      Studio Manager
Hi! I’m Madi and I am the studio manager at our Highlands Ranch studio. I received my Bachelor’s degree from CU Boulder in Integrative Physiology and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Sports Management through University of Northern Colorado. I first started my StretchLab journey as a Flexologist at our Lone Tree studio in April of 2022 and transitioned into the studio manager role in May of 2023! I thought I wanted to go into Physical Therapy, but found a passion for the business world and have loved it ever since then. Combining fitness, sports, and business was something I never thought I would do, but have found it truly fulfilling. StretchLab has given me the opportunity to work with and lead amazing teams all of which have become my second family. When I am not at the studio, I am usually at yoga, concerts, or hanging out on the couch with my dog Jessie!

I graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor's of Exercise Science with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Business Administration. Throughout my time in college, I had the pleasure of working with the Durango Dynomite Special Olympics Teams as a certified volleyball and basketball coach. As a coach, I was able to watch my athletes work hard and reach their goals and knew this is something I’d want to do for years to come. Born and raised in Colorado, I have always lived an active life. My summers are full of hiking, paddleboarding, and walking my dog, Mabel. In the winter, you can find me snowboarding and snowshoeing. While I am unsure of my long term career goals, StretchLab is the perfect place to keep exploring my passions of being active and helping others.

      Lead Flexologist
Hi there! My name is Gabe Ramos, and I am a California native, who studied Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science at Azusa Pacific University and finished my undergrad at Colorado Christian University here in Lakewood, Colorado. I wanted to pursue this field of movement of the body, health and wellness because of how much I know that exercise and recovery changed my life. I am now getting my Masters in Psychology as well and the benefits that movement, exercise, recovery, and nutrition have on the mind as well are exponential. I played baseball collegiately at both schools I attended for undergrad and played professionally for a little bit and my knowledge and fascination with health, wellness, and recovery made a huge impact on how I played. I have had an extensive background in strength and conditioning and nutrition but nothing on the Physical Therapy side of things. This is what brought me to StretchLab! I have had the ability to work for many places who are under the umbrella of Kinesiology, but I can tell you that StretchLab is one of a kind with the heart and purpose of enhancing the lives of those who want to live life on a daily basis with the freedom to move. Movement and exercise are our medicine and if we are not taking advantage of this amazing resource then we are not even close to the potential of how amazing we could feel. Health and wellness aren't all about working out and nutrition, it also has a lot to do with how we take care of our bodies physiologically. Stretching regularly provides benefits like no other to our bodies and can enhance our health more than we could comprehend. Here at StretchLab we are individuals qualified with the experience, knowledge and background to provide a service for you that will only help you live life functionally and mobile.

      Dave
      Flexologist
I was born and raised outside of Chicago and have been in the Denver area for almost 8 years now. I am a NASM and ISSA certified personal trainer with a few other disciplines under my belt. Currently, I’m finishing up my Bachelors in Exercise Science with Lionel University. Before StretchLab, I worked with athletes across all age ranges to reach their peak performance, but one thing was always missing, dedicated stretching time, honing in on the trouble areas we experience. Having gone through a number of injuries and surgeries, I understand the need for proper body mechanics. At StretchLab and with my background, I aim to help clients of all ages and backgrounds to provide the best experience so you can do more of what you love!! Outside of StretchLab, you can find me mountain biking or paddleboarding enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.
      Tre
      Tre
      Flexologist
Hi my name is TreVaughn Rhodes you can call me Tre. I was born in Wichita, Kansas. I started playing competitive sports at a very young age. This is where I developed a passion for fitness. I have always loved being physically active. Me and my family moved to Colorado in 2013 for more opportunities. Colorado is where I grew up and continued to develop my passion for fitness, health and wellness. I played college football at Western Colorado University for 4 years where I received my bachelor of science degree in Exercise and Sports Science. While playing college football I suffered two of the most common injuries which made me rethink how I was training and made me want to learn more about how to properly train the body. With that being said I love lifting heavy weights but I also really love mobility and injury prevention. This is why I wanted to pursue a career at StretchLab. StretchLab is a great place where we can work specifically on flexibility and mobility. I want to help people achieve their fitness goals so that they can live a happy and healthy lifestyle!

Hi! My name is Chandra (pronounced Shawn-druh). I graduated from Minot State University in North Dakota, with my Bachelors in Corporate Fitness and Wellness Management. I found a passion for health and wellness when I started lifting and gained newfound confidence. Because of this, I decided I wanted to help others find that confidence as well. I worked with middle school and high school athletes, helping to coach them in lifts. I also worked with Parkinson’s patients helping to improve their symptoms. I am hoping to one day become a personal trainer and start a program that will help Parkinson’s patients improve their overall quality of life.

Hey my name is Braden or you could call me B. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I got my bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado before I moved back to Las Vegas to work as a Physical Therapy tech for three years before I decided it was time to move back to Colorado. I grew up playing baseball year round and that sparked an interest in health and fitness. My interest in health and fitness pursued me to bodybuilding and competing in shows. During that time I realized how important mobility and stretching was in every aspect of our lives. Outside of work I enjoy lifting weights, cooking, and fishing.

      Flexologist
Hi my name is Brooke! I am from New Hampshire and just moved out to Colorado this summer. I went to Plymouth State University in the White Mountains of New Hampshire where I got my Bachelor's of Science in Allied Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology! This is where I found my fondness for skiing which resulted in a common ski injury, a torn ACL and MCL. This fueled my passion of rehabilitation and recovery with the importance of incorporating stretching into my routine. At PSU I was able to shadow the DPT student during their clinical work in the Pro Bono Clinic through the university. I am planning on pursuing a career as an Occupational Therapist which I am currently applying to schools for! Outside of StretchLab I would most likely be found in the mountains, skiing or hiking!
