I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Catawba College. I was a collegiate soccer player there for the first two years, but some knee injuries shortened my career. That’s really where my love for preventative therapies and exercise came from. I am certified in Personal Training by the American College of Sports Medicine. I grew up in Salisbury North Carolina but have lived in various parts of NC in my adult life. In my free time I love all outdoor activities, like camping, paddling, snowboarding. I also enjoy good conversation and helping others meet their goals.

I was raised in Hollywood, Florida and moved to North Carolina a week after I graduated high school in 2016. I got my massage license in 2017 from NCSAB and I’ve been a massage therapist ever since and I love it! I plan to go back to school for Exercise Science and continue my education in this field. All throughout my childhood I was really active, played soccer, softball and danced in high school, now I weight lift and play JustDance! I have taken what I learned from massage and applied it to StretchLab.

Originally from Wilmington, NC, I moved to Charlotte to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I graduated in 2022 and my goal is to continue my education and pursue a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. I played collegiate soccer for the first two years before some knee injuries cut my time short. Experiencing those injuries grew my passion for both preventive and rehabilitative therapy. I have experience working in outpatient therapy clinics that included a wide variety of populations and injuries/impairments. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickup soccer, hiking, watersports, and enjoying time with friends and family. My goal at StretchLab is to share my knowledge of the human body and to continue helping others improve their overall health and wellness.
