I'm a wife and mom of three active kids. An alumni of Texas A&M University, I went into research, working in pre-clinical studies for pharmaceuticals targeting cardiovascular, metabolic, and endocrine diseases. I became a certified personal trainer in 2008 and since then have spent years learning and growing as a fitness professional; working in sports performance, corrective exercise, and mobility. I'm also a certified nutrition coach working with individuals on achieving healthy habits and healthy eating.
When I'm not stretching, coaching, or training, I'm an avid runner, doing races and/or obstacle courses with my husband. I also love spending time with my three children and supporting them in their activities. As a self- proclaimed nerd, I can also be seen pouring over research studies and reading up on nutrition and exercise science.
I'm thrilled to be a StretchLab Flexologist and embrace the worthy mission of helping people live long and live well. I echoe the saying that stretching is for everybody and believe every person can benefit from increased mobility, increased range of motion, less pain, and the many additional benefits stretching can bring.
