I am a trained dancer and gymnast, hold a BFA in Dance from the University of Hawaii and have always prioritized fitness. As a teacher and coach, I love to inspire those around me and establish positive change! StretchLab allows me to help people feel better in their bodies by prioritizing self care and overall well being. Some of my favorite stretches involve the IT band, piriformis and neck, places most of us get really tight. Outside the studio, you can catch me moving my body, enjoying the sun and eating nourishing food! Dancing, yoga, running, surfing, camping, family time – I love it all.
