals to take control of their physical health. He’s also a dedicated volunteer, an avid reader, and someone who values quality time with his family. As part of the StretchLab team, Belay is excited to blend his clinical knowledge with personalized care—helping members move better, feel stronger, and live more actively, one stretch at a time.

      Allen is a licensed Physical Therapist from the Philippines with over 5 years of experience helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. With a strong clinical background and a passion for holistic wellness, he brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to every stretch session at StretchLab. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new places, trying local cuisines, and cooking traditional Filipino dishes. Staying active is a big part of his lifestyle, with a love for walking and playing basketball. As part of the StretchLab team, Allen is passionate about combining expert knowledge with one-on-one assisted stretching to support recovery, enhance mobility, and improve overall quality of life.

      James Eaves is a seasoned fitness and sales professional with over 20 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals reach their goals—whether in the gym or through outstanding customer service. A U.S. Army veteran and Eagle Scout, James is known for leading with integrity, motivation, and heart. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a deep passion for coaching, wellness, and fostering meaningful connections. Outside of his professional life, James enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and training in martial arts to stay balanced and energized. At StretchLab, James is driven by the opportunity to help people move optimally and live pain-free—empowering them to live life to the fullest.

      Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Andrew has always been passionate about movement, nature, and helping others feel their best. With a background in personal training, he brings years of experience in fitness and body awareness—along with a strong understanding of how stretching supports performance, recovery, and longevity. Growing up, Andrew competed in wrestling, swimming, and running—sports that taught him discipline, resilience, and the importance of caring for both body and mind. These experiences shaped his belief that flexibility and mobility are essential to living a long, active life. Andrew was drawn to StretchLab because it aligns with his holistic approach to well-being. He values the personalized, one-on-one model that helps people move better, feel better, and live with more freedom. He also believes health is about more than just the physical—it’s a balance of body, mind, and spirit that uplifts both the individual and those around them. Outside the studio, you’ll find Andrew on the trails of the PNW, recharging in nature and inspiring others to live with intention and positivity

      Jordan grew up with a love for movement—playing soccer, skiing, and exploring the outdoors. With a background in yoga, specializing in Vinyasa and Hatha, Jordan brings a deep understanding of body mechanics and a passion for helping others reach their mobility goals. Prioritizing flexibility and stability in daily life, Jordan enjoys hiking, biking, paddle boarding, camping, and long walks with the dogs. As a Flexologist, Jordan loves guiding people to feel their best—supporting them in enjoying their body, mind, and the activities they love.

      Jasmine is a Seattle native who finds her greatest joy in spending time outdoors with her dog, exploring nature, and staying active. Her professional journey began in healthcare, where she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s ability to heal and adapt. Over the past six years, her passion for yoga, stretching, and holistic wellness has flourished, guiding her toward helping others discover the same mind-body connection that has positively transformed her own life. At StretchLab, Jasmine brings this expertise to every session, helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. For her, yoga and assisted stretching go far beyond physical movement — they are pathways to balance, clarity, and resilience. Through her practice, she has learned how to breathe through challenges, find calm amidst stress, and stay centered in all areas of life. Jasmine is passionate about sharing these benefits with clients, supporting each person in feeling stronger, more confident, and at ease in their body.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
