      Lead Flexologist
      Shaq is an Antiguan-American born in the Bronx and raised in Mount Vernon NY. He completed his BS in Exercise Science at the University at Buffalo. StretchLab Greensboro selected Shaq as our Lead Flexologist thanks to his work as a Movement Specialist with a background in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, personal training, group fitness, sports development, holistic health, and plant-based nutrition. A fun fact about Shaq is that he is vegan, so he cooks his own plant-based meals! He also owns Holistic Horizen, a holistic health coaching business. His favorite stretch to perform is the reclined spinal twist.

      Taylor is originally from Hawaii but grew up in California and earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Monterey Bay. She also minored in Psychology while in school. Taylor has spent 2 years as a flexologist in Texas, and was a physical therapy technician and swim instructor in her prior years. She is currently attending the Doctor of Physical program at Winston-Salem State University and hopes to specialize in aquatic physical therapy. She's comfortable working with all ages, has a passion for helping others, and truly believes that movement is medicine.

      Rachel is a recent graduate of Queens University of Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sport Science. She started Greensboro's first girls rugby team in high school and also was part of the Women's Rugby program at Queens. She plans to return to school to study either physical therapy or athletic training and loves helping people reach their goals. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and trying new coffee shops.

      Audrey is originally from Arkansas, but has completed a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University and Bachelor's degree in Russian Language with a minor in Chemistry from Florida State University. She worked as a physical therapist aide for over a year and has recently gained admission to Winston Salem State University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program starting in 2025. Her passion for movement rehab comes from an extensive sports background and personal interest in helping individuals with chronic disease achieve a better quality of life through exercise, proper nutrition, and mindfulness.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
