Piper has been a certified Personal Trainer through NASM for 5 years and a certified group trainer since July 2021. Her love of fitness started in 1997 when she was enlisted in the Air Force and she had mandatory squadron runs and calisthenics days. Since then, she has been an avid runner and gym enthusiast and all that comes with being in the fitness world.
She loves how StretchLab is an extension health and wellness. Whether clients are seasoned athletes, weekend warriors or non-athletes, etc; She knows that stretching is what the body needs and this is where StretchLab comes in. She loves to share her knowledge and get the body happy again. She also loves the good vibes in the studio and her co-workers.
She love exercising outdoors, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, trails, walking my pups, spending the weekend at the beach and back roading in her Jeep.
