Armed with a Master’s in Kinesiology, over a dozen certifications, and a mildly concerning obsession with exercise science, Steve has spent over a decade helping humans move like they were actually designed to. As a certified Flexologist and performance coach, he fuses evidence-based methods with just enough sarcasm to keep things interesting. His sessions are personalized, results-driven, and occasionally interrupted by fun facts you didn’t ask for. Whether you’re recovering, training, or just tired of feeling trapped in your own body, Steve’s here to help you unlock the optimal you.

I started my employment in the fitness industry in 2020 as a group fitness instructor at a YMCA near my hometown. I continued to teach group fitness classes through my college career at Indiana State University. I graduated ISU in December 2022. Then in January 2023 left for basic training for the Army. I currently serve in the IN Army National Guard and work full time at Crunch Fitness as the Group Fitness Coordinator. I am looking forward to continuing to grow in the fitness industry and help others on their health journeys with StretchLab!

Sam is dedicated to helping you move and feel your best—both today and for the long run. He holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Purdue University, with a focus on human movement, and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. With a strong foundation in muscles, mobility, and movement mechanics, Sam tailors each stretch to fit your goals, whether that’s improving performance, recovering from injury, or simply moving with less restriction. Outside the studio, you’ll likely find him fishing, playing ping pong or pickleball, or diving into the science of how the body works. And if you’ve got a question—ask away. If he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll make it his mission to find it.

MacKenzie Brooks is a motivated and detail-oriented Exercise Science student at Marian University, minoring in Psychology with a focus on physical therapy. With strong experience in customer service and team leadership, she has managed operations, trained staff, and delivered exceptional client experiences in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, MacKenzie is a dedicated athlete and team player, serving as an offensive player on Marian University’s Women’s Lacrosse team and a former captain for Avon High School’s team. She brings a strong work ethic, adaptability, and passion for helping others thrive.

Abigail brings the same drive she had on the basketball court at Wittenberg University to every stretch session. As a former collegiate athlete and current athletic trainer in sports medicine, she understands how mobility impacts not only performance but everyday quality of life. With extensive experience treating musculoskeletal injuries in everyone from kids to older adults, Abigail knows how to meet clients where they are and help them move forward. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll probably find her training for her next marathon or planning her next adventure abroad.

Bradley is a certified Personal Trainer and Flexologist with over five years of experience in the fitness industry. His mission is simple: help you reach your full potential, whether that means performing better in the gym, moving more freely in daily life, or both. Bradley is committed to continually expanding his expertise in stretching and performance techniques, giving him the right tools to meet your unique needs. With a personalized, supportive approach, he helps clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall performance—and he’ll be with you every step of the way

Megan Sams has dedicated over seven years to helping athletes and individuals move better, recover faster, and prevent injuries. With a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from New Mexico State University, she built her foundation working hands on with collegiate athletes. Today, Megan serves as an athletic trainer at Brownsburg East MS, while also bringing her expertise as a flexologist to the community. She specializes in guided stretching to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long term health and healing. Her mission is to help people feel their best, move freely, and enjoy life without the burden of injury. Megan is excited to share her knowledge and passion with all her clients- because everyone deserves to move well and feel great
