Damian comes to StretchLab as a certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Strength Coach with a background in mobility training. He takes a holistic and empathetic approach to helping others feel at home in their bodies. He has worked with a wide range of individuals—from athletes and youth to seniors and everyday movers—supporting them in improving movement quality, reducing pain, and rebuilding confidence through intentional movement.
He understands how targeted stretching enhances strength, accelerates recovery, and promotes long-term wellness. Becoming a Flexologist at StretchLab has allowed me to merge evidence-based practice, hands-on technique, and lived experience to help clients move with greater ease, awareness, and purpose. He loves the idea that StretchLab creates space for people to slow down, take time for their own wellness, listen to their bodies, and focus on foundational aspects of wellness that often go overlooked. Stretching isn’t just a warm-up—it’s a gateway to better posture, better movement, and a better life. Being part of that transformation for clients is what drives him every day.
