      Michelle is passionate about health and wellness and making people feel good. Growing up very active and doing gymnastics competitively brought body awareness into her life. She combined gymnastics and weight lifting to go further and become stronger. After practicing yoga for a year she became a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor. Through her training she became interested in the anatomy of the human body and how it works. She found StretchLab and loved the idea of assisted stretching and saw the need and importance of this concept! The idea of helping people feel better doing everyday things makes her happy. Michelle cares deeply about her clients, and there’s nothing of more value to her than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. When not working you can find Michelle with her camera taking photos, on her Peloton bike, working out, visiting local breweries and traveling.

      Pete is a NASM certified personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast. He comes to StretchLab with a unique background - he holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering, an MBA and also 'moonlights' as a tech professional leading software deals. Pete is passionate about educating others about the importance of health and fitness towards achieving both physical and mental well-being. He has a keen interest in using technology to inform and support an individual's fitness journey. When he heard about StretchLab, its mission and how it integrates cutting-edge 3D MAPS body scanning technology into its programming to help flexologists assess clients' current physical state and customize stretch sessions for them, he knew he wanted to join the team! Pete is excited to join the StretchLab Issaquah team and help as many people as he can feel better, live longer and to meet their health and wellness goals!!

      Staten Medsker - he has 30+ years of healing experience and has worked with several celebrities and musicians. He is well known for his dedication and service to the homeless community of Seattle. He believes that StretchLab will help to spread his wings and utilize his expertise to continue healing others. StretchLab provides a platform for him to support the cause of community wellness and he feels it involves a unique way of working with the body to obtain optimal and sustainable results

      Brandon has been in the fitness industry for 5 years and is a NASM(national academy of sports medicine) certified personal trainer for 4 years. He had struggled with anxiety and depression since a young child and he believes that working out, stretching and meditation helped alleviate those feelings and gain more confidence. His goal at Stretchlab is to help people achieve the same feelings from stretching/working out and make a difference in their health and well-being. In his free time, he enjoys making music, snow boarding, surfing, and fashion(sneaker head). His long term goal is to achieve doctrine in physical therapy.

      Beatriz has been in the fitness industry for 3 years and has worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for 2 years. With StretchLab, she wants to help people get in the routine of stretching and see the amazing benefits of regular stretching! She also believes that her experience at StretchLab will enhance her knowledge about the human anatomy and is in line with her long-term goal to finish her Doctorates in Physical Therapy. In her free time she loves going to the gym, hiking, playing the ukelele, and road trips!

      Rinkle is a physical therapist by qualification and is currently pursuing Masters in Kinesiology at Seattle University. She has a great understanding of the human anatomy and has extensive experience of working with clients recovering post injuries and surgeries. If not at work or studying you will find her exploring new places, hiking or playing badminton. She is excited to be a part of StretchLab family since it gives her an opportunity to pursue her passion of making a difference in people’s lives and keep them moving stress-free!

      Arjen is a NASM accredited personal trainer who has worked multiple jobs in the fitness industry including group fitness and personal one on one training. In his free time he enjoys weight-lifting, and is a huge martial arts nerd (trains Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). He joined Stretchlab Issaquah to help people achieve their mobility and flexibility goals. He is driven to work with the community and is excited to educate people about the importance of stretching regularly.

      Eddie has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and he is committed to encouraging the wellness of his community. Eddie is a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner for over 23 years, working predominantly in ICU and Trauma centers in dozens of hospitals across the US. Additionally he is also working as a Biometric Screener recently, tuning in more into what keeps people well, instead of repairing them. He has performed as a musician since the mid 1980’s having played in almost a hundred bands. He is currently involved with several original and cover bands throughout the Pacific Northwest, as a drummer, percussionist, Jaw Harpist, ukulele player, and occasional vocalist and songwriter. Eddie is drawn to StretchLab because of the pro-active role they play in, encouraging people to become their best selves, and increasing the vitality and energy of each person.

Sahil is a reliable and compassionate practitioner with a reputation for going above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. At Stretchlab Issaquah, he is committed to making a positive impact on the community, always with a focus on providing top-notch care and support.

      Ricky is a Kung-Fu instructor with passion to learn about health and wellness for the mind, body, and soul with purpose of helping children and families. As a flexologist he is excited to provide assisted stretching for members that will help them feel better! In his spare time he enjoys dimsums and drinking tea with family and friends, learning and working on projects regarding health and wellness. Practicing Kung-fu is fun and meditative for him and he likes to travel to meet friends and families, and enjoy new experiences. He enjoys being a part of Stretchlab because it gives him an opportunity to work closely with the community and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

      Elana - an athlete at heart and sports/conditioning coach in practice. Working with athletes has always been a priority for her and when the athletes would come to her for advice on recovery, injury prevention, and overall health and wellness, she wanted to be able to be demonstrate knowledge in that domain. Graduating with BS in Health Coaching and pairing it with her pathway to Physical Therapy school, and her other interests in health and wellness, she aspires to be an all-in-one specialist for long-term clients. In her free time, she likes to stay active and spend time with friends and family. Practicing her main sport - soccer, and finding new ways to strengthen her body, mind, and health, are all important activities that she likes to priortize in life. With StretchLab, she believes she can further her understanding of human body and provide access to assisted stretching to the large community and help them move better!

      Zack studied kinesiology at WSU, worked as a trainer at Pullman CrossFit, and gained experience as a group fitness instructor at Orangetheory Fitness. Working to heal people 1-on-1 became his passion as it gave him the opportunity to personalize and build an individualized plan in order to maximize physical ability and athleticism for every client. He believes in having a holistic view of mind and body - one cannot be optimized without the other and his goal is for each person to reach their best self. He is a sports enthusiast and loves watching everything from football, soccer, and basketball to golf and MMA. Currently he plays in a co-ed soccer league and also enjoys playing golf every weekend. One of his anchors to stay physically active are jogs with his puppy each morning. Strength training is another core component for him as well as stretching to stay healthy in the long run. He chose StretchLab because he enjoys helping people find solutions for their body. Flexibility is the main component of chronic injury prevention when considering every single aspect of fitness. Struggles with his own body in the past have been fixed by improving his mobility. He hopes to enlighten more people on the importance of staying flexible.
