Andrew
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Andrew has always been passionate about movement, nature, and helping others feel their best. With a background in personal training, he brings years of experience in fitness and body awareness—along with a strong understanding of how stretching supports performance, recovery, and longevity.
Growing up, Andrew competed in wrestling, swimming, and running—sports that taught him discipline, resilience, and the importance of caring for both body and mind. These experiences shaped his belief that flexibility and mobility are essential to living a long, active life.
Andrew was drawn to StretchLab because it aligns with his holistic approach to well-being. He values the personalized, one-on-one model that helps people move better, feel better, and live with more freedom.
He also believes health is about more than just the physical—it’s a balance of body, mind, and spirit that uplifts both the individual and those around them.
Outside the studio, you’ll find Andrew on the trails of the PNW, recharging in nature and inspiring others to live with intention and positivity
