      I have always enjoyed playing sports, and my interest in health and wellness led me to earning a degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State. It’s great to be able to use my knowledge of body mechanics to develop customized goals for the clients at StretchLab. I find it fascinating that there are so many specific and varied needs and I love helping create customized solutions for people in such a welcoming and engaging environment. I’m always striving to learn more! When I’m not stretching, you can find me playing basketball at the park, rock climbing with friends or just relaxing with a little tv and a home cooked meal.

      I have been playing soccer since I was young, and recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in sport performance. I have some coaching experience and am very passionate about movement and health! My interest lies in educating people and teaching them how to take care of their bodies. StretchLab is a perfect fit, since we see all kinds of people with a range of different goals around mobility and flexibility. Every client on the bench is unique and I love helping them gain more body awareness and move better. Outside of work I like to play soccer, go off-roading and adventure outside, especially in water! I’m looking forward to helping you with your flexibility goals.

      My passion for health and wellness runs deep. I have certifications in Massage Therapy, Personal Training and Yoga Therapy (E-RYT 500) and have been teaching movement based programs for 9 years. My focus is functional movement and corrective exercise to improve imbalances in the body. When I’m not stretching, I love spending time with family and friends, hiking and playing (friendly) competitive sports! Stretching is the missing link in most wellness routines, and at StretchLab we create a personalized stretch program for our clients to help balance muscular tension and optimize daily movement. I'll look forward to getting you on the path to greater mobility!

      I've been a yoga teacher for six years and have a passion for movement and the human body. My insatiable curiosity has led me to complete hundreds of hours of trainings over the years. I am passionate about the mind-body connection, have been a dancer all my life and also enjoy running, hiking, and swimming - all things movement related. I was drawn to StretchLab because I think that mobility is an oft-neglected, but oh-so-important aspect of overall fitness and well-being. Outside of work, I am an MFT graduate student and love to snuggle my cat, eat really good food, dance Salsa with my dance team and volunteer at the Crisis Text Line. Come stretch with me!

      My love for fitness started on a weight loss journey to be healthier. Now as a Certified Personal Trainer and Flexologist, I am helping people feel better in their bodies too. I love seeing clients make progress and having their daily lives improve through stretching. It’s amazing to help teach them how and why it helps, and that it works for any age and any level of fitness. Some of my favorites are the lumbar rotation and neck stretches. The StretchLab team and membership here are just amazing! A few fun facts about me: I played roller derby for 7 years, have lived in 5 states and love to do anything active out in the sun. I love meeting new people and look forward to connecting (and stretching) with you.

      I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years and love guiding others to feeling better in their bodies! I also love learning and expanding my understanding of the musculoskeletal system, which has been an amazing part of my journey as a Flexologist. There is science behind our practice at StretchLab, and our clients are moving and gaining function as a result of their time on the bench. This team is awesome! I am extroverted by nature, and get my energy from engaging with others, especially in a way that encourages movement and well being. I love to remind people that the more you move, the better you move, the longer you move! Life is movement, and outside of the studio you can find me out in the beautiful nature of Marin! I also love live music, dancing and reading fiction and poetry.

      I am a certified yogi and now a certified Flexologist. My personal mission is to cultivate a space for personal and collective development. I believe we were born to evolve, and I know it is much easier to grow when you have help! Stretching leads to greater flexibility, and flexibility in the body leads to improved neuroplasticity in the brain. Both are so crucial to have. My background in yoga taught me attention to the breath and symbolic language that I use a lot while stretching on the bench. I am enthusiastic about a holistic life approach, Jungian psychology, and holiday gatherings. I don’t believe in being “bored”, and I very much like the word “curious”. And people, I like people.

      I was inspired to pursue a career in health and wellness throughout my coursework as a Kinesiology major. I learned so much about the body and the ways that all of us can be empowered to care for ourselves through healthy life choices. Every body is different and unique to the individual and I am fascinated by discovering what works best for a client on the bench.I want to help each person feel better than they did the day before! I love meeting new people, and StretchLab gives me the chance to make so many meaningful connections. Outside of work I enjoy weight lifting, going on runs and live music of any kind. I also really like to cook!

      I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer and have a background in dance, movement and outdoor recreation. I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of strong, functional mobility and balance to achieve and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. The foundations of posture, alignment and ease of movement align with my personal philosophy, so my work as a Flexologist is a natural fit! At StretchLab, I am able to teach clients the benefits of movement and improved mobility and why it matters for their overall well being. In my free time, you can find me in my happy place…on the water as a kayak and stand up paddle guide helping people enjoy nature and life!

      I have played soccer ever since I can remember, and I was always curious about how the body worked. This led me to learn more about the importance of living a healthy and balanced life and complete my degree in Exercise Science. I love helping others and I am able to do that as a Flexologist. I am not only able to help people reach their mobility goals, but improve their overall quality of life. Stretch training is for everyone and we customize programs to meet specific needs, for everyone from athletes to people working from home. One of my favorite stretches to loosen up is the forward fold. Outside the studio, I’m hanging out with family, playing soccer or working out, and fishing when I find time. Hope to stretch you soon!

      Stretching has always been part of my life. Dancing ballet early on taught me its importance, as did my time playing competitive sports. Love of movement led me to fitness instruction, and I have taught a number of modalities. I hold certifications in Barre, Yoga, Spin, Group Fitness and Reiki. Through all of these experiences, stretching has been crucial. StretchLab allows me to dive deep and help people feel better in their bodies. Another passion is my work with Teen Girls and helping boost their self love, self care and self esteem. Releasing chronic tension in the mind and body is so important! The human body is a beautiful miracle and if we continue to treat it well, it will continue to answer back with the gift of health.

      I believe that healing is supported by movement. My background in yoga is what lead me to StretchLab as I believe there is power in flexibility. I am a 200RYT certified yoga teacher and now a Flexologist. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental health and am able to do that during our sessions on the bench. It is very fulfilling to see clients improve their daily function and quality of life! My favorite stretch is neck flexion – our shoulders, back and necks carry so much tension. Outside of the studio, you can find me practicing yoga, swimming, dancing or singing - all things I really enjoy. I look forward to stretching with you and creating positive change in your body and daily life!
