    Lead Flexologist

I was born in Greene, NY and moved to Denver NC, 2 years ago. I graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with my bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, while also playing D2 field hockey. I then received my master’s degree in Rehabilitation & Injury Prevention and my Corrective Exercise certification at California University of Pennsylvania (PennWest). I enjoy assisting others with muscle energy techniques and correcting gait abnormalities. I am excited to share my knowledge and personal experiences with my clients at StretchLab. In the future, I plan to become an Athletic Trainer for a D1 university or professional sports team. In my free time I enjoy running, walking my dog and movie nights!

Hi, I’m Cedara! I’m a Charlotte native and a graduate of Winston-Salem State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Public Health. Over the past year as a Flexologist at StretchLab, I’ve had the opportunity to combine my passion for movement and wellness to help people enhance their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. With a background in sports and a strong interest in how the body functions, I aim to create a supportive and informative experience for each client. Whether it’s improving range of motion or simply helping someone feel their best, I’m dedicated to making a positive impact. When I’m not in the studio, I love checking out new spots around Charlotte, discovering great food, and enjoying all the excitement that comes with this stage of life.

Hi, I’m Hayden! After growing up in Charlotte, I moved to Boone, NC to study Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology at Appalachian State University. I’m now back in my hometown and excited to pursue opportunities where I can use my knowledge to help others. I hope to one day combine both aspects of my undergraduate studies to better support individuals who need it. I’m excited to work one-on-one with clients and make a direct impact on their needs and overall well-being. Outside of work, I love sports (especially football and basketball), running, reading, and spending time outdoors.

    Flexologist

I was born and raised in Denver, NC, and recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Sports Coaching. My passion for health, wellness, and human movement has led me to gain experience in a variety of rehabilitation settings, where I developed a strong appreciation for helping others improve their mobility and overall quality of life. I enjoy using my knowledge of anatomy and movement to help people better understand their bodies and reach their goals, whether that means moving with less discomfort, increasing flexibility, or improving performance. I’m excited to bring my enthusiasm and knowledge to StretchLab and help clients feel their best through movement. Outside of work, you can usually find me traveling, spending time with friends and family, or playing pickleball. In the future, I plan to continue growing in the rehabilitation field as I pursue a career in physical therapy.
