      Michelle is passionate about health and wellness and making people feel good. Growing up very active and doing gymnastics competitively brought body awareness into her life. She combined gymnastics and weight lifting to go further and become stronger. After practicing yoga for a year she became a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor. Through her training she became interested in the anatomy of the human body and how it works. She found StretchLab and loved the idea of assisted stretching and saw the need and importance of this concept! The idea of helping people feel better doing everyday things makes her happy. Michelle cares deeply about her clients, and there’s nothing of more value to her than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. When not working you can find Michelle with her camera taking photos, on her Peloton bike, working out, visiting local breweries and traveling.

      Pete is a NASM certified personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast. He comes to StretchLab with a unique background - he holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering, an MBA and also 'moonlights' as a tech professional leading software deals. Pete is passionate about educating others about the importance of health and fitness towards achieving both physical and mental well-being. He has a keen interest in using technology to inform and support an individual's fitness journey. When he heard about StretchLab, its mission and how it integrates cutting-edge 3D MAPS body scanning technology into its programming to help flexologists assess clients' current physical state and customize stretch sessions for them, he knew he wanted to join the team! Pete is excited to join the StretchLab Issaquah team and help as many people as he can feel better, live longer and to meet their health and wellness goals!!

      Ricky is a Kung-Fu instructor with passion to learn about health and wellness for the mind, body, and soul with purpose of helping children and families. As a flexologist he is excited to provide assisted stretching for members that will help them feel better! In his spare time he enjoys dimsums and drinking tea with family and friends, learning and working on projects regarding health and wellness. Practicing Kung-fu is fun and meditative for him and he likes to travel to meet friends and families, and enjoy new experiences. He enjoys being a part of Stretchlab because it gives him an opportunity to work closely with the community and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

      Elana - an athlete at heart and sports/conditioning coach in practice. Working with athletes has always been a priority for her and when the athletes would come to her for advice on recovery, injury prevention, and overall health and wellness, she wanted to be able to be demonstrate knowledge in that domain. Graduating with BS in Health Coaching and pairing it with her pathway to Physical Therapy school, and her other interests in health and wellness, she aspires to be an all-in-one specialist for long-term clients. In her free time, she likes to stay active and spend time with friends and family. Practicing her main sport - soccer, and finding new ways to strengthen her body, mind, and health, are all important activities that she likes to priortize in life. With StretchLab, she believes she can further her understanding of human body and provide access to assisted stretching to the large community and help them move better!

      DJ is excited to be a part of StretchLab and help the community move better. He graduated in Kinesiology and is passionate about educating the youth on the importance of movement and fitness. DJ loves playing basketball, lifting, hiking and much more. As part of the Stretchlab Issaquah team, he is keen on fueling his knowledge and bringing a holistic approach to help people achieve their mobility and flexibility goals.

      Meet Shraddha, Certified Flexologist since 2019. She is a bachelor in Homoeopathic medicine and surgery, in addition she has a diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science. She has completed 500 hours of advanced teacher training in Yoga (RYT500). Her previous job experiences include Intensive Care Unit doctor for 7 years and had her own private practice apart from teaching Yoga in India. She has a deep understanding of human Anatomy (Muscles and bones) and Physiology. She is also certified in various spiritual healing processes including Reiki, and Teramai. Shraddha is courteous and sensitive to various age group requirements. Her holistic approach to treating clients makes her special. She has a very pleasing personality and her stretch sessions do magic for her clients. She approaches every client with ease and comfort. Shraddha helps you heal and brings a smile to your face!!

With a degree in Exercise Science and experience as a Physical Therapy Exercise Technician, she brings knowledge of the human body and how stretching can improve your quality of life. She is excited to be a part of StretchLab because she finds fulfillment in helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals. In her free time, she likes to play video games with her three kids, paddleboard, and go to concerts with her husband.

      With 11 years of experience in personal training, sports nutrition, Massage Therapy, and assisted stretching, Nathan is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of the human body. Holding certifications such as NASM CSNC, NASM Strength & Conditioning, and a Black Belt in Butokukan Karate, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Passionate about bodybuilding, powerlifting, and martial arts, he believes in offering every individual he works with an experience that enhances range of motion, performance, agility, and reduces the risk of injuries. His philosophy revolves around the idea that health and wellness are the greatest equalizers, ensuring a long, happy, and healthy life for everyone. His mission is to share a decade's worth of knowledge in biochemistry and biomechanics, helping others live life to the fullest. Fitness is not just a career but a passion, and he is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to optimal health.       Julie boasts a decade-long career as a professional dancer, specializing in ballet, jazz, and tap. Her extensive experience includes teaching ballet and jazz, managing her own children's dance school, instructing at an adult dance studio, and contributing to the Washington Academy of Performing Arts. In addition to her dance expertise, Julie is a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour YTT qualification and is currently pursuing her 300-hour YTT. Her diverse skill set extends to certifications in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Aromatherapy, with ongoing pursuits in Sound Healing and Mindfulness certifications. Passionate about holistic wellness, health, and fitness, Julie dedicates her spare time to the gym, crafting aromatherapy products, and enjoying walks with her mini-Australian shepherd, Jasper. Excited to be a part of the StretchLab community, Julie looks forward to leveraging her rich background to craft personalized stretching programs for clients embarking on their flexibility and wellness journey

In his spare time, Angelo enjoys engaging in various activities that keep his mind and body active, such as spending quality time with his family outdoors, playing chess, solving puzzles, and exploring philosophical readings. Angelo believes that "nothing changes if nothing changes." He recognizes that many people are still unfamiliar with the benefits of assisted stretching and is enthusiastic about helping others discover new opportunities for health and wellness.       Ramya is a certified yoga instructor from Rishikesh, India, known as the yoga capital of the world. With over two decades of dedicated practice, yoga has become a way of life for her. Having personally experienced the transformative power of yoga, Ramya approaches her teaching with a holistic perspective, embracing everything from dynamic asanas to the calming practices of pranayama and meditation. Before immersing herself in the world of yoga, Ramya spent eight years as a software engineer, concluding her corporate journey with Amazon. Alongside her passion for yoga, she enjoys strength training and running. In her leisure time, Ramya indulges in hikes, exploring the enchanting landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, and enjoys other hobbies such as traveling, reading, and nurturing her garden. Driven by the belief that "movement is medicine," Ramya seeks to share the joy of yoga, helping individuals move and feel better. She is passionate about the impact of emotional well-being on physical and mental health, emphasizing the importance of emotional balance in life. At Stretchlab, she believes in helping clients build a strong connection between mind and body in each practice, enhancing overall health and sensitivity. Olena's husband is a weightlifter, and she is a proud mom of a dancer daughter and swimmer son, focusing on family health and wellness. She values spending quality time with her family as the cornerstone of well-being.
