Stretching has always been part of my life. Dancing ballet early on taught me its importance, as did my time playing competitive sports. Love of movement led me to fitness instruction, and I have taught a number of modalities. I hold certifications in Barre, Yoga, Spin, Group Fitness and Reiki. Through all of these experiences, stretching has been crucial. StretchLab allows me to dive deep and help people feel better in their bodies. Another passion is my work with Teen Girls and helping boost their self love, self care and self esteem. Releasing chronic tension in the mind and body is so important! The human body is a beautiful miracle and if we continue to treat it well, it will continue to answer back with the gift of health.
