      Master Flexologist
      Raymond graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and worked as a health coach. Later, Raymond became a Physical Therapist Assitant at the University of Evansville. Raymond's experience includes orthopedic conditions as well as neurological disorders. He enjoys seeing progress and achieving the client's goals in rehabilitation. Outside of StretchLab, Raymond's wife and daughter like to go on road trips, beach trips, and watch movies.

      Becca holds an Associates degree in Occupational Sciences regarding Massage Therapy from Centura College in Chesapeake, Virginia and has been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years. She has previously taught as an instructor for the Massage Therapy Program at Centura College at the same campus she graduated. Her specialties include neuromuscular therapies, prenatal and surgery/injury recovery. She is passionate about the importance of exercise and stretching as it pertains to health and wellness and has an extensive knowledge of human anatomy.

      Bryan holds a degree in Exercise Science and brings a strong foundation in athletic performance, biomechanics, and injury prevention. With a passion for youth development, he has several years of experience coaching middle school football and track. Bryan is committed to helping young athletes build their skills, grow in confidence, and develop a strong work ethic both on and off the field. His coaching style emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and personal growth, while integrating evidence-based training methods to ensure safe and effective athletic development. Whether on the field or the track, Bryan strives to create a positive and motivating environment where student-athletes can thrive.

      Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Health from Kansas State University, as well as a B.A. in Business Management from Virginia Wesleyan College. He is a Board Certified Massage Therapist, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Personal Trainer from the Athletes and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He is a transformation specialist with over 20 years of experience in guiding individuals toward improved health and wellness

      Devyn is a skilled flexologist at StretchLab, where he has been enhancing clients’ mobility and wellness. A 2019 graduate of Virginia Tech, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. Devyn approaches stretching with the precision of an exercise scientist and kinesiologist, designing personalized sessions that optimize movement and promote recovery. His methods have helped numerous clients reduce back pain, alleviate sciatica, and recover from various surgeries, improving their quality of life...and golf swing :) Beyond his work at StretchLab, Devyn is passionate about music production and engineering, spending his free time crafting and refining songs in a myriad of styles. This creative outlet complements his analytical mindset, allowing him to bring a unique blend of discipline and artistry to both his professional and personal pursuits. Devyn's commitment to health, science, and creativity makes him a valuable asset to the StretchLab team and an inspiring figure for clients seeking to enhance their well-being through movement.

      Philip recently graduated from Old Dominion University with his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. He completed his internship at Ivy Rehab during his senior year of college and had the privilege to work with orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological patients. When not in the studio, Philip is in the gym powerlifting, attending concerts and spending time with his family and friends. Philip's goals for his clients are to help them improve their quality of life.

      Bri graduated from Old Dominion University with her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. She has recent experience in being a stretch practitioner as well as a chiropractic assistant in her final semester before graduating gaining experience working with a vast population from individuals with neurological disorders, scoliosis and recovering cancer patients. When not in the studios she is having game nights with friends, painting, writing, enjoying music and hanging out with her kitten Sheego.

      Emily is a current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student at Arcadia University, with a Bachelors of Science from Franklin Pierce University. She has focused her studies on health science and previously worked as an exercise coach prior to starting with StretchLab. She has experience with orthopedic and neurological conditions and is passionate about guiding people to move better, feel more mobile, and live healthier lives.

      Brayden is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over three years of experience as a Physical Therapy Technician, currently pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. At StretchLab, Brayden brings a strong foundation in kinesiology as well as injury prevention to each session. His goal is to help clients improve their flexibility and mobility so that they can live their lives as comfortably and actively as possible through stretching routines that are tailored towards each person's needs.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
