I was born and raised here in Nashville, TN. I played Lacrosse at Father Ryan High School where I found my love for fitness. I received my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from MTSU. Following my graduation I became a certified Personal Trainer through ACSM and started my personal training career. At this time I also had the opportunity to help coach the girls lacrosse team and Father Ryan for 4 years. I have a love for health and wellness as well as helping others in their journey.

I decided to take a step away from being a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant and wanted to find something new. It turned out that Stretch Lab was the perfect fit! Funny enough, I actually graduated with a B.S. degree in Social Work from MTSU, but I was blessed to have been able to find a true passion in physical health & fitness along the way! My greatest passion still remains to be people and helping those in need. So, if you’re willing to try, then I’m willing work to with you!

I graduated from Lipscomb University with a B.S in Exercise Science and Minor in Spanish. Also ran track all 4 years competed in both 110H and 400H. I have always been in the health and fitness environment which led me to getting a NASM personal training certification. I love to strength train and be outdoors interacting w/ new people. I aspire and hope that people will leave from StretchLab feeling better mentally and physically while also getting the moment to build a close relationship!

Hello, my name is Joseph and I'm originally from Chattanooga. I graduated with a bachelor's in Economics from Belmont University. After becoming an NASM-certified trainer in 2020, I joined StretchLab Brentwood in 2021 which was the first Lab in TN. When I moved, I wanted to still be a part of this company, so I joined the Green Hills team. I find joy in helping people achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life. I'm looking forward to working with you!

Hi, my name is Sam and I’m originally from Southern California. I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, as well as my personal trainer certification through NASM. I truly fell in love with health and fitness back in 2019 and went on to coach group fitness classes. I recently moved to Nashville and knew I wanted to do more in the health community and found StretchLab. I’m excited to help our members feel their best through the magic of assisted stretching!
